This hotel was very run down the first room we were given the curtains was mouldy there was gap in the sliding doors about an inch wide rooms are very dated we changed rooms but it cost us and extra 113 euros the new room wasn't a great deal better we had to get staff up on one night at 11 o clock to spray the room as we were seeing loads of cockroachs. The grounds some parts are nice other parts looks like Butlins. One good thing I will say is that staff were amazing in reception noting was too much trouble and they delt with everything quickly also views from some rooms were lovely

This hotel claims to be a 4-star property, but unfortunately it does not meet even basic standards. There were no toiletries in the room at all — no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. There was also no coffee or tea provided, which should be standard in a hotel of this category. In Building “K” there was no reception staff available. One evening after 10 p.m., a group of young men were loudly shouting and making noise in the corridor. There was no staff member or security present to intervene, and I did not feel safe at all. Because of this experience, I would never return to this hotel. The room itself was shabby and below any acceptable standard. The corridors were flooded with water from an unknown source, making it difficult and unsafe to walk. The mirror was placed in such an impractical location that you would have to climb onto the table or rearrange the entire room just to use it. Additionally, the jacuzzi and sauna were not working, despite being advertised as hotel facilities. We paid for a night including breakfast, but since we had to check out at 4:00 a.m., we were not offered even a coffee or any alternative, despite having paid for breakfast in full. When we did have breakfast, the food was cold — even the sausage was served cold. Overall, this hotel does not deserve its star rating. Due to the poor conditions, lack of safety, and missing basic amenities, I would not recommend it and will never stay there again.

We had a lovely stay in the hotel, all the staff have been very attentive and helpful, which just enhanced the whole experience. We went there during a quiet period (January) so we didn't have to worry about queues for the table at the buffet or crowds at the gym. Apart from the buffet we booked a meal at el mexicano and had a very nice experience there. The food was very fresh and tasty and the service extremely attentive. The second my glass was empty the waiter was there ready to refill it. Big thanks to Chetan and Madhav for making the experience memorable and being there always when needed. Highly recommend the place

An ok place to visit . However the service in all the restaurants, especially the Mexican one (run by a lovely by the name off Chetandii Madhav) and the mandarin/Chinese one (with great servers like Chetan and Jyoti) 100% recommend!!! Not to mention in the Mexican a lovely girl called ester was super kind and understanding of all if our needs. She honestly deserves a raise!!! Totally recommend the food places… the actual hotel, not so much but reception staff were kind and understanding and very helpful (i have since changed my review from a 5 star to a 3 star due to events that have occurred since that day i left it) PS all service was still extremely helpful (ester still deserves the raise 🤣)

Excellent Location, Private Beach access, Delicious Buffet Dinner and Good buffet Breakfast is the Key Point. It's a massive aparthotel. Service was Okey, not much interaction. Thought, it will be quite due to off season but it was busy due to 3 large Football Club also came for the weekend. Our room was in A block. A bit walk from main reception and restaurant. We booked standard room, so was not expecting much anyway. Room was okey size. There was air-conditioning in the room but no heating. Tried 30 degree with that but room was not warm enough. Toilet was missing Hand wash, no soap, no slippers. Basically no toiletries as expected from 4 star hotel. Positive thing was main Restaurant Jacs. We booked half board. Breakfast was okey. But best part was dinner. Themed dinner every night. Good service and quick refill. Has Outdoor Pool and Sauna. Ocean Bar is good for Sunset view. The location was good. Beach is walking distance. Pub/Club/Supermarket/ restaurants are 5 to 10 min walking distance. So far so good. Would recommend.
