The hotel complex is a bit dated, but it is very clean and tidy. The service was very friendly and attentive. Our requests were always accommodated and they went out of their way to help us. We received a room upgrade with a private pool. The food in the main restaurant was very varied and there were also themed evenings. However, we can highly recommend the six à la carte restaurants. We particularly liked the South American restaurant and the brunch, where Stam gave us a warm welcome and made recommendations. For snacks between meals, there were also various food areas offering takeaway food, such as gyros, crêpes, burgers, salad and fruit. The resort is very quiet as it is spacious and well spread out. The view of several islands was also very beautiful. Overall, we had a very relaxing vacation and can highly recommend the resort.

Gorgeous hotel! From the moment we arrived, the service from the hotel staff was exceptional – warm, professional, and always happy to help. The concierge team, in particular, stood out with their friendly manner and fantastic advice when it came to booking excursions and exploring the area. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The hotel itself has a true luxury feel. The views are stunning, especially at sunset, and the entire resort is beautifully maintained. Despite its size, it never feels overcrowded. There are loads of sunbeds available at the pools and on the beach, so we were never scrambling to find a good spot, even at peak times. Dining was a real highlight – while the hotel is all-inclusive, it offers a selection of à la carte restaurants that you can book into at no extra cost. There’s a huge variety of food options across the resort, and the quality is consistently excellent. Having a beach onsite with a beach bar and sunbeds made it easy to relax without needing to go far. Another bonus is the local bus service that runs right through the hotel grounds, making it incredibly easy to get to both Kos Town and Kardamena without needing a taxi or rental car. Overall, this place exceeded all expectations – a genuine 5-star experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious and stress-free getaway.

Pending review Reviewed Food across all venues was of a good quality, complimented by courteous and attentive staff. The main restaurant catering for all tastes, breakfast lunch and evening meals and the Brunch restaurant deserve individual feedback. The Brunch restaurant was relaxed and informal serving good quality food to suit all tastes. Stamatia from guests services was always available with a beaming smile enquiring as to how our visit was. Nicholas the bar manager has also shown himself to be approachable and will endeavour to problem solved from a drinks perspective.

During my stay at Mitsis Selection Blue Domes, I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Nikos, who works at the Brunch and the Italian restaurant. He is truly exceptional! As a vegetarian, it can sometimes be difficult to find suitable options, but Nikos always went out of his way to make sure I had something delicious to enjoy. He personally spoke with the chef and arranged special dishes and creative alternatives just for me. Thanks to him, every meal felt unique and thoughtful. Nikos is the kind of waiter who makes a holiday extra memorable. He is kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. I can’t thank him enough for his effort and hospitality.

We had a wonderful time at Mitsis Blue Domes. Greeted with a friendly welcome, drinks on arrival and cool towels were a lovely touch. All staff were courteous and friendly. Beautiful room with private pool and waiter service. Cleaned daily to a high standard and mini bar restocked daily too. The restaurants were all fantastic. Plenty of choice for everyone at the buffet restaurant. The a la carte restaurants were also very high standard. Our favourite being the Pan Asian. Brunch at the Destination Greek was disappointing the food was tasty but nothing was hot it was just warm. Porridge was tasty but again barely warm. Waited a long time for coffee when it arrived we asked 3 times for milk before it arrived, at this point coffee was cold, asked for another coffee it never arrived. After leaving feedback of my experience I was contacted by the restaurant who apologised and offered me another opportunity to dine at the restaurant. Unfortunately this did not fit with our plans but we appreciated the call and the opportunity to put this right and they went out of their way to ensure our holiday ended on a high.This did not detract from an overall amazing experience at Blue Domes and we would definitely stay again.
