High end luxury. Top notch service. Excellent food and drink. Nicest Toto fully automatic toilets available. Huge spacious rooms and bathrooms. Everything is over the top luxury. Didn't leave the resort for days and never got bored. Great pools to choose from and an excellent, clean beach. 5 stars all the way around. Wonderful breakfast. The entire staff is trained very well, very nice, and fluent in English. No complaints whatsoever! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🅰️➕️

We recently stayed at Mulia Resort and were truly impressed by the impeccable cleanliness and stunning beauty of the property. From the sparkling pool to the well-maintained gardens and spotless rooms, everything was pristine and well looked after. The resort grounds are truly a feast for the eyes. One of the major highlights of our stay was the staff – especially the bartenders, lifeguards, security personnel, and wait staff. They were all warm, friendly, and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Their dedication and hospitality didn’t go unnoticed. However, the experience at the check-in and check-out counters was a stark contrast. The staff there came across as stiff and unwelcoming, almost like airport customs officers rather than hospitality professionals. It felt as though they had been instructed not to engage politely with guests, which was a disappointing first and last impression. The biggest letdown during our stay was the food. For a resort of this caliber, we expected a lot more variety and creativity in the menu. Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet was repetitive throughout our six-day stay, with the same items appearing each day. Even more surprising was that, on some occasions, the Indian options for breakfast and dinner were exactly the same. As guests with dietary preferences leaning towards Indian cuisine, we genuinely struggled to find satisfying meals at the resort. Overall, while Mulia Resort delivers on aesthetics, cleanliness, and some truly wonderful staff, there is definitely room for improvement in guest service at reception and, most importantly, in the dining experience.

We spent our holiday with our year old baby and couldn’t have chosen better place to stay. First and most important thing was the excellent work from all chefs and food attendants to guarantee the health and safety of all guests. The hotel is extremely clean and service was incredibly over the standards. Perfect hotel when travelling with kids as the hotel is very family oriented with lots of activities for kids of all ages. Mulia will be always our selection when travelling to Bali. Thank you so much for making our holidays a dream come true.

The Mulia Suites. Luxurious accommodation where we experienced direct sea-views from our large balcony. Many pools & swim-up pool bar kept immaculately clean. Beautiful grounds well maintained with buggy transfers to the different areas of the resort. Fantastic service from all staff - so helpful & friendly & attentive. Extensive restaurant options (Western, Indonesian, Thai, Chinese, Japanese etc) with quality wine selections. Quiet beach area in front of the resort with direct beach access & on-beach serviced beach lounges. Felt a world-away from the usual hustle & bustle of the busier areas of Bali.

A Truly Unforgettable Family Getaway at The Mulia I have been dreaming of taking my family on our first holiday for a long time, and The Mulia came highly recommended. I am so glad we chose to come here—it exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The special welcome gift for my wife’s 40th birthday was such a thoughtful touch—a delicious slice of cake, a “HAPPY BIRTHDAY” banner elegantly spread across the bed, and a beautifully crafted towel art piece. We stayed in the Signature Room with Lagoon Pool access, and I must say, the photos on Luxury Escapes don’t do it justice! It felt far more spacious than expected, and the additional bed we requested for our daughter, though at a cost, was well worth it. Originally, we only booked six nights since it was our first trip to Bali, but by the second night, I wished we had stayed for two weeks! We only ventured out of the resort twice—to visit the Waterbom Park and to get some ink—but honestly, The Mulia has everything you need to stay entertained. If you’re looking for a place to relax and unwind, this is the ultimate destination. One of the most special experiences I highly recommend is the beachside bonfire at night—a truly magical family moment. Having our own private fire and tent, roasting marshmallows, and making s’mores was an absolute delight. Plus, the full poolside menu is available here too—I definitely recommend the chicken satays and woodfire pizzas. Special Mentions To the management team: Thank you for your exceptional service! You were always helpful in explaining how things work, and your spontaneous gifts of fruit baskets and chocolates were incredibly generous and deeply appreciated. To the ladies at Edogin: Out of all the restaurants we dined at during our stay, your service and genuine love for my family will never be forgotten. You welcomed us with open arms (literally!), and your smiles and charisma added a special charm to the experience. You are truly an asset to The Mulia team, and the food—simply magnificent. Meeting you and taking photos together was a moment she will treasure forever. Since we left, we’ve watched your videos countless times, reliving the magic of the night. The Mulia is incredibly lucky to have such talented performers! We are eagerly counting down the days until our next visit to Bali, and without a doubt, we’ll be rebooking at The Mulia.
