Absolutely incredible resort and experience. The staff were amazing. Very consistent in regards to food, and cleanliness. The views were incredible, and the grounds were well taken care of. 24 hour room service which is a major plus, and everyone was wonderful. The only thing I’d say is they push hard to try and get you to purchase time shares/different packages for their other moon palace locations. But overall, the resort was incredible.

I stayed at this hotel for my first visit to Jamaica with my fiancée and in-laws. I was very excited to go and we stayed there for 8 days in total which was not cheap at all. The experience overall was underwhelming, probably below average in terms of food, customer service, the hotel itself, things to do etc. However, towards the end of my stay I had an absolutely absurd customer service experience. I ordered a bottle of champagne for New Year’s Eve. Instead of sending 1 bottle they sent 2 bottles of champagne. They also sent it to the wrong room as we asked it to be sent to my father-in-law’s room and they instead sent it to our room. I returned to our room at around 2am on New Year’s Day after we had finished celebrating and contacted room service to inform them of the mishap and that we no longer wanted the champagne. They came the following day to retrieve the unopened bottles and I thought that was the end of the story. I was wrong. When we went to check out there was a $268 dollar charge for the 2 bottles of champagne. The manager informed me that I could not check out without paying for these items even though I explained that they were returned unopened. Without checking out I would be unable to take the hotel shuttle to the airport and thus would’ve missed our flight, so I begrudgingly paid for the charge after being told I could dispute it with public relations. I called public relations after I got home on 4 separate occasions and never got the issue resolved nor my money refunded. This was after I also got food poisoning and lost an entire day recovering from it. 0/10 is what I would give this place if I could for customer service alone.

My Husband and I had an amazing time. The details an package deal we received were on point. Though the airfare and it's connections could have been a deterrence they weren't. it was all apart of International travel. More option for getting there and back would have probably been the only way to make this part of the package better. The resort staff were very accommodating and customer friendly. The eatery options were plenty tho not always the cleanness in the buffet area.  The variety of selections was a bonus. If you were vegan and or vegetarian they did there best to meet the need.  The tour and entertainment packages tho a bit pricey were worth the expense once you bought into a particular package, at least the ones we paid for. I think the only thing I would suggest change on would be the tipping process. There is no way to tip all those who set out to be accommodating. There has to be a better way to say thank you without walking around with hundreds of dollar bills.  But it's not a complaint it's offered as something that could be looked in to.

Title: Disappointing Experience with Mismanaged Booking Review: I booked an ocean view room at this hotel back in February 2023 for a stay in January 2024. My family and I were looking forward to enjoying the stunning ocean views during our stay, a key reason for choosing this particular hotel. To secure our booking, we paid the full amount upfront, trusting in the hotel's reputation and services. However, upon our arrival after a long journey from Australia to Jamaica, we were informed that all ocean view rooms were fully occupied. Despite having booked and paid for such a room a year in advance, we were offered an interior room with no view. This was a significant letdown, as the ocean view was a major aspect of our anticipated holiday experience. Given our exhaustion and the lack of alternative accommodations, we were forced to accept the room. The hotel's inability to honor our booking was not only disappointing but also indicative of poor management and customer service. This experience has significantly tainted our perception of the hotel. I urge others to be cautious when considering advance payments for bookings at this hotel. The lack of guarantee that your reserved room type will be honored, as in our case, is a risk that can significantly impact your travel experience. Rating: 2/5 Stars - For the basic facilities provided, but a major deduction for failing to honor the booking agreement.

Wonderful place for a family vacation. Nice beach and plenty of pools. The kids club has the friendliest staff and the kids love the adjacent splash pad. Ample options for food - Pier 8 and Momo at the top of the list - and the buffets offers something for everyone, even the picky eaters. Good amount of activities to enjoy and if you have the opportunity to pamper yourself in the spa it is a must!
