This Hotel is placed on the prime location. You wake up to the magnificent views of the beach and sleep to the soothing sound of the waves. Loved this convenience soo much on our vacation there. The hotel staff are very helpful though some of the staff at the reception can maybe put on a smile while giving you the instructions. The rooms are decent a mid 1980’s vibe. But the grounds of the hotel are very nice, clean and well maintained. Loved it and will definitely recommend booking this ,if beach is the reason you are visiting ✨

Rooms very dated.
Strong sanitary smell in our room.
Food left a lot to be desired.
Best meal was Breakfast. Very poor choice at other meal times.
Staff quite ignorant. Not in the least friendly.

All inclusive here was so amazing, each evening we were treated to a cuisine of delectable treats, made for us at the time of our meal. We had a choice of 4 restaurants to choose from. Chinese, steak house, peri peri and one other. This was the most amazing holiday I have experienced for an all inclusive. The rooms were large and even a small kitchenette in the room. A bottle of wine for Nicky’s birthday. The beds comfortable. The rooms quiet. The areas to sit in, comfortable and scenic. Close to all amenities. Beach behind the hotel. And a free walking tower of the old town. My best holiday ever. We sat and relaxed and enjoyed each other’s company. I don’t remember any entertainment. I don’t think there was any.

Disappointing Stay – Room 419 Was a Nightmare
Our experience at was far from enjoyable, especially in Room 419. The noise levels were unbearable—you could hear people at all hours, particularly at night. Despite the hotel's supposed policy of quiet after 10 PM, the corridors were filled with the sounds of drunken guests singing, shouting, and having loud conversations. Being right next to the lifts made it even worse, as you could hear every guest coming and going.
The hotel itself felt completely lifeless. If you're visiting in the winter sun, there’s nothing to do besides sunbathing and swimming. No entertainment, no bingo, and absolutely nothing for kids—just an overall dull atmosphere.
On top of that, it feels like the hotel is constantly trying to squeeze more money out of you. Lose your wristband? That’ll be €12 for a new one. Want a beach towel? That’s €12 each. It’s ridiculous.
The food was hit or miss. The cocktail menu was small but decent. However, I would strongly advise against the open-air BBQ—the food was appalling, the restaurant was freezing, and to top it off, a massive cockroach was crawling nearby as we ate. Definitely not the experience you'd expect from a hotel of this standard.
On the plus side, the location is right next to the beach, which is a bonus, though there’s not much else to do in the area. One nice touch was that a staff member noticed it was my birthday and kindly gave us a bottle of red wine.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying in Room 419, and if you're looking for a lively or value-for-money hotel experience, this isn't the place for you.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the beautiful coastline every day. The food was lovely, with a great variety that catered to all tastes. The surrounding area had everything you could need, from shops to cafes, all within easy reach. The staff were incredibly helpful and made sure we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. Plus, the scenic views around the hotel added a special touch to the whole experience. Highly recommended!
