Hello, you should not trust all those fancy comments. Reality is a bit different. Hotel is not new but kept well. However, service there is awful. I was unlucky to book half board there. Today we first time visited restaurant. It took 10 minutes for a personal inside to understand that we are half board customers - from the beginning we were requested to provide certificates etc. It looks like staff is not trained or having half board is extremely rare. In addition responsible person English was so bad so it was not really possible to communicate. When booking half board no single drink is included. So when we asked for a water we were offered tap water and that is not a joke. It is well known that drinking tap water in Thailand is not safe and dangerous. So we was offered to be "poisoned" including children 11 and 5 years old. I left to my room to bring bottled water. When I returned order was taken for my wife and children. Over 20 minutes I had been sitting and NOBODY (no single person) offered me to take my order. Waiters were extremely busy talking to each other those 20 or 30 minutes - see photo. Dishes ordered by the rest of my family members were partially delivered. My family members left for 20 minutes to our room - and there were flies and insects in the restaurant so I was forced to cover food with napkins - see photo. When finally leaving we were offered few chocolates as a compensation for the inconvenience caused - despite the fact I was not offered and had no food at all - nonsense. When talking to Movenpick Customer Manager she showed zero interest in resolving this situation despite I am Accor Platinum member and pointed out that Movenpick is separate from restaurant and really doesn't control it. No single audible sorry. The whole story and situation are nonsense and miserable.

Miki – Truly Exceptional Service at Mövenpick Myth Hotel Patong I cannot thank Miki enough for the incredible service she provided during my stay at Mövenpick Myth Hotel Patong Phuket. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel incredibly welcome, and her professionalism and kindness stood out. She greeted me with a warm smile and immediately made me feel at home. When I asked for a dinner recommendation, she suggested a quiet, clean restaurant within walking distance — it was exactly what I wanted and absolutely perfect. On the following day, I asked her about acupuncture centers, and she not only provided a recommendation but also called ahead to make an appointment for me and ensured everything was in order. She truly went above and beyond. Miki also helped me with installing a local transportation app, and when I was running a bit late after my appointment, she kindly messaged me on WhatsApp to check if everything was okay. This extra care and attention meant so much to me, and I was deeply touched. Her level of service truly exceeded all my expectations, and I am so grateful to have had her help. The management is super lucky to have such a hospitality role model in the front line. I highly recommend a promotion for her for such outstanding service — she makes you feel truly different in the best possible way. Miki, you are a true asset to the hotel, and I’m so lucky to have met you. You made my stay in Phuket extra special.

From the moment I arrived, the first impression was amazing; the reception was excellent, the lobby was spacious and welcoming, and the warm greeting set a wonderful tone from the start. The room was an exceptional experience, especially since I was on my honeymoon. I expected the usual towel decorations, but instead, the hotel surprised me with flowers and special touches that made the stay feel unique and personal. The cleanliness, comfort, and view were all perfect and truly impressive. The service overall was outstanding, with staff across the hotel being extremely helpful and attentive. I would especially like to highlight Kam, who went above and beyond every single day. She always greeted us with a smile, checked if we needed anything, and even suggested places to visit and activities to do. Her kindness, positive energy, and genuine willingness to help made our stay unforgettable. I would also like to mention Miki at the front desk, who was very supportive and helpful as well. The facilities were elegant and relaxing, and the hotel as a whole is definitely a place I plan to return to. Breakfast was very diverse, and the staff everywhere in the hotel were exceptionally helpful and friendly. In short, it was a perfect experience in every way, and I look forward to visiting again.

What truly made my experience unforgettable was the outstanding staff. A very special thank you to Boyd, Risa, and Miki also Emily who arranged our trip to James Bond island– they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They were always smiling, incredibly helpful with recommendations, and made sure every detail of my stay was perfect. Their warmth and professionalism turned a great hotel stay into something truly exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket, and I’ll definitely come back again. We checked in at 4 PM. Our booking was pool two rooms from me, My husband and our two teens. rooms were nicely decorated and well Kept. the only issue was that the air conditioning was not fully operating because of the humidity coming from the pool side. the pool side during the day is Noisy. very nice breakfast it was awesome. location is brilliant. unfortunately rarely you can make use of the chocolate hour due to the limitation of the offering. unfortunately, some guests are rude enough to fight to finish everything before you can indulge. Hotel is really nice but overpriced to similar hotels. we might come back.
