Jet off for an unforgettable all-inclusive holiday in the sun at Mitsis Selection Laguna, a magnificent 5-star escape of the enchanting Greek Island of Crete. A Venice-style outdoor setting, elegant room and bungalow accommodation and a host of wonderful facilities make this magical retreat perfect for couples and families alike. If you choose to go all inclusive, the programme generally consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all buffet style, served in the main restaurant, plus A la carte service offered at the Themed Restaurants of the hotel, where table reservation is required.     • Offers a fine-dining experience featuring freshly prepared seafood dishes, including the must-try caramelized scallops.

  • The Creperie & Gelateria:

  • The Snack Corner:

    Best holiday by far, literally luxurious.. Hotel, clean, food delicious, staff always on hand to help, drinks and cocktails fantastic.. Sunbeds nice and comfy, love it the hotel do not let people reserve sunbeds.. 100% the best thing ever. Always able to get a bed. Pool party's amazing, fireworks amazing. Thank you for literally the best and the most relaxing holiday ever!! ❤️❤️❤️ Also located on 25min cab journey from airport, fabulous 👌🏽

    We have just returned from an amazing stay at this hotel and honestly couldn’t fault a thing. The all-inclusive package was fantastic, with so many food options available throughout the day. The à la carte restaurants were exceptional, and every member of staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive from start to finish. We felt completely looked after throughout our entire stay. However, there is one person who truly made this holiday unforgettable – Toto. Toto runs the games and entertainment, but he is so much more than that. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome, included, and valued. His energy, humour, kindness, and genuine care for guests are something very special. He didn’t just entertain us; he made us feel like friends. We never usually return to the same place twice, not because we don’t enjoy it, but because we love experiencing new destinations. However, I can honestly say that I would return to this hotel in a heartbeat, and a huge reason for that is Toto. He took our experience from a 10/10 to something truly unforgettable. He is an absolute credit to the hotel, and the management should be incredibly proud to have someone like him on their team. Thank you for such a wonderful holiday – we can’t wait to come back!

    The hotel sets the bar quite high. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It's clean, there's a variety of food and drinks (brands and local) served which is excellent. The ambiance is remarkable. Lots of activities offered. You won't get bored. A big shout goes to Vasiliki who looks after customers in the gym. She gave me excellent advice on exercises specific to my needs that also pushed me to the next level. She explained well and kept it fun. She's very encouraging, knowledgeable and supportive. Thank you very much to everyone at Mitsis for looking after us. We highly recommend Mitsis to everyone.

    We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful with a luxurious interior, and the entire staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The food selection was excellent — varied, fresh, and very tasty. We especially appreciated that the hotel could prepare special meals for our 1-year-old child without salt or sugar. A special thank you to the Kids Club Storyland team. The staff were incredibly kind, and our child absolutely loved the mini disco and evening entertainment. The Disney characters, bubble show, and magician were definitely the highlights for her. Highly recommended for families with children — we would happily visit again!

    Where do I even begin to explain how amazing this trip was at the Mitsis Selection Laguna? We came for 10 nights and our wedding on the beach. So this was already going to be a special trip, however I didn't realise just how special the staff at the hotel would make it. From the moment we checked in, it was perfect and they couldn't do enough for us, especially Stefanos! He's an absolute credit to the hotel and made sure our special day ran flawlessly! Massive thanks to the whole team who helped make our day so special! We will never forget it! Adding to the complexity for the staff, I have a severe nut allergy but at every meal I was looked after by the nutrition specialists. Special thanks to Amalia for the special late night ice cream! The hotel itself is a stunning property with multiple pools, and a long beach with plenty of comfortable sunbeds. There are a couple of adult only areas too, which was nice to have some quiet areas. We had a sea view room with jacuzzi on the very spacious balcony, with a couple of sunbeds and other chairs to relax in. It was the perfect place to relax and the staff kept it very clean and comfortable. I loved the super soft pillows which felt like clouds! We also enjoyed the champagne bar, almost every night and the incredible server, Fotini was so lovely every time we visited! I cannot recommend this hotel enough, especially if you're planning a special event. You will be taken care of so well! Also, a final thank you to Afroditi, the wedding planner that we worked with on all the planning for over a year!
