I had a fantastic stay at the Moxy Hotel Times Square. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of everything, close to the subway and path, yet surprisingly quiet once inside. The hotel has a really trendy, modern vibe as well as a rooftop bar, and cafe that makes the whole experience feel very fun. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, which made a big difference. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the room felt well-kept and comfortable. Overall, it was a great stay from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, convenient, and enjoyable place to stay in New York.

The key reasons for choosing this hotel were the location and because it is part of the Marriott group. The location is great - a few minutes walk from Times Square, Maddison Square Garden etc. The compact room size was fairly confronting - you cannot really work from your room, nor have your suitcase open and not expect to trip over it. Hanging space was a challenge also as there were three coat hangers only. I wouldnt necessarily choose this hotel again if visiting for business as I usually need to work from my room - I would say it would be ideal for a 2 night stay where you have a small case or bag, and only plan on being in the room to sleep.

I had an amazing stay at Moxy Times Square! The energy and vibe of the hotel were fantastic, and the staff made all the difference. Craig is an outstanding supervisor — very attentive, professional, and genuinely cares about guests. Windel was incredibly polite, respectful, and always willing to help with a smile. And Oliber added great positive energy with his fun and friendly attitude. Thanks to the whole team for making my stay so enjoyable! Definitely one of my favorite hotel experiences in New York.

I stayed at Moxy NYC Times Square and was really impressed with the whole experience. The rooms are modern, clean, and well-designed — definitely smaller (as you’d expect in NYC), but every inch of space is used smartly. The beds are comfortable, the lighting is great, and the overall vibe feels trendy and energetic. The gym was a solid surprise — very well-equipped for a hotel this size. It had everything I needed for a full workout, including free weights, cardio machines, and functional training gear. It’s open 24 hours, which made it super convenient for my early mornings. The Magic Hour rooftop bar is the highlight — incredible atmosphere with panoramic views, great music, and drinks that actually live up to the hype. It’s lively without being over-the-top, and a perfect way to end the night without leaving the hotel. Overall, Moxy NYC Times Square delivers way more than I expected — stylish rooms, a legit gym, and one of the best rooftop spots in the city. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to mix comfort, convenience, and a little NYC energy all in one place.

I stayed at the Moxy NYC Times Square this past summer. The location was excellent, the hotel is stylish and the rooms are comfortable & clean. When I reported a lost item left in the lobby area, Omar was very helpful and helped me quickly locate the item. Zoe at the front desk provided excellent service and was very professional. Highly recommend!
