The hotel animation team especially willie and claudia were very good at keeping the crowd entertained. The shows were very entertaining and inclusive. The dance at the end of each show was just what everyone needs.
The hotel could provide a few more activities for guests.
The food options could be better for vegetarians. I would recommend the Italian restaurant. Best food out of the whole resort.
George the concierge was very friendly and helpful too.

The hotel is great in many ways but let down by some of the basics. Food and drink are fantastic with a great variety of restaurants and cuisines, and branded drinks. There's also enough bars but not really enough people at the bars to avoid having queues. The pools are lovely and we had 1 week where it was easy to get a great spot by the pool and another week where we struggled to get anywhere! The hotel itself is quite large and our room was about a 8-10 min walk from the main building with reception/restaurant, etc; we found it quite frustrating to walk back and forth with our toddler in the blazing heat and it was a pain if you forgot anything in the room! You could get a golf cart but they weren't always available/dependable (not enough). The staff were really friendly and helpful and a few were exceptional and really got to know us and played with our toddler to give us an opportunity to eat/drink. The rooms were nice but dated and needed better upkeep - the shower didn't close properly, the fridge didn't work well towards the end of our stay, and the water temperature was not consistent. We also had various bits missing from day to day - we never had hand soap, not enough towels, and our tea/coffee was never replenished. The rooms were always left very tidy however and thankfully had great aircon. We enjoyed our stay but I'm not sure I'd recommend it given the price - they clearly had an exceptional photographer for the website because it didn't quite live up to expectations.

Amazing hotel, all staff are extremely friendly! The only thing we would say would be depending on the bell boy you get in arrival is the difference in knowing what and where all the facilities are. We were unaware untill day 3 about the mini disco for the children. However other guest told us how their bell boy gave them a full tour of the hotel!
Would definitely stay again though!

We had booked a Superior Bungalow Sea View and were put in a twin hotel room. When complaining at the reception we were repeatedly told “we sell this as a bungalow”. Only after involving the representative of the tour operator we’ve been relocated in a bungalow.
There were ants in the bathroom and an awful smell, probably from the drain. Claiming both at the reception led to some chemicals sprayed in the bathroom which raised an allergic reaction. The floor was cleaned at random; shower, basin and toilet weren’t touched the whole week. Toilet paper was only restocked at request.
There were long queues at the bars and nobody took care of the empty glasses, it was hard to find a clean spot.
Same situation in the restaurants. Staff seemed to be overwhelmed by their tasks, no matter how simple they might be (like serving coffee at breakfast). None of them ever asked, if one likes to have another drink, water, coffee, etc. The “freshly squeezed orange juice” exists, but it is diluted with a lot of water to serve as many people as possible.
What we had in the “Souvlaki” day restaurant was nice, all other food is mainly “no taste”.
Upon check out it is possible to store the luggage until departure. A tag to identify it is only provided, if you insist. However, nobody watches over the storage room.
Location is good, hotel worn out and it felt like being a burden to the staff rather than a guest.
Overall a 5-star self-conception with a 3-star performance.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. From the moment I walked through the elegant lobby doors, I knew I was in for a special experience.
Emmanouela went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cater to my every need. Her warm and attentive service truly made me feel like a valued guest.
The room itself was a haven of comfort and luxury. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings was impressive, and I was treated to stunning views of the sea view from my window. The bed was so comfortable that I had some of the best nights' sleep I've had in a long time.
In summary, my stay was a memorable and luxurious experience. It's the kind of place that sets the standard for hospitality, and I can't wait to return. If you're looking for a top-notch hotel with impeccable service and amenities, I wholeheartedly recommend .
