Moxy was great overall, but for $300+ a night, we weren’t impressed! Still a clean place to sleep at night and conveniently located so close to lots of highlights of NYC, but we didn’t leave with the impression that this would be a place we visit again and again. No parking nor discounted rates for the super expensive parking next door. The bar on the roof top gets packed with non-guest outsiders- mostly a well dressed younger crowd. The bouncer even happily gets some cash from random outsiders to let them in the elevator ahead of everyone else. The $20 food n beverage credit to be used on the second floor bar/restaurant or the cafe next door was great. You better use it at cafe Avignon next door- very good stuff!! Rooms are clean. Cleaning service was also top notch! No fridge in the room, and the room was really tight albeit accommodating all your needs. You may hear some noise at night but great job with rooms overall. Check in and check out were smooth. Decent experience for us overall with price tag being a little over.

While location of this hotel is great for a couple like us in their 60s this hotel is not great. If your staying for one or two nights it would be fine but for us staying a week it was chaos. The room is small and there is no fridge or anywhere to hang clothes so we were tripping over things as you cannot swing a cat. . The maid always turned up at tea time to clean rooms too. For what this hotel chain provides it is basic and lacks any class finishing . The rooms are cheaply done up and it’s basically like an upmarket hostel but they charge 4 star rates We were majorly disappointed . Won’t be staying here again unless it 2 nights or less

Only 21/2 blocks from penn station and 3 blocks from herald square subway stop made it so easy to get everywhere. The rooftop bar is amazing. The coffee shop next door was a great way to start the morning. Rooms kinda small but the shower was fantastic. Would definitely stay there again

We stayed at Moxy Times Square for 3 nights and 4 days, and overall had a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms are on the smaller side, but fine by New York standards. The location is excellent, just a 7-minute walk to Times Square and 5 minutes to the nearest subway station. The hotel has a nice bar and cozy lounge areas with couches and tables, perfect for relaxing after a day out. They also stored our luggage for us, which was really convenient. The only downside was the bathroom design; the semi-transparent glass door felt a bit awkward.

The hotel is very clean, staff attentive, they made great space of our room (quad bed). They do however have a noise problem. At night starting early and going until early morning all you can hear is thumping music. After a long day of walking the last thing I wanted to hear was bass all night. Other than that, it's a great location (only a few minutes away from Times Square).
