It was a wonderful week in general! This hotel really holds the standards high for all inclusive hotels. We got so much for what we paid and all at excellent quality. The highlight of our holiday was the water splash park and ofcourse the bars with the amazing drinks and wonderful service. The waiters were all very friendly and even remembered our usual drinks . We really appreciated how they made us feel special and looked after. Cheers to an amazing team!

I had a really lovely time at this hotel! Leaving was the hardest part , I made so many friends there who made me feel at home ! What really stood out apart from the room we had and the incredible food and drinks, is the fun we had in the evenings. The service was very welcoming and the cocktails were the best but the atmosphere was really something! Another favorite was the Wine bar only for adults , I ate the best sushi there and the wine was fantastic! You can really find everything you need in the hotel and you can also explore the area around. I recommend it to everyone who is looking for a nice relaxing beach holiday.

A wonderful experience never to be forgotten! A stunning hotel i a beautiful location. The staff were friendly and polite. Christina and Marina at the pool bar were exceptional, constantly checking if we needed anything. They were warm, professional and gave the best customer service possible always with a smile. Elena the life guard was vigilant and very professional. The Italian restaurant and Pan Asian were delicious, staff were friendly my only criticism was that the cleaning team lacked consistency, forgetting to replace towels and replenish shower gels etc. Also the steakhouse should invest in steak knives. Accessibility for disabled people needs improvement. A wonderful stay for young and old! Talking to people they have been returning year after year and I certainly can see why! A great holiday thank you Mitsis Rinela. See you next year.

Exceptional hotel Beautiful design and decoration with a relaxing beach vibe and friendly atmosphere all round. Located away from busy Heraklion but it is still easy to get there by bus or taxi. The village is nice and quiet and people are friendly and welcoming. Whenever we needed help or directions the staff as well as the locals were always willing to give information and suggestions for what we could try. This really made us feel welcome. The restaurants were also something really special At first we thought we wouldnt dine there because we didnt make reservations before going but when we asked them, they managed to give us slots at all of them. We especially enjoyed the Italian restaurant, the food was super and the staff there really did a great job.

My family and I have just returned from a wonderful holiday at this lovely hotel. All the staff were very helpful and did all they could to ensure we had everything we wanted. The hotel itself is very nice, spotlessly clean and well presented. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and the beds are really comfortable. There are gorgeous sea views from many areas of the hotel and if you choose a sea view room you will not be disappointed. The sandy beach has plenty of comfortable sunbeds and has beach bars serving drinks and ice creams, a bbq area and a pizzeria, which provide food all through the day. The main pool area is a good size and there are lots of sunbeds and seating areas with a creperie, snack bar and a drinks bar. All food in the restaurants was very good. We particularly enjoyed the Greek Taverna and Italian brunch. It’s a good idea to book the restaurants before you arrive to ensure you get your choice of dates as they do get booked up quickly. There was plenty of activities for our 4 grandchildren to keep them happy, with waterslides in a designated children’s area and children themed evening entertainment which was very popular. I would highly recommend it and hope to go there again sometime!
