Ilaya Manzo
It was the first time for my best friend and I in the Mitsis Laguna Resort. The hotel is incredibly beautiful, we had the best time! This hotel is perfect for couples, friends and families. The staff went above and beyond! They did everything to make sure we had the best time. A special shoutout to Toto for making sure we had fun and to Andreas that served us the whole week! We loved the food, especially in the restaurants. There was music/ singers or dancers every night at the night bar, you couldn’t get bored! There’s also a show every night, really entertaining for kids! We will definitely come back! :)

We had a good and fun time and were sad to leave. The staff was always ready to help, be it answer questions, organize day trips or supply medical assistant after an accident. The only negative experience we had was with the housekeeping as they either didn't come at all or came to our room multiple times a day at very weird hours -7pm and later - which was quite unsettling to say the least.

First class customer service. Excellent kids club. A wide variety of restaurants that cater for a family’s tastes. Particularly atmospheric at night. For stays of a couple of nights or longer there’s enough variety here to keep things interesting. There are a number of swimming pools with different environments. The kids pool is great - and heated! At least one is saltwater. It’s very nice to see active management - the managers went above and beyond their duty to make sure the experience lived up to our expectations.

This was our second stay at Mitsis Laguna and we just returned from a week away in April. The quality and variety of food choices is the best I've experienced at an all inclusive resort. The service is also warm and friendly with a shout out to to Chrissy and Angela on reception who were there if we ever needed anything. I had a very relaxing massage so a special thank you to Maria whom I would recommend. Our two sons aged 14 and 11 enjoyed all the sports activities as well as the pool. Food highlights were the beach snack bar for gyros, the creperie for quality ice cream, the Cretan taverna and the Asian restaurant! I hope we can return soon!

We just got back from a lovely Easter break at Mitsis Laguna. It was even better than our expectation. The staff were lovely, rooms were spacious, lots of pools to relax by and great food! Particularly enjoyed the gelato:) Would highly recommend!
