⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We experienced both the rooms and the pool villas and both were beautifully decorated with an authentic, welcoming feel. The tall ceilings and abundance of glass windows filled the spaces with natural light and framed the lush gardens perfectly. The pool villas felt private and luxurious, ideal for unwinding in your own space, while the rooms were spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully appointed. The staff were warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. A special mention to Joey, the head of guest relations, who was absolutely wonderful, professional, friendly, and genuinely committed to making sure every detail was perfect. Breakfast was a daily highlight, with a generous spread of fresh and varied options. Mövenpick offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and excellent service. We left feeling refreshed and already looking forward to our next visit.

Serene setting. Beautiful man made beach and pool. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Joey, the manager, was very knowledgeable and welcoming. Wonderful massages both at the spa and right beside the ocean. We had a private pool which was much cooler than the main pool, and for that reason, we were glad we booked it. The main pool is very relaxing and kid friendly though. The restaurants are nice. Food is good, but nothing mind-blowing. Loved the walkways to the rooms as it felt so tropical and authentic Thai. Great location close to the town, temples and other local attractions, and only a few hours drive from Bangkok. There's also a 7 Eleven a few minutes walk from the resort, which came in handy lots of times! Overall, a really nice resort offering a peaceful getaway and incredible value for money.

Savoring Food & Drinks

I’d like to share my recent experience at your hotel, which was unfortunately quite disappointing given the price point of over 7,000 THB per night. From the start, the booking process on your website was not smooth, and the staff member who handled my call didn’t come across as well-trained or welcoming. When I arrived, I hoped for a better experience. However, even at check-in, the service felt impersonal. There was no warm welcome or welcome drink, which I would expect from a hotel of this caliber. Additionally, I noticed that the breakfast service was insufficient and staff didn’t seem attentive to guests’ needs from room service. Although the property itself is beautiful and spacious, the room was not as clean as expected. Moreover, while dog food was provided, there was no option for cat food, which was disappointing since I had brought my pet cat. Overall, the service felt unpleasant and far below the standards that should come with the brand and price level. I truly hope the management team can take this feedback seriously and improve both staff training and guest experience, as the potential of your hotel is very high but currently does not match what guests are paying for.

Just returned from a truly serene stay at Mövenpick Asara Resort & Spa Hua Hin and couldn’t be more delighted. The property is a hidden sanctuary—peaceful, lush, and beautifully maintained. One of the most magical highlights was the sight of pink water lilies floating gently across the lagoon-like ponds throughout the resort. Every morning, they bloom quietly, adding a touch of grace and calm that sets the tone for the day. It felt like a secret garden where nature and luxury meet. The villas are spacious, private, and beautifully appointed, and the staff were consistently warm and attentive. Whether lounging by the infinity pool, enjoying breakfast with ocean views, or walking under the palm-lined paths, every moment felt like an escape. Highly recommend this resort for anyone seeking relaxation, romance, and a touch of natural beauty in every corner.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The location was great, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the entire property was beautifully maintained. What impressed me most was the impeccable service from every staff member — from the security guards and housekeeping to the front desk and dining team, everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. The private dinner that was arranged for us was absolutely delightful. The food was delicious, and the service made the evening feel truly special. I’m genuinely grateful for such a memorable stay and would love to return again soon.
