1. The Superior King size bedroom is small for 3 adults. 3rd adult slept on a low single bed, brought over in exchange for a chaise lounge. The room is somewhat dated. Issue with a small kettle having connection problem with the power socket. Great: 1. UK 3 pin socket. 2. Gown, slippers and safe supplied. 3. Daily supply of water bottle. 4. Shower room with supply of shower gel and body lotion.
2. Room service is slow. Probably, they were busy, but that was not an excuse. Had to call them several times.
3. It's not a bad location. About 30 to 45 minutes walk to the Marrakesh town centre.
4. Good breakfast. Coffee was average and not that great. Plenty choice of teas. I like the sencha tea.
5. Only swimming pools and outdoor gym are available for free. Other health facilities, payment required.
6. Foyer areas are nice and posh but not the room.
7. Reception staff, mostly great.
8. Room cleaning service was great.
9. All in all, Good stay at the hotel.

Staying here for a week, so far it has been fabulous. Breakfast is very good and they have good offering including a healthy options.
Mustapha our section server is very attentive, always smiling and at hand to help.
He even tops up our tea and plates.

My wife and I went half board here for our wedding anniversary. We had excellent service by Naima in the restaurant at breakfast, Mohamed Douglas and Ismail treated us well during dinner.
Lahcen was an amazing host and took care of all of our needs. Very helpful indeed. There were some initial issues with our rooms, however they were resolved quickly and professionally.

The stay was perfect.
Zacharia at the reception has been spectacular in the way he has been supporting us.
the breakfast was good, but the coffee machines struggled a bit with the number of people in the hotel. It would be great to fix them. The pool, the room quality, the level of service, everything was perfect!

Giving this three stars because of the state of the room and the staff. It's a beautiful resort but from the beginning the staff were rude and only paid attention to my male colleague. It was extremely frustrating and when I got to my room there were dead flies all over and it was clearly either not cleaned or someone had done it very haphazardly. I had to call twice to have housekeeping come and make it livable. I was on the ground floor and the handle to my door broke and the shower was leaking. I had to call three times for them to fix the shower. Maybe it's a product of the area but the service at the restaurant was extremely slow and we had to ask for the check multiple times. The food was also only okay. I later stayed at the Marriott in the same area and had a wonderful experience so I would not be staying here again and I would not recommend it to any women traveling solo or in a small group. I've traveled extensively and this was one of my worst experiences at a hotel, especially for one that seems so nice.
