I recently stayed at this hotel, and I want to express my gratitude, particularly to the housekeeping staff, who made every morning special by leaving a little gift for my child. These thoughtful gestures truly made a difference and added a lovely touch to our stay. The hotel itself is immaculate, with well-maintained facilities and a warm atmosphere. The staff is attentive, always smiling, and ready to meet our needs. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, offering numerous options to start the day off right. Overall, I had a wonderful time and highly recommend this hotel. I won’t hesitate to return on my future trips. A big thank you to the entire team for their professionalism and kindness!

The hotel is old and definitely not up to modern 5-star standards, especially when it comes to the interior. The drain in the bathroom doesn’t work properly. The window soundproofing is non-existent — I can assure you that the music from the bar downstairs will keep you awake at night. Due to the loud music, I went down to the reception. They told me they would ask the bar to turn it down. When nothing changed, I went down a second time, and the response I got was: “It’s Friday.” I understand that, but your guests are the ones who suffer because of it. “It’s Friday” is not a solution to the problem. What made it especially frustrating was that I had a long, exhausting flight and just wanted to rest. But even with the windows closed, the noise from the bar was incredibly loud. The room is spacious. Breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of options. On a positive note, the staff is polite and the chef are incredibly kind and attentive.

Very pleased with our recent stay. Above all many thanks to Mohamed Salah and all his team. The staff is very pleasant and smiling people. The breakfast is nice with an open air terrace face the » lake »Our room 610 was clean and well equipped with a dining area , guest toilets, a shower and a bath. Very closed to DMCC metro station 10mn walk. A lot of supermarket around, I appreciated particularly Grandiose for the healthy take away food. There is a Shuttle bus that goes to Riva Beach club. ( you have to book in advance) Very nice beach , you are given a sun bed, umbrella ( according to availability ) and towel. There are changing rooms. You can’t bring your own drinks and food but you can order. There is a nice pool where you can do proper swimming . Looking forward to go to Movempick al Marjan this Friday.

Had such a lovely stay at the Mövenpick Hotel! The staff really made the experience special – a big thank you to Sala, Sathish, and Pavendendar, as well as the two lovely ladies at reception (wish I caught your names!). Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and welcoming – you really made us feel at home. Also have to mention the in-house spa – the massage was incredibly professional and relaxing, with such a beautiful vibe and calming energy. Can’t wait to come back!
