Jet off for an unforgettable all-inclusive holiday in the sun at Mitsis Selection Laguna, a magnificent 5-star escape of the enchanting Greek Island of Crete. A Venice-style outdoor setting, elegant room and bungalow accommodation and a host of wonderful facilities make this magical retreat perfect for couples and families alike. There’s plenty to satisfy your appetite during your stay, including Asian and Japanese specialities at an array of restaurants, plus delicious dishes at the Cretan Tavern. If you choose to go all inclusive, the programme generally consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all buffet style, served in the main restaurant, plus A la carte service offered at the Themed Restaurants of the hotel, where table reservation is required. During meals soft drinks, beer, water and wine are usually offered. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, soft drinks, beer and spirits are usually served throughout the day (except during meal times).

  • The Fish a la carte restaurant:

    • Offers a fine-dining experience featuring freshly prepared seafood dishes, including the must-try caramelized scallops.

  • The Creperie & Gelateria:

  • The Snack Corner:

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We needed a last-minute break, and a friend recommended Mitsis Laguna. This was not our usual type of holiday (never tried all-inclusive before), but now I can honestly say this is the way to go—at least if Mitsis is the one doing it! The hotel, staff, accommodation, and food are all amazing. The main pool can get busy, but if you take a short walk towards the children’s pool, you’ll find another pool which is quieter. The narrow sandy beach opposite is a retreat in itself, with the Mitsis beach cabin serving fresh salads, kebabs, chips, and cocktails—such a treat. Special thanks to the wonderful team who made our stay unforgettable: Costas & Anna at the beach– the friendliest duo, always smiling, bringing drinks to our sunbeds with such warmth. Lefter – cocktail magician (the best Margaritas in Greece!). Panagiotis – the chef with a smile, serving chips to die for. Yamas! 🍹🍟 Georgia – who went above and beyond to help us book the fine dining restaurants, making each evening a delight. The fine dining options are a must-do, each one a special experience. Mitsis Laguna is simply unforgettable. Or as it should be known: Mitsis? Don’t Miss This!

    Unfortunately, a huge disappointment. The hotel looks beautiful from the outside. The Staff is super kind and helpful but... the first night we got a room that smelled really badly and was not cleaned after previous guests - you could literally see the traces of previous guests on the cabinet tops and on the floor (dirty and greasy). Bed linen set was not fresh either. The sink was leaking and bathroom was full of ants. We have asked the reception for a different room (we also wanted a more quiet one because we were with small kids that could not sleep because of the noise coming from restaurants) but we were told that it will be available the next day. We have moved to another room the next day, it was better, however still, the room was cleaned roughly. And the worst - we have met two cockroaches in the sink during the night, then a cockroach in the bathub the other night. We have reported it to the reception, they did not seem to be surprised at all and said that cleaning crew will spray the room. Instead of relaxing during our holiday, we were disgusted and afraid that we will bring these nasty passengers home in our baggage...It is a real pity, because the hotel premises look beautiful, staff is really professional and friendly, and it seemed to be a perfect place for a perfect holiday with kids. 5 star hotel should really keep higher standard of cleanliness and pest control.

    I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Mitsis Laguna, and from the very first moment I arrived, I felt truly welcomed. The staff here are not just professional—they are warm, genuine, and go above and beyond to make every guest feel special. From reception to the restaurant teams and housekeeping, everyone greeted me with a smile and a willingness to help in any way possible. What really stood out to me was the personal touch. Whether it was remembering small details about my preferences, checking in to make sure I was comfortable, or offering kind recommendations about the area, the staff created a feeling of home away from home. The hotel itself is beautiful, but it’s the people working here who make the experience unforgettable. Their hospitality turns a wonderful stay into a truly memorable one. I can wholeheartedly recommend Mitsis Laguna to anyone looking for not just a luxury hotel, but also an atmosphere of warmth, care, and genuine Greek hospitality. Btw, at the moment still here, enjoying every moment of it!!

    The is one of the first reviews I have ever written and this hotel definitely deserves a positive one. For anyone to write less than 5 stars they must be staying in the wrong hotel. What an Amazing hotel and a wonderful experience. The Staff were absolutely amazing everyone was so kind and accommodating I’ve never experienced anything like it the owners should be very proud. The food was stunning something for everyone and the À la carte restaurants were just perfect. The rooms were stunning and so well presented and very Spacious with a topped up mini bar everyday. The entertainment was brilliant every night sitting down with a lovely cocktail overlooking the sea what more do you want. Thank you for making this holiday very special for us and I honesty can’t speak highly enough of this hotel.
