This is certainly one of the best hotels I have stayed in Majorca. Customer service here is at the highest standard and every person working here, starting from the receptionists to the waiting staff and housekeeping everyone is extremely nice and helpful. Hotel also has a huge range of attractions to offer. Beautiful swimming pools outside the hotel and on the rooftop with a stunning view over the Majorca coast. Inside the hotel you can find: fully equipped gym, spa area with the jacuzzi, pool and sauna + steam room. Food here is tasty and everyday there is many different dishes to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

A beautiful hotel with amazing staff. We stayed in a privilege room on the 4th floor it had a beautiful view from the room. The staff were there to help with anything we needed. The location is fantastic as you can walk out the back and there is a gate to access beach,bars and restaurants. Gave us a complementary bottle of wine for our honeymoon. A truly fantastic hotel with fantastic staff

I honestly had higher expectations of this hotel given all recent 5 star reviews. However, I’m quite disappointed. Location is good and rooms are nice but it was way too warm and we couldn’t set the temperature from our room. The service though, could be much better. We checked in today (28th March) for a 3 nights stay. The check-in was smooth but after that at night things didn’t go so well. I was taking a shower before bed just to find out that the shower gel was over. My husband had to go down to the reception at 1am to get some shower gel but the receptionist handed him two tubes of shampoo and said that it’s the same thing. They also could not provide any emergency dental kit (we forgot our toothpaste) and just told my husband that it’s “personal”. This is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel as these are quite basic requirements. The room also did not have any hair conditioner or face tissues. I really do not want to use toilet paper to wipe my face or hands! These are small items if taken care of could elevate the hotel much more. Hopefully my next two nights of stay go smoother than the first one!

We had a week at this great hotel will definitely be returning. Staff friendly nothing too much trouble. Rooms very clean and spacious. Towels changed daily . Pool area clean ,quiet and spacious not at all busy

This is hands down the best hotel I’ve stayed in. We stayed April 13th-16th, check in was a breeze (you can check in before arrival online), and the man on the front desk with amazing and very helpful. We arrived at the hotel at 11am but check in wasn’t until 3pm. The man at the front desk took our number and said we can use the pool/hotel facilities until check in. We received a call at 11:30 letting us know that our room was ready and we can check in early. Onto the room, it was spotlessly clean. Very modern, and has very thing you needed, hairdryer, plug sockets next to the bed and in the bathroom etc. plenty of storage. Also a mini fridge. We booked a room with a pool view and that’s exactly what we received. The pool area was amazing, it’s an adults only hotel so very relaxing, but can also venture out onto the main street for drinks and some karaoke. The pool and the sunbeds were very well maintained, and we never struggled getting a sunbed. The bar area near the pool serves amazing food, which we had for lunch. Also if you become a member you can receive 10% off food and drinks. The breakfast they offer was brilliant and you are spoilt for choice, we never went hungry. I cannot thank the staff enough, always happy to help and greet you with a smile on their faces. We will 100% be back next year!
