Firstly, the staff were incredible. From reception, to waiters, the crepes woman and our maid were so kind and friendly. Everyone is always willing to help anyway they can.
The rooms are outdated but still pleasant, pillows are very comfy. Our TV didn’t work which on a nighttime a bit of white noise is nice but it wasn’t missed.
The views are amazing, but the location is difficult for people like us. Luckily you can walk into Kardamena or get a bus.
The food wasn’t the best, the fries were so tasty and a great idea with pizza on the beach but other than that, pretty basic. The food and isolation of the hotel were a downfall but that’s because we aren’t the kind of couple that enjoys just “all inclusive”. Each to their own.
We both thank the staff for their hard work and kindness, you may think that they’re just doing their job but they all go above and beyond for you.

Absolutely fabulous holidays. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, minibar, safe, rooms are cleaned to perfection every day. Lovely welcome gift. Very tasty food and fab drinks. Staff is wonderful, helpful and smiley. Special thanks to IRINI at reception. She is truly fantastic and caring towards guests. We had a great time and i sincerely recommend this hotel.

This is my second time visiting this fabulous hotel.
Love all of it! Staff are amazing, nothing is ever too much trouble! Lots of choices of food, caters for all tastes. Kids will love the crepes and ice creams that are available to late at night.
The evening entertainment is good fun, especially the DJ set. Would thoroughly recommend booking a holiday here. The clubzone is definitely worth a visit too which is in the hotel complex, it has all the sports on and great atmosphere! Dimitri will even let you choose some music to put on plus there is karaoke if you want it!! 🇬🇷🇬🇷

Great location if you are looking for an all inclusive holiday with kids . If you want to explore the island you will need a car.
great staff, great drinks super service and nice beach. The hotel is on the hill but there a courtesy buggy that brings you up and down the beach. We had a room with a swim up and kids really enjoyed it. Mini bar stocked up every 2 days , room was clean I just found the shower very outdated. You would not starve at the buffet, there's always something you can eat. But such a big resort to have loads of chipped plates I found in unacceptable. Overall really good experience and would return

Recently returned from family village. Incredible location, views of the mountains, sea and Kardamena are unreal. Rooms spacious and spotlessly clean. Swimming pools great. Food in the restaurants plentiful and delicious. The bars do superb drinks. The staff from receptionists, to bar / restaurant, to cleaners pleasant and courteous. Really couldn't fault the place and will 100 % be returning. One last thing to mention, the sports bar within the complex.. Club Zone. Watched a few England football games up there, but they will show any sport upon request. Dimitri the owner is a great host and nice guy! Drinks and snacks very affordable. Oh some great discos and Kareokes up there if you want to party into the night when the hotel bars are shut. Wink wink. Thanks all at Family village and Club zone.
