The Mulia, Nusa Dua is everything you would expect from a 5-star resort. We booked the hotel due to an onsite wedding. From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless, elegant, and unforgettable. Every detail, from the immaculate grounds to the thoughtful service, speaks of excellence personified. The staff were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive without being overbearing. Every interaction felt genuine and elevated the sense of comfort and care. The rooms were pristine and luxurious, with breathtaking views and high-end touches that make you feel truly pampered. Dining was a highlight , world-class cuisine with options to suit every craving, all served in stunning settings. The pools, spa, and beach access were flawless, offering both relaxation and indulgence at every turn. Mulia sets the gold standard for what a luxury resort should be. I’ve stayed at top-tier properties around the world, but this one easily ranks at the top. I left already dreaming of my return. A perfect 5 out of 5. Highly recommended for anyone seeking true luxury and unforgettable memories.

Iv stayed in a lot of nice places all over the world and at a lot of villas in Bali (and I’m fussy 🤷‍♂️) The Mulia would have to be the best. The moment you arrive until literally the moment you leave at the airport, the service can’t be faulted, all the team we dealt with were amazing. It’s clean, quiet to the point that you feel like the only ones there and the food and drinks are fabulous wherever you eat. Will be back, thanks for a great week 🙏

The Mulia is the best resort we have stayed in. The room was very luxurious, the grounds were so beautiful and the staff really made the whole experience. We stayed in the Baron beachfront room. It was so lovely to wake up to the ocean views and relax on the balcony in the afternoon. We had breakfast in the lounge every morning and the food was amazing. The staff were so attentive and made sure we had enough food and drinks. We had dinner at Table8 a few times. Best dim sum I have ever had. Afternoon tea was included which included cocktails. The staff everywhere were so friendly and helpful. It was my partner’s birthday while we were there and they sang happy birthday and gave him cake. These little touches are what make this an amazing resort. The only downside was having to leave. We will definitely be back.

Ok. 5 star resort, 3 star review… pros and cons… Buffet quite solid. Give it a 4.7/5 Beach and pools, 4.8/5 Service 4.9/5 Property 4.7/5 WiFi 2.5/5 - it worked, sometimes, and not that strong… Rooms 4/5 - no outlets in bathrooms? No apps on TV? No alarm clocks, no coffee makers, the KING bed was TWO doubles pushed together, the rooms were def the biggest downfall. It’s a great resort overall.

Management failed my safety (and that of another woman who also reported a similar incident by the same perpetrator) as I was verbally abused, threatened and racially discriminated by a middle-aged male (see attached photo) who was intoxicated, as I sat in the Terrace. The person claimed that I was sitting in the same spot he had been sitting a few minutes before. I spent my final night in my room, and though I asked to speak to the Police, Randy and Sonny (Managers) didn't inform me of the protocol, which involved me going in person, so I waited all night. Sonny couldn't hurry me out of the resort fast enough the next morning. As a middle-aged woman, I wanted four days of peace of quiet, and I didn't get it. Though I trusted the publicity, The Mulia, an award-winning beach resort in Nusa Dua, but shabby in the safety of female customers. Mulia puts profit over safety and prefers to cater for middle-aged drunks and aggressive males, NOT families or single women travelling alone. I will never set foot again.
