I had a birthday celebration in June and everyone made me feel so special and even decorated my room! I was completely speechless. They accommodated my family and friends from the rooftop to the lobby! It was such an incredible experience and I’m for sure coming back to this location. Thank you to everyone who works in the lobby, your energy was so fun and magical from the time I spun through the doors !

The location was great and so was the service. The room however, was lacking a bit of A/C.. it only allows you to lower the A/C to 68, which is nothing if you’re a cool sleeper, or from Miami like us, but we made it work and the staff was kind enough to give us a fan too. I loved the smell and the roof top too! Good stay.

Great location, reasonably priced and great staff.
You really are in the heart of the city and everything is close by.
Nice bar area. Rooms were small but perfectly adequate for a few days, we really didn't spend much time in ours. TV had netflix which was great whenever we were in room.
Every morning there is free coffee and hot water in the bar between 7am and 10am.
We would def stay here again.

This is a great location. Right across the street are the city bikes so you can grab one and travel any place. The rooms are very small and there's not a lot of privacy because it's an open toilet shower concept so please be aware, lol
The staff is absolutely amazing and extremely accommodating. Has a great upstairs rooftop bar.

All in all a good stay but beware of the 2 bed rooms. The toilet and shower are separated from them with frosted glass that lets you easily still see the person through it.
So you if you don't avert your eyes you'll see the other person sitting on the toilet or in the shower.
Otherwise, 2 bed rooms are hard to find in the city. This was good for the cost which wasn't cheap though. Had an interior room which was quiet and very dark with the blind pulled down.
The AC is right next to the head of one bed and noisy though it didn't keep me from sleeping.
While you're required to pay a $30 destination fee they hotel gives you a $30 credit each day to use at the bar. You much use it each day though, it doesn't carry over.
