Loved our stay here. Close enough to Times Square but not close enough to feel the chaos all the time. I was worried about staying in a 4 bunk room with our teens but it actually worked out well. The room was great. Lots of space to lounge outside the room if you want. The breakfast in the morning was a nice option along with bottles of water and juice. The only suggestion would be to maybe have a gluten free muffin or loaf option in the morning. Otherwise great stay.

This hotel is so cool and fun. We were worried the rooms would be too small but they were fine. They have been really smart with how they have designed the rooms to offer storage in different ways. It was clean, service was great, beds were comfy, and the F&B area on level 2 was great too. It’s the perfect spot for tourists as it’s 2min from Times Square. Highly recommend.

Come here if you want no sleep, to get trapped in the lifts, to get kicked out your room at 5pm by the cleaners and if you want a random $30 a day destination fee to be charged to you with no prior information about it on your booking website! (Booked via Love holidays)
Also, staff didn’t believe us when we got trapped in the lift. The lift system is stupid, they have 4 lifts and you scan your room key and a lift will open for you. There are NO FLOOR BUTTONS in the lift, so if it malfunctions and misses your floor, you’re stuck. We were floor 15 and the lift P3 has an error, in which it will display floor 15 and 16 on the screen, then go to floor 16 (skipping 15) and then floor 15 disappears off the screen and you’re trapped in the lift. The staff (a lady- maybe a manager?) didn’t believe us and accused us of getting in the wrong lift!! Babes I can read a screen… she made no effort to rectify it and 5 days later the issue is still ongoing!
Also, no sleep is due to the loud music from the nearby roof top bar. I wouldn’t mind this if it the music wasn’t hosted by the most repetitive, cringe worthy DJ who shouts “1, 2, 3, let’s go!!!!” every 5 mins in an attempt to hype up a dead crowd- the reason your crowd is so dead is because the music is terrible! (And because your drinks are ridiculously expensive so the crowd aren’t drunk enough to be hyped)
Staff at the cafe next door were lovely though and the room was a decent size 👍

Strongly recommend staying somewhere else. I’m in my second night of three here and I can’t stand it.
Tiny rooms for the same price as the Courtyard down the street. I guess it’s the authentic nyc experience. Sink too small to fit your toiletries on it. Thermostat doesn’t go below 68 which wouldn’t be a problem if it could actually keep the room a consistent temperature. I could hear the water rushing through the pipes off and on all night (like loud enough to keep me up since I’m writing it). The “breakfast” provided was mini wrapped muffins and mini water bottles. The restaurant on site is awful. The elevators require to you to tap your card but that and the digital key never work.
I guess you could say it’s a trendy place but it felt like it was done in a cheap way and not really a cute way.
Stay somewhere farther out and spend the 2.90 to take the subway to midtown because the location is not worth it.

Great trip overall. This location and its proximity to Times Square and the Amtrak is unmatched and there is an immense amount of eateries and restaurants near.
While the rooms were small and no window access, the beautiful property and welcoming staff and environment made this trip a success. Giovanni was amazing and went above and beyond to make my 2 nights comfortable. The property offered a $30 F&B credit upon checking in and it went to great use.
