Perfect hotel when visiting Baku, upon arrival we were welcomed very friendly by the staff. The hotel is close to most main sightseeing points of Baku and within walking distance of the train station. The staff was very helpfull and we booked a tour via the customer relations staff member wich was very nice as she also gave us lot of tips to make our stay in Baku as good as possible. The room was very spacious, clean and we had a nice view of the harbour area and the flame towers. I would love to come back when visiting Baku again.

Our family had a very pleasant 4-night stay at the Mövenpick Hotel Baku. The hotel’s strategic location, within walking distance of the vibrant Nizami Street, made exploring the city extremely convenient. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful, from the front office to housekeeping and the breakfast attendants, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it an excellent base for a family winter vacation in Baku.

Very poor and neglectful attitude from the hotel’s top management, including the GM, regarding a simple room booking inquiry. If you want guests to choose your hotel, you need to be attentive and hospitable - not dismissive toward potential customers. There are plenty of other hotels that offer far better service and genuine hospitality. I would be surprised if Accor would accept such attitude, and I will be reporting it.

We had a pleasant family stay at the Movenpick Hotel in Baku. The hotel offers spacious rooms, and we appreciated the interconnecting rooms for our family. It’s conveniently located close to Nizami Street and just a short walk from Baku’s Old Town, making it very easy to explore the city. The only minor downside was that breakfast could get crowded, and one lounge allowed smoking, which wasn’t ideal for families with kids. Overall, though, it was a great stay with comfortable rooms and a fantastic location.

This places delivers a perfect balance of comfort, location, and service. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the city’s main attractions, picturesque streets and eateries. Rooms are spacious, modern, and immaculately maintained. Special mentions to Nigar for coordinating and ensuring everything goes smooth during our trip
