Beautiful hotel with amazing service! All of the staff are absolutely amazing and especially the entertainment team! We were extremely well looked after! Shout out to Jaco and the archery lady! The only improvement would be the Mexican restaurant's dishes having more flavour! Also the drinks...there is zero consistency! On one night the cocktails were 100% alcohol and undrinkable, however other nights they were delicious! At the beach bar - the guy makes amazing cocktails but the lady....I don't know why but her cocktails don't taste great! Staff definitely need some training and there needs to be overall consistency. Also every bar has a menu but a lot of the times they don't have the ingredients to make the drinks on the menu and don't have ingredients to make classics either

Great to be back and even see some staff members from the last years. Kisses for Klaudia that made mini disco! A lot of activities to do. After the renovation the splash park for the kids is great. I've stayed under 7 days and I was not able to book any of a la carte restaurants which was such a pity because everybody recommended them. All in all great stay!!!

Very nice employees. Service got 3/5 because several times throughout our trip we for example, ordered orange juice at breakfast. The orange juice did not come the whole 45 minutes we were sitting there. At the crepe spot next to the pool the lady preparing the crepes named Maria made the crepe exactly as we said and was lovely and even brought it to us herself (She was the cook ,so she didn’t have to serve us). Overall calming and good experience and you could definitely see , that the team put a lot of effort in their work. Of course the hotel has room for improvement (for example: the waiting lines at the main restaurant were almost constantly long. The hotel really needs to work on these issues if the review should be 5 stars.) little notice at the end : the indoor pool is NOT free and costs 10€ per hour per person. We did not know that and obviously, we’re very shocked because the travel agency wrote in the documents that it was free. Please be aware of this.

Rooms and hotel are very clean and well looked after- modern decor and nice set up with multiple pools. Getting a sun bed can be tricky if you are not prompt in the morning but the buffet food service was really good! Fresh omelettes prepared while you wait were fabulous- shout out to Maria in the morning! Booking a la carte restaurants was difficult and they were fully booked before we even arrived- this should be changed to 2 per room to allow people to visit the restaurants whilst they’re on holiday. The cocktails are prepared to order and although they are really nice the queues for the bars get really long in the evening because of this- they need more bars with more staff to accommodate this in the future.

The room was absolutely stunning, with the views to the sea, definitely worth paying for. The food is amazing, both at the a la carte and the buffet. Cocktail menu looks great too, however…. There is an inconsistency with the bar tenders, each makes the drinks different, and maybe, aren’t as nice as they could be. The only thing I’d improve is upping the standards of the cocktails. Often we’d ask for coktails and they’d say they don’t make them at that bar, so then I’d look at the menu and ask for a drink from their menu, and they’d then say they also can’t make that🤣 each bar tender made drinks differently, some were lovely, others not so much. Apart from that, the evening entertainment is also super fun, and again… the food… amazing!
