Food is good lots to choose from. The room is quiet if you keep your balcony door shut theses music at night. Very clean rooms the fridge is one of the first that I've had that works properly. It's the first time I've never worn my ear plugs at a hotel. The location is right next to the jumbo centre with lots of food and shops there. It's located on a slight hill, so be careful if you're not good on your feet but still accessible. The hotel has lots of steps inside something to consider when choosing this hotel the staff are very nice and helpful

This was our third stay at this hotel and things have improved a lot since last here in 2012 A glass of Prosecco whilst checking in on arrival, concierge helps you with your luggage and takes you to your room. Bottle of wine, flowers and water all complementary in the room on arrival. Clean room and nice size bathroom with a powerful shower although I’d like to see the hot water when showering to be sorted out as I burnt myself every time I showered with the water going from nice temperature to ice cold and then to scolding hot is not very pleasant so an upgrade on the water system would be a welcome relief. The restaurant is great, the food is amazing with fresh fish and meats cooked on demand for you so you know it’s fresh, buffet style cooked meats and cheeses and various starters all delicious and is highly recommended. Breakfast is buffet style but as with dinner they cook you bacon and eggs to order and it’s lovely, freshly squeezed orange juice is available and if you’re wanting the hair of the dog after a night out Vodka is also available in an ice bucket by the juice. No complaints over sun loungers as there’s always some available and sangria is complimentary once or twice a day to cool you down along with a great pool and water slide if you fancy a fast cool down! Yumbo centre is available through the back of the hotel and is so convenient. Above all we had a fabulous holiday here at the Neptuno Hotel and cannot wait to again soon. Highly recommended.

We just wanted to share our experience at this lovely place where we stayed for our mini moon after our wedding. The staff here is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. For the first time, we decided to go all inclusive, and it was a delightful experience. They offer a wide variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with a daily specialty dish. Each evening brings something fun to anticipate, along with unlimited drinks. While we personally prefer exploring local restaurants and bars, we found the all-inclusive option great value for money. We do look forward to returning soon to continue exploring the island. Felix comes also with the best of the package, I miss him lots, the whole team is amazing with this little boy. Thank you for looking after him 🥰 Many thanks for your warmth and hospitality.

Exceptionally friendly service from each and every staff member. It's obvious that the staff are as valued by the management as the customers. Food was amazing and rooms spotless. This was yet another return visit for me and will continue to be so.

Brilliant hotel. The staff make it. The rooms are cleaned every day. The food is above average, we especially liked having a menu at lunch time and being waited on. The drinks flow freely on All Inclusive. The entertainment was varied some good some not so enjoyable, we especially loved Karaoke, the Abba singer and the Spanish Girl singer. The door to the Yumbo Centre, a shopping complex by day and bars entertainment & restaurants by night is easily accessable using your hotel room card key to get back to the hotel. The staff definately made our holiday, they are helpful, friendly and some are very funny
