The suite we’ve stayed in is perfect, spacious and private with all the amenities we needed. We were very grateful for the selection of pillows that were available. The bed was very comfortable. Big shout out to Joy who went above and beyond to make the most delicious mocktails - she made every effort to be creative and provide for us which was really appreciated and she always served with a smile! The staff at the hotel are clearly very hard-working and dedicated to providing the guests with a good experience. We’ve really loved the crêperie - they’ve served us with a smile every time and served crêpes that would make the French proud! The staff who cleaned and restocked our room have also gone above and beyond and done an excellent job keeping our room clean, fresh and restocked!

Beautiful hotel with amazing service! All of the staff are absolutely amazing and especially the entertainment team! We were extremely well looked after! Shout out to Jaco and the archery lady! The only improvement would be the Mexican restaurant's dishes having more flavour! Also the drinks...there is zero consistency! On one night the cocktails were 100% alcohol and undrinkable, however other nights they were delicious! At the beach bar - the guy makes amazing cocktails but the lady....I don't know why but her cocktails don't taste great! Staff definitely need some training and there needs to be overall consistency. Also every bar has a menu but a lot of the times they don't have the ingredients to make the drinks on the menu and don't have ingredients to make classics either

The fire show and the man who performed it – amazing! The most interesting performance I’ve ever seen in a hotel. That music and focus – incredible! The animators were wonderful! The waiters – friendly and smiling! As for the bartenders, what can I say – they are the best!

I recently returned from a five-day stay at Mitsis Rodos Village, and overall, I had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff were incredibly welcoming. A special shoutout to Arland, whose positive energy and outstanding customer service truly made my stay memorable. I’d also like to thank Maria, who worked at the crepe station — she was so lovely and made the most delicious crepes — as well as Frederic, who was equally friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel is very aesthetically pleasing, creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. However, I do feel the food could be improved, as there weren't many options available for me, particularly since I couldn’t eat the meat dishes, and overall, the flavors were a bit underwhelming. Lastly, it's worth noting that the hotel is quite a distance from Rhodes Town, so keep that in mind if you plan to explore the area.

Entertainment team fantastic with children my daughter 6yrs old loved the team. Not much for 18m old though. Rooms are beautiful we had private pool with sea view. Top pools with scenic views are lovely. Food was amazing very good quality Restaurants do need bookings which we couldn't get until 5th day think they could improve this by allocating everyone one slot each restaurant to give everyone a fair chance. No open snack bar as such all day like other places I have visited. Omelettes for breakfast are unreal. Crepes are also beautiful. All fresh made. If hotel Changed to self service soft and hot drinks would make things easier so less queuing.
