I had an amazing experience at the Mövenpick Hotel in Patong. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. My room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with plenty of fresh and delicious options to choose from every morning. The pool area was relaxing and well maintained—an ideal place to unwind after a day out in Patong. The hotel’s location is also fantastic: close enough to walk to the beach and local attractions, yet still quiet and peaceful. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Movenpick Myth in Patong was absolutely wonderful. It was our final stop in Thailand after Bangkok and Chiang Mai, and the perfect place to wind down before heading home. The hotel is tucked just off the main road, so we were close enough to the hustle and bustle while still enjoying plenty of peace and quiet. The pool was definitely a highlight, and this was made even better by having direct pool access from our room with our very own jacuzzi. We would also like to give a special thank you to Kam from the front desk. She was incredibly genuine, always greeted us with a warm smile, and shared helpful tips about what to see and do throughout our stay. Her kindness truly made our experience even better. We can’t wait to come back again one day!

For what we were looking for, it was great! We arrived here after 3 weeks of trip in Japan which was super intense so we just wanted to relax. Since we are jewish we had like 4 Israeli restaurants next to the hotel which was very convenient. We had a problem with our light in the room (it was blinking) and the maintenance came super fast to fix it. Also had a problem with the shower because the water didn't go down fast enough and they fixed super fast. The food in the breakfast was very rich and they have really good service - you can ask for cappuccino and they will bring you from the good machine from the bar in 2 floor (which is better 😜). Every day they make a different surprise dish - one day crape, other day french toast and etc. Every day they happy hour: 15:00-17:00 in the pool 19:00-21:00 at the bar. 15:00-16:00 they have chocolate party in the lobby. Since the pool surrounded with the buildings, there is a lot of shadow in the pool. It yours to decide if its good for you. I liked it because when you have so much sun on you, sometimes its bothering. Kam and Benz from the reception were super nice and helpful. Their english was good and it was very easy to communicate.

We stayed here with family and had a great experience. From the quick check in/check out , complimentary pool access room upgrade and chocolate hour everything was perfect. Hotel is well located with close proximity to beach and mall. Kids loved the little birdie club and pool area. We had both lunch and dinner in Atrio restaurant and loved their Thai and Italian cuisines. We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Phuket

From the moment you walk up into the main entrance of the hotel, you’re greeted with warm smiles by all the staff. Check in was so easy even though we were very early. They provided some refreshments while checking in. our room was not ready yet as we were there at 11am. They took my phone number and messaged me when the room was ready. we went for a walk and a massage while waiting as the hotel is located on the Main Street with many shops and massage places to choose from. When we got back to the hotel, they had our luggage in the room already and also had the place decorated for us as we were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. This was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture. Mr Tap was very kind to us everyday. Always greeted us with a warm smile and always came up to us for a quick chat while we waited in the foyer for our taxi to arrive. We initially got a room on the 7th floor as the upgraded room wasn’t available until our 3rd day there which was ok with me. We got upgraded to a pool access room for the remainder of our stay which was perfect. I got the upgrade as I am a gold Accor member. The hotel has a chocolate hour everyday from 3-4pm. We were there about 3 times and it was definitely worth it and so delicious! The location of the hotel is perfect. It’s within walking distance to the shops and the beach is only 10 mins walk in the street in front. Bangla Rd and Junceylon shopping centre is around a 20 min walk down the road as well. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the shopping centre and the beach. I would definitely stay here again. The bed was so soft and comfortable and did I mention how massive the bed is!!!! Definitely worth the 5 stars!!!!
