Absolutely brilliant staff and the location was perfect. We had a swim up room facing the main pool and was perfect although was always loud on a night time with people coming back late. The food was brilliant absolutely no complaints, after reading reviews we were nervous but there was always something for everyone. The drinks had a good selection just very strong. Over all brilliant hotel, great food and absolutely perfect location just 5/10 min walk always from beach and strip. Loved so much will be returning next year.

We recently returned from a fantastic family holiday at this hotel as a large group of 16, including adults, teenagers, and toddlers—and I have to say, it exceeded all our expectations! I’ll admit I was a little apprehensive after reading some older reviews from last year, but I’m so glad we went ahead with the booking. From start to finish, everything was spot on. The food was great, with plenty of variety to suit all tastes. The entertainment team and bar staff were absolutely brilliant—friendly, hardworking, and always going the extra mile to make sure everyone was having a good time, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We honestly had the best time and made some amazing memories. We’ll definitely be booking again for next year. Huge thanks to all the staff—you did a fantastic job!

We are regulars to the area but usually go B&B so we chose this hotel because of the All Inclusive option and location. On first impressions the hotel looks lovely with a welcoming reception area. We were taken to our room by a friendly young man but unfortunately was disappointed with the room size. We were 3 adults and paid for a superior room but it was tiny and hardly any hanging space meaning the other 2 adults had to leave clothes in their cases. There was also nowhere to hang the towels so we had 3 wet towels over the bathroom door. I think a couple of hooks would've been an advantage. The room so was hot and stuffy and although we had a/c, we couldn't sleep with it on due to being not recommended. The cleaners were friendly but we felt the standard of cleanliness wasn't great. Our room doors had fingerprints all over them from previous guests and the mirrors and patio doors were dirty. The beds were made daily but the room never looked clean. The pool area was exaggerated on the photos and it was alot smaller in person. The sunbeds were so cramed together that you were touching the person next to you leaving no room to move. As usual with the Brits, towels were placed on the sunbeds before the sun was even up leaving little choice at 8am. The pool area was very slippery especially when wet and also dirty. I don't think it was cleaned properly the whole week that we were there. You only had to look under the sunbeds each morning to see cigarette butt's, hair and food on the floor which personally I think is gross. Certainly not the standards expected of a 4 star. The toilets were not very clean and smelled awful. The all inclusive drinks were disappointing. My husband loves a beer on holiday, so he wasn't happy on the 1st day to be given a dirty plastic glass with less than half a pint and it wasn't full when poured. The cocktails were awful and the soft drinks were often flat. We were all inclusive but the drinks weren't of the same standard as pay as you go which isn't fair in my opinion. They've been prepaid so when a beer is ordered we would expect the same standard of beer as we would in a B&B next door that we usually get and not given a poor, less than half a glass. My husband was so disappointed with this. The food was ok overall. Breakfast and lunch were better but I found the evening meals to be disappointing with limited choice. The meat would say steak or beef but twice it wasn't and was lamb! The staff were attentive. The entertainment was misleading. The description leads you to believe it's all day and evening (other guests said the same to us) where in reality there was a 20 minute water exercise session in the morning and sometimes darts and an hour of fun after 3pm. The rest of the day nothing. The evening was worse with the entertainment starting at 9pm and finishing at 10pm leaving hours again with nothing. And there was no entertainment on Sunday evening. The entertainment staff themselves were lovely but we would've loved more! This was our first time going all inclusive but unfortunately we will never do it again. The poor standard of drinks and lack of entertainment ruined it for us, especially as we chose this hotel specifically. Overall the hotel and staff were good but due to the lack of cleanliness and other points mentioned we wouldn't return and would rate this a 3 star definitely not a 4 star.

We had a delicious meal in the restaurant, walked in off the street welcomed by the very friendly professional manager who looked after us so well. The traditional Turkish bread complimentary before the meal was by far the best we had and the freshly caught fish for main course was absolutely delicious. An all round great experience, highly recommended.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with what I expected to be 4 star hotel in Turkey... Don't get me wrong - we still had great time with the kids, it was our summer break, pool was nice although crazy busy, kids loved the slides, food was adequate, entertainment was entertaining, I didn't at any point thought omg I hate it. Nevertheless, there were some things that just weren't great and I expected better. Just the whole feeling to the hotel itself was a bit unclean, glasses at the bar very frequently had marks all over them, the ones you notice when you drank half of the glass. I personally watched a barman at dinner time washing glasses with bare hands and no cleaning liquid or anything, just sticking hands into glasses. I couldn't understand the room cleaning schedule - our beds got changed only once in 9 days, at the beginning, the covers on them weren't changed at all. When it was cleaned I couldn't see what was it, only beds were made and bins emptied, toilet itself wasn't cleaned, no surfaces wiped. The mop they're using to clean the rooms... shocking, the smell and smears it leaves. I had to go get towels myself couple of times, cause despite there being 3 people in the room - we just didn't have 3 towels changed, it was random 1 big towel, 2 small or 2 big and 1 small, and no there were no other towels in the room drying or anything. And I didn't even need them changed every day, it was just bizarre. I contemplated asking for a different room straight away when we checked in but couldn't face the hustle - the bathroom was small and weirdly dark and humid all the time, black mold in places on grouting, just felt meh. The public toilets in the hotel, and behind the bar, that changing room under the stairs - I don't understand why those places are not looked after better, you'd think more effort would be put into public spaces, they're just dirty. Perhaps there are different 4 star standards for these all inclusive holidays easyjet and jet2 offer and other 4 star hotels that don't do them... It was just alright. Hotel is super busy and of course requires an army of people to service it so I am grateful to all the staff working hard, perhaps something for the management to consider - there are some low hanging fruits that could be fixed service and appearance-wise and it'll look and feel much better. Thank you!
