Mövenpick Myth Hotel Patong Phuket

I stayed with my partner at the Mövenpick Myth for a week over the 2025/26 New Year period. During our stay, we were extremely satisfied with the hotel amenities and genuinely impressed by the staff. The hotel itself was beautifully presented. The foyer and pool area were grand in appearance, and the rooms were modern, very clean, and well maintained. Housekeeping did a great job throughout our stay, and the cleanliness of the room made it very comfortable to relax after a long day. The hotel is also in a great location, with convenient access to Patong Beach while still feeling peaceful and not overly crowded. Reception staff were efficient, welcoming, and very helpful from check-in to check-out, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The absolute highlight of our stay, however, would have to be the staff overall. They were exemplary in their kindness, responsiveness, and efficiency. Staff were quick to make sure we were aware of the timing and benefits of both happy hour and chocolate hour. The genuine smiles and warmth we received made the entire stay a pleasure. We particularly enjoyed slow, lazy breakfasts in the morning. The team recognized us, remembered our preferred tables, and never made us feel rushed. The breakfast buffet offered a great mix of quality food with good variation each day and because you’re on holiday, don’t forget to try the ice cream for breakfast! I would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel and would happily return in the future.

My partner and I had an amazing experience at the Mövenpick Hotel in Patong. Outstanding Staff always willing to help with any questions you may require or recommendations of wonderful places to see. Kam was absolutely fantastic with her assistance and recommendations a massive thank you for your help always assisting with the biggest smile and lovely personality. Our room exceeded our expectations plenty of room, spotless and great facilities. We recommend the breakfast buffet plenty of choices, make sure to add this on to your booking well worth it. The location was great as you could experience the busy part of Patong, walk or catch the shuttle to jungceylon Shopping Centre, walk to the beach and hire a Sunbed for the day, then walk back to Movenpick Patong were it was a little quieter atmosphere. Definitely will be coming back in the near future as we had a wonderful stay!

Our stay at Movenpick Myth in Patong was absolutely wonderful. It was our final stop in Thailand after Bangkok and Chiang Mai, and the perfect place to wind down before heading home. The hotel is tucked just off the main road, so we were close enough to the hustle and bustle while still enjoying plenty of peace and quiet. The pool was definitely a highlight, and this was made even better by having direct pool access from our room with our very own jacuzzi. We would also like to give a special thank you to Kam from the front desk. She was incredibly genuine, always greeted us with a warm smile, and shared helpful tips about what to see and do throughout our stay. Her kindness truly made our experience even better. We can’t wait to come back again one day!

It was an amazing hotel with the up most level of service through the hotel. From check in to check out. The breakfast has a variety of food available to everyone. The dinner is also yummy both Western and Thai menu available. The pool bar staff are great. All day service with a smile and enjoy a chat - Honey, Noi and Hafiz. My head/hair treatment at the hotel was fantastic - Avida Spa.

The Movenpick Myth Hotel in Patong is an exceptionally beautiful hotel with outstanding service. This is my second time visiting this hotel. I came back because I love the excellent service and the large sapphire blue pool at the center of the hotel. We worked with Vicky at the front desk and she was very helpful during our stay. The entire staff is responsive and kind. This is a great place to stay if you want to be somewhat close to the main Patong area, but you want a bit of peace and quiet within a 5 star hotel. I like that it’s a bit further away from Bangla Road which gives you a respite from the crowds.
