Paradox is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. I booked a sea view room, and the view during sunset was amazing. The food was great every day. I never missed breakfast, there was a good variety, and everything was fresh, especially the fruits and pastries. I have a sensitive stomach, so I’m always careful with food, but I had no problems at all. The pool was clean and relaxing, and the staff were always nearby and ready to help. All the staff were very friendly and professional, from reception to housekeeping and the lifeguards. This was my second time staying at Paradox, and definitely not the last. Highly recommend it.

Wonderful experience! The hotel is comfy and spacious! The pool is exciting and the cool Karon beach is close by ! The breakfast is awesome with a lot of options to choose from! Loved their chocolate cake and hot chocolate and their fresh pastries! Thank you Chef Tong and Chef Boom! I recommend the beach/ swimming pool and city view rooms Caz the view is stunning! Above all Many Thanks again to Chef Tong and Chef Boom for the daily delicious cakes and pastries and for making our stay a memorable experience. However, the kids club when compared to other hotels needs to be upgraded in terms of activities to make it lively such as dancing, singing, etc. suggest to also introduce kids activities and games by the main pool area.

I loved staying at the paradox. The pool was nice, the scenery was amazing and just getting to be so close to Karon beach was great. The staff are the sweetest people you’ll ever meet! I totally recommend and I’m already planning to come back and this time with my children as I got a chance to look around and see the kids club as well as the resort it’s so family friendly. The only thing I have to say is please provide a bigger buffet option for non pork eaters and would love some more vegetarian options please.

We spent 10 wonderful nights at Paradox and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always going out of their way to ensure our comfort. I requested a room change, and it was handled promptly with no fuss. The view from the main building is absolutely breathtaking, and the entire resort feels like a peaceful oasis. The Spa is stunning—serene, beautifully designed, and the massage I received was truly one of the best I’ve ever had. I was also surprised with a sweet birthday cake from the resort, which made the stay even more special. Breakfast offered a great variety, with both Western and Asian options, and the cocktails by the pool were the perfect way to unwind. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway at Karon Beach in Phuket.

I stayed her for 10 nights in August 2025 in a two bedroom suite with my son and grandson. Had a great time. Close to beach, pools and dining areas. Very nice food, staff were polite, helpful and pleasant, especially Saow and Alex, perfect and friendly hosts. A credit to the resort. Two problems arose unfortunately while I was there we had a heavy rain storm overnight and in the morning the floor was covered in water. The water was pooring out of electrical switches on the wall. Very dangerous I thought. When my bed linen was changed , my top duvet had large stains on it which wasn't pleasant . Apart from this a great place to stay.
