Gorgeous location, fabulous service and amenities. Our breakfast servers Doreta and Angela were so kind and thoughtful. And you can’t beat the view! Would definitely stay here on a return trip to Mykonos.

stayed here with my boyfriend. After the staff checked us in late, we went to our rooms. I was in the shower which was directly in front of the door and the wait staff came to the room to “deliver water” and instead of waiting to be let in just walked into the room. It was a horrible experience and assault. When i reported to the hotel they didn’t even bother to have the manager meet with us despite us being there for several days. Disgusting hotel and disgusting staff.

A big thank you to the whole Team!!! We had a great time and enjoyed every second. We have been upgraded to a room with a sea view. Very nice to enjoy the sea view when waking up every morning. The room is nice, very comfortable bed and specious bath room. You don’t miss anything. Even a bag for the beach is in the room. Breakfast - amazing!!! Homemade granola, warm bread, champagne, you can order omelet, egg Benedict etc.. Around the two pools very nice sun beds. There was nothing we missed. Very professional managed and organized. As already mentioned the team is amazing!!! A special THANKS we would like to give to Theodor in the entrance, Kleida as she keeps our room very clean every day and Maria & Ilias from the service.

All I can say is this hotel is a true reflection of what a 5 stars hotel should be. From landing to getting complementary shuttled in a high end van/bus branded the Myconian Resorts to arriving to the beautiful gated resort combined between 3 different Myconian hotels. Immediately as we got off we were greeted by a lovely receptionist Aphrodite and walked us up to the lobby and brought us to the poolside covered seating where she grabbed our passports and payment and handled everything at the check in desk while we were soaking in the beautiful views and atmosphere! After check in was done she walked me to my room and had another colleague walk my friend to his. To my surprise even though she didn’t mention it I was upgraded from a basic base room to one of their sunset balcony view junior suites with a jacuzzi tub and a separate balcony! The view was stunning and I couldn’t believe how well they took care of a titanium member. Watching the sunset every day was definitely a treat. They also surprised me with two seperate welcome gifts. One bottle of local desert wine and than later in the evening a box of truffles and champagne. Now let’s talk about the service! The breakfast area and pool area are both pristine! But the best part are truly the wonderful people that work there! From breakfast to pool side service everyone was amazing. Standouts were definitely Nadia and Vicki at the pool that got us poolside drinks and snacks everyday with a smile. By the 3rd day they even remember my room number and drink order! Last day we were there they even got us a special shot to send us off and comped a bottle of their large glass bottle mineral water. So sweet! Breakfast selection was amazing and the servers were all just as amazing and professional. We got seated at the exact same table 4 out of the 5 days with amazing views of downtown Mykonos and the Aegean Sea! We even saw a celeb there at the resort! I would definitely come back to this hotel without a doubt! Another cool thing is you’re allowed to use the other pools at the other hotels in the same resort so I would highly recommend checking it out and the spa was very nice as well! I can’t say enough great things about this hotel. Everyone just treats you like family and remembers you and always says hello with a smile on their face! Do yourself a favor and book your next Mykonos trip at the Myconian Kyma now!
