From the moment we arrived at Mitsis Selection Laguna, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel like valued guests. The entire resort radiates elegance and care, with stunning architecture, immaculate grounds, and a beachfront setting that takes your breath away. The staff were exceptional — always smiling, attentive, and ready to go above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or the restaurant teams, everyone contributed to making our stay feel truly special. The food was another highlight. With a wide variety of beautifully prepared dishes at the buffet and à la carte restaurants, every meal felt like a treat. The attention to detail, quality of ingredients, and presentation were consistently impressive. Outstanding Experience at Mitsis Laguna – 5 Stars All the Way! We had an absolutely amazing stay at Mitsis Laguna, and I couldn’t be happier with the level of service and hospitality we received throughout the hotel. A huge thank you to the STAR front manager Alex – his dedication and efforts to ensure guests are happy is truly exceptional. Alex went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. You can really see he cares deeply about guest satisfaction and does everything in his power to keep everyone smiling. Also, a special mention to Katrina, who was extremely polite and helpful throughout our stay. Her warm and friendly attitude made a big difference and added to the overall pleasant experience. The entire hotel staff is very polite, professional, and welcoming. From the front desk to the restaurants and housekeeping – every team member contributed to a fantastic atmosphere. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would! Highly recommended – we will surely be back!

Excellent food and drinks available 24/7 in 5 high-quality chef restaurants + 3 snack bars (personally I fell in love with crepes and homemade ice-cream - delicious!), 3 huge clean swimming pools, beautiful private beach, kids club, tennis court, amaaazing friendly hospitable workers and what is the most important - a lot of nice pleasant details! 14 day stay. We had our wedding at this hotel. The hotel is clean & modern. The food is very good. Most of all the staff make this hotel what it is! Every single staff member, was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. They are attentive and caring! We would like to say a special thank you to stefanos, who not only planned our wedding but made sure everything was perfect for us everyday! We will definitely return for another stay.

Excellent Experience Beautiful Hotel so clean kept well maintained at all times The resort was a lovely place very close to an amazing beach. Staff were friendly and polite and so professional they went above and beyond To assist us with my child special requirements. So suitable for families with children as the hospitality was really good. Hotel had Disney shows on in the evening and adults entertainment till midnight and other activities on during the day. All pools were a lovely size kids pool area great space to chill and watch kids play. They have restaurants on site you can book in during the week. Different options from Asian to Italian and sushi. Main menu restaurant had great options too. There were different options available even on the beach you could order drinks and food while enjoying the beach. We also had crepes which were epic we all enjoyed those. Also drinks well I gotta say the cocktails and mocktails were great 😊 I would definitely recommend the hotel was a beautiful experience and I’m sure we will visit again.
