If you choose the Royal Mare Thalasso & Spa Resort Ultra All-Inclusive package, the programme consists of 24-hour service, with all meals served in a range of restaurants. During meals soft drinks, beer, water and wine are usually offered. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, soft drinks, beer and spirits are usually served throughout the day (except during meal times).

Pros-
Hotel is absolutely beautiful and well maintained.
Big and clean pools with a great bar for drinks.
High class rooms with a luxurious bathroom. Worth to mention everything was sparkling clean.
The staff was very nice and friendly, attending every request or questions in the nicest way possible.
Cons-
Food was OK and simple. Salads and beef selection was low.
While bathroom was spacious, room itself was small and only suitable for 2 people. (We were 2+1).
In the first room there was an unbearable sound of hundreds of crickets.
In the new room there was an amazing view of the hotel and the ocean, however there was a weak water current in the shower and we had to ask on daily basis for additional towel (as each time they left us with only 2 clean big towels - assuming the kid should be dried by standing the balcony)
Overall great experience - We probably won't come back.

This hotel is simply beautiful! The complex feels like a charming small town. The restaurants offer excellent food and a great variety of dishes. The beach with its lovely beach bar is perfect for relaxing. Especially notable is the extremely professional and friendly bartender, Rula, who consistently served us with a smile and top-notch service. It truly made us feel welcome.

The location is amazing, you can see the sea from most rooms and it’s a quick five minute walk to the beach. Stunning views of islands nearby. Rooms spacious and have a balcony or terrace view potentially with a private pool. Room service checks on rooms twice a day to ask for towels and fridge restocks etc and kept very clean. The minos bar has been a favourite, the service I cannot fault and staff are friendly and always coming to check if you want another drink. The cocktails at Minos, especially the Amanda and the Woo Woo, were favourites of ours. A lovely place to get away for a relaxing holiday.

Had a lovely week at this hotel. Beautifully kept room, multiple pools to choose from, and some lovely food. In the main buffet restaurant, our waitress Maria made every visit lovely, with her smiles, warmth and teaching us a few words of Greek!
The main bar is not big enough for a hotel which is quite isolated, so is where almost everyone heads in the evening!
Peachy Clean
Rena was a wonderful host at breakfast, always happy and attentive. The manager was also great, always checking in to see if we had everything we needed.
The hotel was beautiful and was in a great location by the beach. Very lovely atmosphere and amazing food. Would 100% return to this hotel!
