We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and always willing to assist, making us feel welcomed. The location was ideal, just a short walk from various attractions. Our room was stylish and comfortable, very clean, featuring a lovely view. We also appreciated the hotel’s amenities, especially the spa and restaurant. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was attentive and always ready to help with a warm smile. The location was perfect, close to many attractions and easy to access. Our room was modern and well-equipped, with a beautiful view from the window. We also enjoyed the hotel amenities, especially the pool and fitness center. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We had a great time at this hotel. We had booked into a basic room which was fine and we were happy with. 3 days into our trip we got offered an upgrade to a room that had direct access to a pool. If you get the chance I would book this room. The drinks are all branded and the cocktails were lovely. The food was very tasty. The walk up and down to the beach is about 5 minutes and it not too bad of a walk. Overall I would fully recommend this hotel. We paid £700 each including flights and it was great value for money

Overall I really liked Mitsis Family Village. The location and the sea views are really nice. The staff is very friendly and constantly takes care of the property. The food selection is not huge, but the quality is good. The rooms are very spacious and clean although in some aspects they are certainly dated. I would recommend this hotel, especially for families with children.
As soon as we arrived, a somewhat unpleasant episode occurred, which the hotel manager kindly and promptly remedied by offering us an à la carte dinner. It was a very appreciated gesture and I think it is right to report it.
Also for this reason, if one day we will have the chance, we will gladly return to Mitsis Family Village for our holidays.

Firstly, the staff were incredible. From reception, to waiters, the crepes woman and our maid were so kind and friendly. Everyone is always willing to help anyway they can.
The rooms are outdated but still pleasant, pillows are very comfy. Our TV didn’t work which on a nighttime a bit of white noise is nice but it wasn’t missed.
The views are amazing, but the location is difficult for people like us. Luckily you can walk into Kardamena or get a bus.
The food wasn’t the best, the fries were so tasty and a great idea with pizza on the beach but other than that, pretty basic. The food and isolation of the hotel were a downfall but that’s because we aren’t the kind of couple that enjoys just “all inclusive”. Each to their own.
We both thank the staff for their hard work and kindness, you may think that they’re just doing their job but they all go above and beyond for you.
