Absolutely amazing stay in a private garden view villa. Luxury is an understatement! Service from butlers and staff in general was exceptional and the grounds were a tropical botanic garden paradise. Breakfast and dinner options were fantastic. Afternoon tea was a bonus and cocktail selections perfect. Highly recommend for total relaxation and being spoilt !

I’ve stayed in hotels all over the world, and I don’t think there is a staff that can beat Mulia for kindness, attention to detail and overall quality of service. They are genuinely that good. Be aware that the Villas sit on a hillside rising up from the main resort. It’s quieter, if that’s what you want. If you want a meal other than the one restaurant at the villas, it’s roughly a ten minute walk to other restaurants— plus the gym, beach, bars, etc are all down there. It was all exactly what we were ready for after 24 hours traveling from the US.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Mulia Villas. Everything from the get go was flawless, including the gentleman who came to greet us upon arrival at the airport. The service here is top notch (special shout out to Surya at The Living Room and Vrisa at The Lounge). Staff here made us feel looked after. The food here is no ordinary hotel food, every single meal we had here was delicious. Highly recommend! Will definitely return. The villas are also well worth the money for privacy of your own gazebo and lap pool.

Staying at the Mulia Villas for our honeymoon was one of the best decisions we made! Our villa was immaculate - spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, consistently going above and beyond to ensure our stay was both relaxing and memorable. The food was outstanding at every meal, it felt more like a work of art than just cuisine, whether it was breakfast, afternoon tea, or dinner. The pools, beach, and all the facilities were pristine and a true pleasure to enjoy. We couldn’t recommend Mulia Villas more highly, and we’re already looking forward to returning!

Our recent stay at Mulia Villas with our two teenagers in a 2 bedroom villa was an amazing and memorable experience. The luxury and opulence of the whole resort is difficult to put into words. However what really impressed us was how wonderful the staff were. There was no snootiness, instead just warmth, a genuine pride in their work and going above and beyond to make us feel valued and pampered. The butlers took time to get to know us and our plans so they could pre-empt our needs. They spoiled us on our anniversary, which was a lovely touch. The resort is huge but having the buggy service made everything easily accessible. The number of pools and restaurants meant no area ever felt crowded, even in high season. The beach is beautiful and serene. The afternoon tea is to die for - the real highlight of the trip! We were able to choose between the amazing buffet and a la carte breakfasts with more types of food that you can count. We ate at all the hotel restaurants for dinner, and while they are not cheap the cost was not unreasonable given the nature of the resort.
