Had the most amazing 10 days here the hotel is so cozy, beautiful and peaceful our room was so lovely! The food was so nice something for everyone we especially loved the burger, Italian and Pan Asian à la carte restaurants they were incredible!! But what really made this hotel special was the staff, they were fantastic!! The entertainment was so well organised something different every night and the activities during the day were so much fun!! They honestly were brilliant!! But a special shoutout to Jay who worked at the night bar and Nelson who work at the Amphitheater bar they both where so attentive always remembered our orders and always had a smile on their faces they are a true credit to this hotel and made our holiday so memorable, so a big thank you to them and all the staff for remaining so friendly and bring so kind thought out our stay

We have stayed at many Mitsis hotels and enjoyed them all. The Mitsis Rodos is a lovely hotel but requires a long transfer from the airport. The hotel is clean and spacious. We had a difficult check in after arriving late at night due to flight delays. The man on the reception advised us that the details on their system was different to our passports, our paperwork was all correct but on the Mitsis system the names and addresses must have been entered incorrectly. He did not seem able to cope with this, and instead of saying we will sort it out tomorrow he kept us (tired, hungry, & thirsty) almost saying it was our fault so not the best start. It was resolved in the morning. One of our party has signicant mobility issues and uses an efoldi scooter. The hotel was busy and we quickly realised the buffet restaurant was difficult to negotiate for him. We asked for the dine around options reservations to be made for us, which also proved problematic but eventually sorted. The staff that gave us the best service and made our stay a lot better was Zeta in the day bar, Marios in the souvaki and Ria in the main restaurant whose help, patience, and going beyond the call of duty was really appreciated. The hotel is not the best for disability as it is quite hilly and the beach and evening entertainment were not really easy to accesssl so we just kept to hotel pool and bars but otherwise it was a great stay. I would recommend for families but not really for older people. I honestly prefer the other Mitsis hotels as they have better levels of service and friendlier more helpful staff.

We were at this hotel in September, a few weeks ago. The environment of hotel was very cozy, I liked the little streets and the palm trees. The room was immaculate, we loved the private pool and the sea view from room. The meals was very good, it can be found every type of meal (vegetarian, fishes, etc.), the booking of restaurant not easy in the app, you have to check free table constantly. In the main restaurant was always free table. From the staff of hotel everybody was very friendly, I would highlight Melissa from reception and Edi, who filled our minibar every day, and of course the staff of bars. I and my friends felt very good in this hotel, but sometimes small children were also late night in the bars which were disturbing (this is not the hotel's mistake, I think this is the parents' mistake). The hotel is approx. 1 hour from the Airport, but the transfer was great from hotel. The guests can book the tours and any programs in app and at the reception. The beach a few mins from entrance of hotel, where you can find sun beds. :) I recommend this hotel, because of the great environment and the services. :)

It was our second stay is this hotel and we had a lovely holiday again. Special thanks to all the staff, who has made our vacation even more enjoyable. The whole animation team was amazing, biggest thanks to Klaudia (who was wonderful with kids), Jacko, Fred and all the others. Thanks also to the amazing and always kind lady in the day bar, to the barman with the biggest smile in Amphitheatre bar and to the nice staff in beach bar and pizza. The room in the main bulding was a step down from the last year’s room in bungalow and it was in need of a little renovation, but it was always clean. As a coffee lover I must also criticise the switch to automatic coffee makers in all the bars. But that is comparable to other hotel chains. On the other hand, the food was good and the ala carte restaurants improved since last year (Tex-Mex and Asian). The food there was delicious.

Just back from a lovely holiday here with my fiance and have had a great experience with the hotel, food and staff! ☺️ we booked a superior room with garden view and private pool. we were dubious booking this due to the mixed reviews we’d seen but actually had nothing to worry about. Food - we were booked into an al a carte every night and they were all equally great! I am vegetarian and the a la cartes all catered really well for me, however I will say the buffet wasn’t great for vegetarians. I did expect more for that, especially the breakfast but I just avoided the buffet the whole holiday and made use of the gyros restaurant (amazing and super friendly staff!) and the crepe bar. With all the other options, there wasn’t really a need for me to go near the buffet. Drinks were great the whole time. Top tip - staff at the bar left of the buffet are super friendly and make the best drinks! Staff - most of the staff were really friendly and had time to chat if you chatted to them ☺️ we had such a great experience with yeta on the day bar and the woman who cleaned our room every day was also super friendly! Hotel - hotel in general was very clean, easy to find our way around and just over all a great experience. Bonus - my lovely fiance booked us into private dining on our last night as a surprise for me 🥰 he did this using the concierge service, where he spoke with Adela who was really helpful in organising everything. Our private waiter Yiannis was exceptional, a great laugh and had great chat. The food was absolutely incredible, 6 courses of amazing food and we had the opportunity to chat to the a la carte chef after, where he asked about our overall experience and I’d fed back about the vegetarian options at the buffet. He said they are looking to improve this next year ☺️
