Overall this hotel is not 5 star, some of the female stuff at breakfast buffet can be very rude towards what you’re wearing, bearing in mind.. I just had my second daughter a few months prior to this holiday back in 2023 may, so I had bit of a mum bod, but wasn’t very confident .. also was on my first holiday in 10 years! I was 23 when I went on this holiday with my partner kid free for 5 days.. I did get body shamed at breakfast and was told to change.. bearing in mind I was wearing trousers, and vest as I already knew they had bit of a strict dress code.. The rooms weren’t brilliant but they were kept very clean! And if you get a sea view room it is a lovely view. 3 minute walk down through the hotel is the beach, where they have beach huts cooking pizza and the beach bar which was brilliant also! Cocktails were lovely in hotel and at the beach bar! But I do feel like they water them down a bit. Entertainment is a tricky one, for young couples like me and my partner - 23/26 it was a bit boring and not great.. it was mostly directed for the older generation as most of the hotel were just occupied by mostly people in there late 40s-70s.. I would say this is very kid friendly! But I wouldn’t come back to this hotel due to the body shaming at breakfast which ruined the last 3 days of my stay.. as I felt very uncomfortable afterwards.. just due to the fact their were a lot of other woman there wearing less than I was.. and I felt very judged, which in my opinion wasn’t great service or polite. Water sports was great but very expensive and you don’t get long on any of the things you do. Taxi in to Lindos was £20 each way.. but was worth it, you can hire a speed boat at the beach and go out on your own, which me and my partner did! Was brilliant experience for us. I did enjoy my stay at this hotel and if you’re looking for something quiet, relaxing and not upbeat this is the hotel for you, as there is nothing near by like night clubs or out out places! Which is what me and my partner didn’t want.. but I would not rate the hotel 5 star, I would say it needs updating massively.. We went in may and found it very hard to get us beds at the pool, which resulted in us always going to the beach! But that’s okay. It was still very nice.

We spent here an amazing 8 days in second half of October 2023. I have to write BIG thanks to all Mitsis Rodos Maris staff.. I have to highlight your organisation in the main restaurant. Was perfect that we didn't have to search an empty table every day and were seated perfectly your restaurant staff.. Special thanks to main bar staff and Despina from beach bar. She was really very friendly and willing. Our room (sea view bungalow) was really very nice and clean.. We never had a problem to find free sunbed on the beach, which was really clean and nice. Sea was nice and clean too. Thanks a lot all Mitsis Rodos Maris staff for a really nice holiday. Hope that we'll again..

Our stay at hotel Maris was awesome. Kids had enjoyed shows at we enjoyed band night. Rooms were clean airy and food was awesome. Looking forward to visit you next year. P.S staff and reception staff were super helpful and awesome. Special shout to Georgia - you have been amazing!

A very good hotel for families with children in a quiet and safe area next to a nice beach. Rooms large, clean. Delicious food in the restaurant and beach bars. But the biggest advantage of this hotel are its employees. They are nice, always smiling and willing to help in every situation. 5⭐️

Excellent family holiday. Food was AMAZING but I would avoid Pan Asian Ala Carte to be honest. The staff were so friendly, so informative. Danish in kids club was amazing too. Great entertainment Wonderful experience. Rooms were clean and cleaned daily.
