This is our second time staying at the hotel and this time is even better. Our room (a 2 bed apartment) had been refurbished just days before and is as big as our house back home. It was perfect for us and our little one. Breakfast was included and the service at the fountain restaurant was amazing. I don’t know how all the staff are so calm and collected and friendly when they’re so busy and not all the guests are that friendly! Goudie somehow remembered my breakfast order when he must serve hundreds of people in a day and Kajal was always a friendly and welcoming face, seating and helping us. Order off the menu - the food is great! The boss man is great too but not sure of his name! For those with little ones ask about the little birds children’s room - we’ve been up a couple of times and one time there was a whole buffet at 4ish for the kids. Haven’t quite worked out the program but it’s useful when it’s hot outside and you need to kill half an hour. The pool staff at the main pool are so helpful and nice too. It really helps when you have a 2 year old in tow. The location is amazing too which was the main driver for staying here again having stayed in many areas of Dubai before. Highly recommended.

Outstanding in every possible way My stay at the Mövenpick Hotel & Apartments Bur Dubai was quite simply exceptional without doubt the best hotel experience I have ever had. The facilities are superb and the food is absolutely incredible, consistently high quality across every meal. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the people. The level of service, warmth, and professionalism shown by the staff is unmatched. A special mention must go to Kajal, Aavash, Aisha, Goldie, Angie, and Griffin, who went above and beyond to ensure every detail of my stay was perfect. Their care, attention, and genuine hospitality made the experience unforgettable. My sincere thanks also to General Manager Damir Kartal for leading such an outstanding team. The culture of excellence and service is clearly reflected throughout the hotel. Thank you to the entire Mövenpick Hotel Dubai team for an exceptional stay. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and very much look forward to returning.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and genuinely enjoyed every part of my experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. What truly made the stay exceptional was the hospitality of the staff. I would especially like to thank Imtiaz Hassan, Phyo, and Habib for their outstanding service. They were extremely polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, making me feel valued and at home throughout my stay. Their professionalism and kindness really reflect the high standards of this hotel. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and warm hospitality. Looking forward to staying here again!

We had a very good stay at this hotel. At check-in there was a problem and the room was not the same as what we expected based on our booking, but the team handled it professionally and solved the issue very smoothly. Their response was quick, calm, and genuinely helpful, which immediately made us feel taken care of. Throughout our stay, all hotel personnel were very polite, respectful, and service-minded. We felt welcome every time we interacted with them, and they consistently went the extra mile to make sure everything was comfortable for us. I also want to give a special thank you to Meherban, who was responsible for cleaning our room—he was very careful, attentive, and clearly did his best every day. Thank you to the staff for turning a stressful start into a great experience. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

Exceptional Stay at Movenpick hotel and apartments located in Bur Dubai. ​I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough. ​The Room: Spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and incredibly comfortable. It felt like a true luxury retreat. ​The Staff: Every team member was remarkably friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Special thanks to Saijam, Kajal, Min, Subu, Goldie and Aisha as well as Soraj at reception. ​The Location: Perfect! It’s located close to Dubai Frame and Aquarium. There is a free shuttle bus to kite beach and Dubai Mall. ​The Food: Absolutely delicious. The breakfast was a highlight, offering fresh and high-quality options every morning. Many options of food at lunch and dinner. ​Roof top pool was amazing. We really enjoyed swimming with kids. Thank You Movenpick. I will come back again!!!!
