I’ve just spent a week here and can say it was brilliant all round. Before I got here, I was reading reviews that the service for drinks was slow. However, this was only the case at the buffet and maybe the night bar and which is understandable as they both get very busy. We just ordered two drinks at a time the waiters were more than happy for us to do that.
We spent most of our days at the garden pool, both Martha and Maria who worked there were fabulous serving very quickly and surprising us with drinks as we were sunbathing!
Me and my partner weren’t massive fans of the buffet food but there it was still decent as there was lots of options. We visited all the restaurants on the resort and each of them were absolutely fantastic. The Mexican and Pan Asian and South American were our favourites. The Gyros hut was brilliant, we got one pretty much everyday!
Overall, me and my partner are very happy with our stay. The food was brilliant, staff were lovely and friendly, the hotel facilities are modern and clean. We absolutely loved it!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel with my partner, and I can't say enough about the wonderful experience we had. It was, without a doubt, our favorite holiday yet. The brunch was absolutely amazing. The highlight was definitely the waitress Stamatia, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. Her excellent customer service truly stood out and made the meal even more enjoyable. The other staff members were also very friendly and greeted everyone with lovely smiles.
The food was exceptional. We indulged in a variety of dishes, all of which were fresh and incredibly tasty. The quality and presentation were top-notch, making every bite a delight. If we could, we would come here every morning just for this delightful brunch experience. This restaurant truly stands out, not only for its delicious food but also for the genuine smiles and warmth from the staff. Highly recommended!

Lovely hotel. Rooms spacey, food tasty. It’s in the mountains so a vehicle is a must. I recommend Katerina for good prices. Service at destination dinners a little slow, but understandable due to manpower & table quantities. Brunch is definitely a must, Stamatia and her kindness definitely made our afternoon

The brunch was beautiful, really lovely food and a stunning view while we eat. The staff were all lovely, especially Stamatia! Very friendly and surprised us with a special pancake selection, smiley faces, happy to get to know you and overall positive experience.

First time at this hotel and we loved it so much. We went for brunch and the pancakes were the best I ever had. Stamatia and her team were so lovely.
The hotel itself is unbelievable and each restaurant had great food. Rooms were perfect standard and all of the staff were so pleasant and helpful. Unreal experience!
