I recently stayed at Mulia Villas, Bali, and my experience was nothing short of unforgettable. Every detail was thoughtfully attended to, and the service I received truly touched me. A special thank you to Mr. Adam Bardetta, the General Manager, for his genuine dedication and attentiveness. His warm hospitality made this trip far more than just a vacation—it felt like being welcomed as part of the family. The way he and his team anticipated my needs and made every moment perfect was deeply moving. My stay here was not just about relaxation, but about experiencing true comfort and happiness. The villa itself was beyond luxurious, impeccably maintained, and offered an extraordinary level of comfort. Every facility, from the diverse dining options to the leisure activities, exceeded all of my expectations. I was able to fully unwind and enjoy the beauty of this place, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. We recently stayed at The Mulia Villas in Nusa Dua, and it was an incredible experience. The place is stunning, with beauty and quality in every detail. Spent 10 glorious days at Mulia Villas and would recommend it wholeheartedly. The resort is quite large but there’s a butler service that can arrange buggy services to wherever, whenever. The butler service, which uses WhatsApp, can also book restaurant reservations and can answer any questions you may have regarding the hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful and the food is abundant and delicious. The only complaint/ suggestion I would have is the butler service could be used to communicate a lot more….. for example; special events, sport events, special occasions. I’m a big fan of volleyball and unfortunately the one court was used for kids and scheduled at 5pm. I guess I’m used to places that have an activity specialist that gets you up and motivated and you can chose whether to participate or to decline. Overall, a wonderfully relaxing resort stay!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at the family villa for our first vacation with our newborn. Our room was thoughtfully prepared with a crib, sterilizer, baby toiletries, and even a play set for our little one. The rooms and public areas were impeccably clean, the landscaping was stunning, and all the facilities were well-maintained, especially impressive for a hotel approaching its 12th anniversary. The food and service were exceptional as well. When we ran out of baby formula, our butler, Fajar, went above and beyond to help us procure more. A heartfelt thank you to the entire staff for making us feel so welcomed and cared for during our stay!

Service and environment are excellent, it's one of the best hotels/resorts I have ever stayed. Pools are everywhere, thought it is quite pricy compared to other areas in bali, the level of services and facilities are a bargain compared to those back home in Australia. I highly recommend it and we will be back again!
