This place is incredible, so expansive and generous spaces to relax and enjoy. The gardens are magnificent too. Perhaps the biggest compliment I’d like to share is just how wonderful the staff are here. Friendly, welcoming, nothing’s too much trouble. Just delightful people. I’d say without the incredible people working at Mulia it just wouldn’t be the same. Slight downside is how many kids are staying here. Squealing and playing, which is totally fine, but at times they interrupt the peace and luxury feel. Again, nothing against kids, it’s just sometimes loud and unfortunately the parents rarely seem to care about the comfort and experience of others.

High end luxury. Top notch service. Excellent food and drink. Nicest Toto fully automatic toilets available. Huge spacious rooms and bathrooms. Everything is over the top luxury. Didn't leave the resort for days and never got bored. Great pools to choose from and an excellent, clean beach. 5 stars all the way around. Wonderful breakfast. The entire staff is trained very well, very nice, and fluent in English. No complaints whatsoever! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🅰️➕️

We recently stayed at Mulia Resort and were truly impressed by the impeccable cleanliness and stunning beauty of the property. From the sparkling pool to the well-maintained gardens and spotless rooms, everything was pristine and well looked after. The resort grounds are truly a feast for the eyes. One of the major highlights of our stay was the staff – especially the bartenders, lifeguards, security personnel, and wait staff. They were all warm, friendly, and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Their dedication and hospitality didn’t go unnoticed. However, the experience at the check-in and check-out counters was a stark contrast. The staff there came across as stiff and unwelcoming, almost like airport customs officers rather than hospitality professionals. It felt as though they had been instructed not to engage politely with guests, which was a disappointing first and last impression. The biggest letdown during our stay was the food. For a resort of this caliber, we expected a lot more variety and creativity in the menu. Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet was repetitive throughout our six-day stay, with the same items appearing each day. Even more surprising was that, on some occasions, the Indian options for breakfast and dinner were exactly the same. As guests with dietary preferences leaning towards Indian cuisine, we genuinely struggled to find satisfying meals at the resort. Overall, while Mulia Resort delivers on aesthetics, cleanliness, and some truly wonderful staff, there is definitely room for improvement in guest service at reception and, most importantly, in the dining experience.

An aging hotel in a good location. What used to be a luxurious resort is now a decrepit shell of its former self with peeling walls, mold, stained bath robes and smelly towels. Service staff are all great, which makes up for its flaws and the beach is unbeatable. Hope it will be refurbished soon!

I wish I could say this experience was worth the money, but unfortunately, it wasn't. While the food was good, it felt overly complicated and chaotic. With a large group of 15 people, the staff lacked the experience and knowledge needed for effective catering service. This led to confusion and a lack of continuity throughout our experience.
