The worst Hotel I have ever seen. It is not even up to be 2 stars hotel. It has only 1 lift, and mostly it is broken. The room has no amenities. The bathroom was flooded with water after having a shower. The quality of the food is beyond the expectations. The staff are zero friendly. My parents are a bit old and they had to go 3 floors upstairs because the lift was broken. I raised my concerns to the staff, and they just kept silent with cold hearts. I really regret being there and not recommended to anyone. They just care about taking your money, and value is ZERO in return.

the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. Our room was spotless and had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed and a fantastic view of the city. The breakfast buffet was impressive, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. And the location is perfect - just a short walk from the city center and all the major attractions.

A great hotel with four beautifully landscaped beaches ideal for snorkeling, offering a rich variety of fish and corals. Amazing sea view, good wide deep pool. Thanks to the whole Guest Service team for your hospitality. I fell ill in the last few days, and the hotel kindly extended my check-out by 4 hours, providing a healthy lunch and dinner. Chef Sаyed even sent fruits to my room, which truly touched my heart and enhanced my impression of the hotel. I will recommend the hotel to my friends so they can experience the wonderful underwater world of the Red Sea. Hope to be back here

The location of the hotel is astonishing and absolutely stunning, The food is amazing and good quality and the service is fast and persistent. The home service never delays and always on time and on point. The salads are amazing as well as the soups. Drinks are amazingly tasty and delicious. The animation performance are so fun to watch and entertaining. Everything here is amazing.

Our stay here was perfect. Beautiful room with great view. The food is varied and everyone will find something they like! The stuff is so nice and helpful, and animation club comes with lots of different activities and they all are amazing. Will definitely come back here. Amazing stay And best people!! The guy in the lobby bar is so nice and makes best drinks ever! Also Mrwan is one of the nicest people i know :)) Will never forget people from here!
