We have booked to stay in this so called 5 star hotel in Marrakesh, Morocco but I can say that this is a 5 star hotel with no service. When our room is serviced the second day after check-in, housekeeping only supplied 1 set of bath towels for 2 people. When we called to request 1 additional set of towels, reception say housekeeping will send. Nothing happens for an hour and we called again. Nothing happened. We called 3 times and in more than 2 hours nobody from housekeeping came. Finally we walked to Reception and the guy was arrogant and not helpful. Not a word of apology. He said again housekeeping will send the towels in icy cold tones. What bad service! I would strongly advise anyone who wants to stay in this hotel to reconsider their options. Unless you want to pay big money for bad service, stay clear of this hotel. I am certain there are hotels with better service and attitudes staff elsewhere.

Najia was doing massages and offered a feet massage at the pool. Very friendly and caring lady who puts her heart in the job. After having trained muscles from the amazing Gainz gym, it was a welcoming pleasure. The hotel and the people are in the beginning overwhelming. After 1 day it feels like a home. The food, the special restaurant and all the facilities are even more than what you would expect from a 5 star hotel.

We are family of four visiting Marrakech and feel so lucky to stay in Movenpick Hotel Mansour Eddahbi. Well clean rooms, delicious breakfast, polite helpful staff. Chocolate hour is amazing. Pool is clean with lots of towels, sun beds and umbrellas. Reception and concierge were helpful at night and during the day. Special special thanks to Lycern for helping us with rooms and treating us on upgrading our rooms and on complimentary fruits and chocolates in our rooms. Lycern consistently shows compassion and goes out of his way to support others. He’s generous with his time and deeply considerate of other people’s feelings. Tea guy Muhammad was cheerful and served delicious tea whole day. Hospitality of this hotel is amazing. Great Team All the best guys!!!

All staff is very good, polite and friendly. Very helpful. The chef is good too, he was very accomodating for me as I do not eat eggs. His name is Sam. Thank you so much for making me food. Thank you to Imane and chaimae for all their help during our trip, you were very helpful.
