My stay at Muthu Clube Praia da Oura was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcomed. The location is truly unbeatable, just a stone's throw from the beautiful Praia da Oura beach, and with plenty of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options right on the doorstep. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and taking in the views. The hotel facilities were also excellent, with several pools to choose from, a great restaurant, and a friendly atmosphere. What really made my holiday though was the staff. Every single person I encountered, from reception to housekeeping, was incredibly helpful and always had a smile. They went out of their way to ensure I had a brilliant time. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Muthu Clube Praia da Oura and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful holiday in Albufeira. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

The location is great, very close to the beach and city attractions. The gardens are very well maintained and beautiful, the pools looked great and nice atmosphere. The Jack’s restaurant offers a very good food selection and the cakes where incredible !!! For all inclusive meals and drinks is a great place. The rooms in block K ( where we have been staying ) are not a 4 stars…I think the manager should take some measures about changing those old doors because it looks terrible 😞 Cleaning service was good in general with one exception: the shower wall was dirty 🤷‍♀️ If you looking for a quiet holiday is not the right place because of the young people who constantly have been drunk , shouting on the hallways all night especially between 12AM and 4AM and no one from the management team bothered to do something about it. Overall is a good place to go in holiday but especially if you are not expecting to have too much rest 😊

This is our first time in portugal, and we wouldn't return to this hotel, it's very close to the night life, what is called the strip,a lot of stag and hen parties seem to use this hotel as a staging point for the strip,and they can be distributive and loud. The room service is appalling. We are currently staying on an 11 night stay,into our first 7 days, and our room has been cleaned once,it's now 5.30 in the evening and they still haven't been around to clean. The themed restaurants are poor ,the Chinese not woth going to ,the grill restaurant not worth going to ,the Italian isn't bad ,but all the staff in all the restaurants give poor customer service,the only one with good staff was the Indian restaurant, they we welcoming and very polite. If you have poor mobility issue's it will be a nightmare for you. On a positive note, there's food put on all day in one of the many places to eat, We wouldn't return here.

Staying at the moment (till Sat 3 May). Upgraded to a superior sea view room - I'd hate to know what the lower standard rooms are like. No tea towel, only 3 glasses, flickering light in dining room, bathroom reeks which comes through to the main eating/sitting area - it's disgusting. No towels when we got here and only one lounger (sorted now). €15 each for breakfast if you're not all inclusive and €20 for dinner (buffet style so you can eat your fill). Pretty bland though - breakfast in nice. Balcony is on the main walkway so no privacy. Door handle falling off - repaired ourselves. The pictures you see on the internet are not what you get! Can't get a lounger at the pool and all the bars they say they have - they're not open. You have to walk around the pool bar and go to reception for your drinks if you're sitting in the main pool area. Restaurants are always fully booked. It's a huge resort and really poorly designed for access. Oh...and be prepared for a long wait at reception and for your room (we arrived at 12 and only got our room at 5pm). Won't be coming here again!

From the time we arrived, the reception staff were rude, tired, and very unfriendly We arrived in the room after a long walk to the room, going through 3 security gates. The room had not even been cleaned and did not look inviting at all, not what we saw on the website pictures or paid for. This was extremely poor. The staff said he was very tired and didn't help us and just left. Standard of the new room was poorly maintained, unhygienic, old fashioned, and furniture really needed to be upgraded. Restaurants, we were told they were fully booked !!! Everyday!! We paid for an all-inclusive but only ever ate at jacs restaurant. The food options were repetitive and not many choices. Service for food was appalling. Snacks and drinks not once did I see this available at the hotel, and to say it's part of the inclusive deal, it's invisible and not actually available. We had to walk outside to go to jacs restaurant, which was only one that was open or available. We dont think any other restaurants were open even though we were told they were fully booked. They seem to cram all customers at jacs, which was too small for the number of guests at the hotel. We definitely didn't get the all-inclusive as advertised on your website with the number of restaurants available. Room standard was poor, and the locations of rooms were far apart from the pool, reception, and restaurants. There is so much walking all the time. Not value for whlhat was listed as a all inclusive package on website. Really bad drain smells, and unclean smells all parts of the room. Windows steamed up, and the fridge made a horrible noise. You have a kitchen in the room, we paid for all-inclusive why do we need kitchen? With microwave cooker and sink ? Makes no sense.on website rooms look big and spacious. There is too much furniture in the room, including an unwanted kitchen. The floor was cold, slippy, and dirty. The bathroom was disgusting, leaking drains, and again, poor value for the room status from your website. Really bad smell again. The toilet was behind the entrance door of the toilet, so every time you entered it banged against the toilet. Good job we were not large people and skinny because we could just about get in the toilet. The sink was opposite to the toilet, so the space to get in the toilet was very narrow. The toilet door at the bottom was broken. Jacuzzi and sauna don't even work!! Pools are not heated. Noise is the worst. Can here furniture being moved constantly and voices from other rooms and people going past. Balcony was not private people and staff constantly walking past. Hotel services and staff were very poor. 100 euro security deposit, no mention of this on your website!! Again, miss sold, nothing mentioned on booking. We were told by reception on the day that we would have to pay this deposit for damages upfront. When we checked out, no one actually checked the room for damages, so what was the security deposit all about ? And to mention there was so much damage in the room like the furniture, doors, windows.. We are extremely disappointed with the service and overall experience
