My husband booked this hotel through agoda, it was rated as a 4 star hotel, it's more like a 3 star at best. Rooms are big and aircon is superb, hair dryer great, as for the rest, this hotel is in desperate need of an upgrade. Large bed means 2 singles pushed together, mattress is super hard & don't bother asking for a mattress topper because it did not get delivered. Towels are old and thin, no plug for the bath, plus wouldn't use it as it was disgustingly dirty also the basin takes for ever for the water to disappear, no safe deposit box, thin walls as you can hear your neighbours also satellite TV, No & channel's are all in Thai no English language or subtitles. Breakfast which was included, we walked out don't bother. No elevator, hotel has 4 levels also no Bellboy so yes you get shown to your room but you carry your own luggage, pools are in need of cleaning and fixing as one pool leaks so bad that it was basically empty.

This hotel was lovely, stayed here for a couple of days while in Krabi. The staff were friendly and helpful. We used the laundry service which was excellent value for money and also rented a scooter here which was great. The hotel is in a great location within walking distance of the night market, shops, beach and a 7/11. The hotel itself seemed a bit run down, in need of a lick of paint, and maybe more chairs around the pool, but apart from that it was perfect for us!

Whereas the hotel is located near the beach and one of the central markets in Ao Nang, cleanliness and customer service is a MAJOR issue. Overall the hotel is old, smelly and doesn't provide basic appliances such as hair dryer or decent toiletries unless asked SEVERAL time. We personally believe that there are better more reasonably-priced options around the corner with better attention to the basics.

Was treated by what can only be described as an extremely miserable member of staff, shown to our room no lifts in hotel so had to catty our cases upstairs ( not an issue but could be for some ) . Room was a great size and bed was big and comfy but that was were it ended , floor boards sticking up , bath was filthy , sink was dirty and had a bottle top stuck were plug went. Had to clean bathroom myself before we could use, and pipe for toilet shower head was leaking alot could hear it all night. Breakfast was very little to choose from and what was there was covered in flysbas nothing was covered ( we ended up going out to breakfast ). Pool was great good size but no bar near pool which is a shame and toilets at the bottom of each block were disgusting and were never cleaned during our whole stay. Real shame as this hotel is in a great location but clearly none of the staff care anymore and management have given up on the place. I would say if you are staying in this resort there is two ladies making street food at the entrance to the driveway definitely pay them a visit the food is amazing. The pictures online of this hotel were clearly taken a very long time ago and do not show what it actually looks like

The hotel is very worn out, which I could accept for the price — we weren’t expecting luxury. But the real problem was cleanliness. The room and especially the towels were disappointing. The towels looked old, completely mismatched, with different colors and materials. It honestly felt like they asked random people to spare towels instead of throwing them out — like “just give them to our hotel.” Maybe the hotel is very big and they struggle to maintain everything, but not being able to provide clean, proper towels is really that bad?
