I loved this holiday, the hotel is clean and in an excellent location. the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent with a wide variety of choices and freshly made onsite with some items made to order in the dining room. Overall I could not find fault with this hotel and the only thing that I would change are the stairs leading into the hotel and reception area. There is no alternative way into the hotel building with no ramp to cater to the vulnerable or elderly. I cannot wait to return next year.! :-)

Nice rooms, very clean and tidy. Good beds. Great staff and the hotel is generally very well kept. Older building but in very good state. If you like the location is depending on what you're after. It's next to the Yumbo Center which is noisy but the balcony doors are very well insulated, I wasn't disturbed at all.

Okay it’s not a five star hotel but the weather and the all inclusive price you won’t do better. We’ve been three time and usually stay 10 to 15 days. We get the all inclusive package which is well worth it. Lunch at the cafe is the best. Dinner is standard European fare (wife not a huge fan). The food is good overall and the serious excellent. It’s a great place to unwind and sit in the sun. They remember us each time because they tell us we’re the only Americans that come here.

An amazing hotel to stay. We were there for 11 nights and were made to feel so welcome by the attentive staff. Food was excellent and on some nights was themed to various world cuisines. Food was of a high standard and we loved the fact that they did certain dishes in the form of tapas which made it even more bootable and allowed you to taste various dishes at once. The pool area was very well maintained with plenty of sunbeds and we had the sun all day. The snack bar was also very well managed and served a great selection of drinks and food (not your usual poolside food) which surprised us. The rooms were spacious and clean and the beds very comfortable. Staff from start to end of holiday were so friendly and approachable and this made our time at the Neptuno even more special. The staff are a great asset to this Hotel. We loved it so much that we are returning next year and have booked it already and extended it to 14 nights ! See you all next year, you have created an excellent vibe in your hotel that we have never experienced before at any other, we thank you so much for making our holiday so special and so relaxing.

Fabulous hotel with amazing staff. All of the staff in this hotel are really friendly. Carol is lovely, she talks to all the guests and always has a great smile for everyone. The waiters remember what you are drinking and get fresh drinks for you straight away. There are always plenty of comfortable sun loungers available, and fresh towels every day for the loungers. Rooms are immaculate, the friendly maids clean them thoroughly every day. Really enjoyed the variety of food in the restaurant & would definitely return.
