A wonderful hotel conveniently situated close to amenities, bars, shops, nightlife and within walking distance of the beach. All the staff are friendly, and most helpful. The rooms are bright and spotlessly clean and the beds are very comfortable. The food is superb with a huge selection. Highly recommended.

Excellent location for the Yumbo Centre. Staff are amazing, polite, welcoming, professional, and always go the extra mile to ensure you have an amazing experience. Very clean rooms, and the hotel overall. Special mention to Andrea who works in the restaurant. Excellent customer service, very engaging with all guests, and genuine. Makes me feel welcome and comfortable every time, all the time. Thanks to you and to all the wonderful staff, including all in housekeeping. They do a great job day in day out. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else and go back every year. See you all soon

We’ve been staying here for 30 years. Something always brings us back here. Having said that the food lets this place down. It’s not as good as it used to be. Plus the only hot food that you can get is from the ‘cooked to order’ hot plate. The chef always uses lots of oil & salt, but at least it’s hot. Everything else is a buffet & barely warm. Perhaps I’m more critical than most. It’s just that for me hot food should be hot & NOT barely warm. We found ourselves going out to eat to the local restaurants to get a descent meal on several occasions even though we had paid for half board. The staff are great though.

Food is good lots to choose from. The room is quiet if you keep your balcony door shut as there's music at night. Very clean rooms the fridge is one of the first that I've had that works properly. It's the first time I've never worn my ear plugs at a hotel. The location is right next to the jumbo centre with lots of food and shops there. It's located on a slight hill, so be careful if you're not good on your feet but still accessible. The hotel has lots of steps inside something to consider when choosing this hotel the staff are very nice and helpful. I had a massage in the hotel, which was excellent. If you go at a special event time the noise in the jumbo centre can be loud and last way into the early hours of the morning. But they can be very good, so join in. On your second visit. You'll be given a dressing gown and slippers to use and an invite to a cocktail event. I was going to go again, but it has gone very pricey, nearly doubled in price, which is a shame. But it's still one of the best hotels I've been in

A lovely 4**** hotel conveniently located near Yumbo. Staff are exceptionally friendly and professional, and facilities are good. There is a basic gym, and the salt-water pool is maintained and heated. All in all, a good place to stay if you fancy an adults only hotel.
