Our time here was lovely! The staff were incredible. The restaurants were a great variety including Japanese and Mediterranean. George treated us so well from the Med restaurant and welcomed us with a lovely smile. The entertainment was incredible and there was a great party vibe. The rooms were good and we had a sea view which was breath taking to wake up to each morning. I would highly recommend this hotel to couples and families.

We were expecting a much better experience than what we received. The staff were generally unpleasant, the food was industrial, the building was outdated, and the cleaning was poorly done. This hotel feels like it’s in decline. The only bright spots were Billy and Alicia, who brought some smiles to our faces. A huge thank you to them for their professionalism, as they were the only two who truly cared about the guests and helped keep your establishment running

Today I went with my husband to have dinner at Med Restaurant. The atmosphere was so chill and relaxing, food was incredible and the staff were so friendly, kind and helpful. George, the host was so attentive and made sure we had an amazing experience.

I travel frequently throughout the year and did not expect to be as surprised as I was. We had a Suite with a private pool, and no one interrupted us, so we had complete solitude.
The hotel is built on a rock and is now being renovated, so the rooms are properly designed to meet the most demanding guests' needs. I haven't even mentioned the breathtaking views or the comprehensive range of services offered by the hotel.
I've never been happier in Greece than I was at this incredible hotel. 10/10
