I travel frequently throughout the year and did not expect to be as surprised as I was. We had a Suite with a private pool, and no one interrupted us, so we had complete solitude.
The hotel is built on a rock and is now being renovated, so the rooms are properly designed to meet the most demanding guests' needs. I haven't even mentioned the breathtaking views or the comprehensive range of services offered by the hotel.
I've never been happier in Greece than I was at this incredible hotel. 10/10

First of all let me start by saying that we came for the first time to an all inclusive hotel and we were shocked by the combination of variety and quality that runs through the hotel, we stayed for a week with my 2 kids and my husband and we didn't miss anything at all in terms of food and drink and especially the view that the area has by the pools. the service from all the staff and especially the boys at the beach bar where we spent most of our time was professional and kind like every hotel needs. so for all who look for vacations my opinion is that i went to a trip that I would easily do again

The hotel and staff were truly amazing! Nothing seemed like too much trouble and everything is within a short walk. Local town of Kardemena is only a 10 minute bus ride which picks you up right outside the hotel.
Drinks were amazing as was the food. Restaurants were great that we went too during our stay. We will be back for sure!

Perfect main restaurant, varieties of food, fresh juice bar and very kind staff.
Meds restaurant is also great, tasty food and nice people.

Wow. I am full of happiness.
In May 2024 I was here for the first time with my grandmother for a one week. First visit was about exploring of anything what this place offers. We enjoyed every piece of this place. After one week we left the island. When I came back home, my mind was still in Summer palace and I felt like I need to come back. I took my sister and came back again after 1 month. I already known the place, so we enjoyed it more. And I have to say that this place stole my heart!💙 Locality of a hotel with beautiful sea views, our Superior sea front room was stunning! Beautiful clean sea and nice beach with sun beds. Ultra All Inclusive was 11/10. The food was a heaven. Drinks in Nisiros bar were a heaven. This 2 weeks I spent here were one of the most beautiful in my life. But do you know who made it the best with all these things I wrote? The staff! I never met more friendly people like these who work here. Everywhere we came: restaurants, bars ,reception, place where we ate every day our breakfast,lunch,dinner, cleaning woman, waiters, cooks etc. Everyone who works here is really kind and helpful and make your day better. They do their best to make you feel the best. After these two weeks here I don't want to visit another place than this. And we are planning to come back with my sister in September for the 3rd time in a half a year. Thank you Summer palace and your staff for make me feel happy like I was. You are in my heart and can't wait to be back. Much love ❤️ Miss you!
