Had such a lovely evening at Somerset! The food was absolutely delicious, the cocktails were great, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. A special thank you to Sevaza, Sky, and Himanshu for taking such good care of us. The service was genuinely friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. It’s always the people who make a place memorable, and this team definitely did. We’ll be back for sure!

Movenpick Burdubai is always the best hotel to stay in Dubai.This was our second visit(27.05.2026-30.05.2026-Room #277) & the staff were great as usual.Right from check in Mr.Jasper assisted us with our baggage,Mr.Omar,Mr.Karim,Ms.Virni,Ms.Sarah at the reception were extremely helpful,cooperative & the service recovery they offered because of a technical issue in the room was extraordinary. I would also like to mention about Ms.Imti at the coffee shop,as she made sure to acknowledge us everytime we passed by. Mr.Laxman along with Sowan at the pool were extremely vigilant & made sure that every guest along with their kids are safe in the pool.They even remembered us from our last stay in the hotel. Also Ms.Tnin at the bar was very welcoming & friendly. Over all it was a memorable experience for us & I will recommend tourists & residents to visit this hotel for an unforgetable experience. Thankyou for a geat service & looking forward to visit soon!!
