Mitsis Grand Hotel is located in a great location and provides excellent stay conditions. The rooms and bathroom are clean and equipped with everything you need. What's more, fantastic, friendly and professional employees keep everything tidy every day. The hotel offers huge and various selection of delicious food, including fruit, vegetarian and typical Greek dishes. There are also plenty of drinks in the fridge and mineral water is delivered to the room every day. And desserts and sweets are so tasty in large number of choice. 😋😋 The waiters and employees are very nice, friendly and professional. Guests can also use bar, an outside locals offering delicious ice cream, desserts , pancakes and so on. I definitely recommend this place, also because the hotel is close to the port and the city center (the Old Town with small shops, cafes, restaurants and museums ). A wonderful, spacious hotel with fantastic staff.

Very nice environment! Our room was clean every day. Service in the bar area was impeccable and the waiters very polite. I was also impressed by the service from the bartender when I couldn't decide what drink I wanted and she helped me. She was very kind. Also give them a tip they deserve it! Definitely visit it to relax on your vacation.

We had an amazing holiday at Mitsis Grand Hotel. The staff is really kind and caring, especially for our 1 year old daughter. The rooms could need an update, especially the bathroom. The water pressure was quite low, and it had a shower curtain that didn't hold much water 😂. We had a room with sea view, which was amazing! The food was amazing, the buffet and all the other restaurants were real nice. The bar served great cocktails, with excellent service. We loved it, thanks a lot!

We went here for our anniversary. We visited Rhodes a year before and fell in love with amazing water. We really wanted to love Mitsis but it just didn’t work for us. The location of Mitsis hotel is incredible. It is right on the beach. They have rent-a-car within the hotel, so it was convenient to rent a car. However, there were few things that we found could have been better. First of all, the room bar was always lacking items. They would leave one bottle of beer, and when you would ask for a second one, cause there is two of us, we were told that you get one day water, one day beer. This hotel wasn’t cheap when booking for them to do this. And when they would give you secondary bottle of beer, they handed it with a grumpy face. When it comes to food, there was a variety of choices every day. But the food all tasted the same and we felt that it wasn’t good enough for a five star hotel. You can’t takeaway food to your room from the restaurant, you can’t takeaway pancakes and you’re not allowed to sit without a shirt (for a male) in front of the pancakes place, even tho it is right on the pool. The bellhop was an incredibly nice person and we thank him for the service. Overall, it is not a place we will go back to.

We had a fabulous Golden Wedding Anniversary holiday at this hotel. Our room was amazing with sea views and fantastic service, a generous gift of sparkling wine and delicacy on our arrival was greatly appreciated. The cleaners were very friendly and efficient, also brought us clean towels for the room and pool every day. The food was delicious with a very good variety, served by such helpful and friendly staff, always with a smile even though they worked so hard! We enjoyed all our meals in the various different dining settings. We also made use of all three swimming pools and loved the great evening entertainment and the bar staff were very attentive and gave excellent service. We really appreciated your excellent hotel and all the facilities and would be very happy to return!
