I stayed at Mövenpick Hotel Hanoi Centrefor a two nights and absolutely loved the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were super welcoming — they greeted me with a lovely welcome tea, which felt so refreshing after a long flight. 🌸 The room was clean, modern, and cozy, with all the little details that make you feel comfortable. The location is also perfect — right in the city centre, easy to walk to many famous spots around Hanoi. And I have to say — the breakfast was amazing!🥐🍳 They had a great selection of both Asian and Western dishes, all beautifully presented. The pastries were fresh, the coffee was great, and I especially loved their local Vietnamese options. Overall, this hotel made my stay in Hanoi truly pleasant. Warm service, tasty food, and a relaxing atmosphere — definitely recommend to anyone visiting Hanoi! 💖

It was my first time staying in a foreign country for New Year's and I opted to pamper myself and chose Movenpick for my whole Hanoi stay. By far, best 5 star hotel I've stayed at! Excellent staff, excellent service! I was spending the New Year's Eve alone and all the staff from Mangosteen to Club Cabana have been wonderful and attentive. I also felt welcomed when I received a hand written letter from the general manager with complimentary basket of fruit. I stayed at an Accor hotel in my country and this level of attention cannot be matched. I realized this is how a 5-star level hotel service truly feels like. I also appreciated how I always get complimentary chocolates every night 🥹 Though I noticed that a few of the facilities can be improved (ex. gym and its shower room, my room's shower area needs some fixing too, a walkway/pavement where guests can walk towards the lobby entrance so we won't have to walk on where the cars pass by for pick-up or drop off), overall this hotel lives up to its 5-star status and I would definitely stay here again and gladly recommend this to my friends.

Debut stay at Movenpick Hanoi for a short family holiday in Hanoi over Christmas. Staff was helpful to arrange extra bed, day excursions and tailor which complete what we had wanted to do. Breakfast spread was generous and varied. Lounge was a great place to chill after long day out. Toilet condition can be improved because toilet seat was smaller than the toilet bowl. Toilet also didn’t flush well.

Our stay at Movenpick Hotel Hanoi from 28th November to 1st December was truly memorable. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Their professionalism and friendly service added a special touch to our experience. The hotel is well-located in Hanoi, offering a comfortable and modern atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and maintained to high standards of hygiene, ensuring a restful stay throughout our visit. The food was excellent, with a wide selection of local and international dishes served with care. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, offering something for every taste. Movenpick Hotel Hanoi stands out for its excellent service, cleanliness, and convenient location. It’s a great choice for both business and leisure travelers visiting Hanoi, and we would definitely recommend it to others.

We had two rooms that were interconnecting during our stay for our family of 4. The rooms were well provisioned, clean and very comfortable. The hotel overall is lovely. Wonderful pool area, executive lounge, 2 fantastic bars and 2 delicious restaurants. The staff are also all over the new rules re Accor plus and our bills etc were easily sorted. The hotel is located in a great area that is close enough to walk to old Hanoi (or a super quick Grab ride) but in a location that gives a bit of respite from the awesomeness that is Hanoi. In saying all that the stars of this hotel are the staff. Every single person we meet was warm, friendly, happy, personable and helpful. I would need to individually name all staff if I was to name one to give specific thanks. We loved Hanoi and loved our stay at Movenpick. I truly hope we get back there one day.
