We stayed at this hotel for a week in May. Our feelings about the vacation were mixed, but for the price, it was probably reasonable. The place is beautiful with great views, but the room was not as it appeared in the booking photos. The room cleaning was superficial: the toilet was a bit dirty, and there was hair and dust in the bathroom. However, the rooms were cleaned daily, and towels were changed daily as well. The cleaning lady was very nice and friendly. The food seemed okay at first, but with each passing day, it tasted less fresh, and later we had stomachaches. However, the waitstaff was also attentive and friendly. There weren't many activities at the hotel. There were evening shows, but only in French. The drinks at the bar were mediocre, with a strong alcohol taste. The hotel has two large pools and sun loungers, but on the beach, there often weren't enough loungers for everyone. Overall, this hotel is suitable for those who enjoy a quiet vacation and don't expect luxury.

We were at Mitsis Bali Paradise for a week, from Sunday to Sunday. Everything was fine. The food was good and very tasty. The only thing that did not suit us very well was our room, it was not spacious enough for us. I want to praise the hotel staff, at the reception, at the bar, at the food, everyone was pleasant and helpful. Near the reception you will also find a shop where you can buy souvenirs or something you forgot to take with you.

It was a perfect stay ! Absolutely fantastic staff, makes every single wish become reality. Service was really great in every single language.
Food was really amazing, they offered a big selection of traditional dishes and absolute tasty classics.
The rooms were cleaned near to perfection. Every day off our stay.
Absolute 10/10, would totally recommend to everyone.

All inclusive buffet was good, plenty of variety.
Definitely can see they are aiming for a higher star rating.
Very french based evening entertainment which was a shame as we couldn't participate.

We’ve just come back from a lovely 10 day holiday & would highly recommend this hotel. Before we went we saw some bad reviews & cannot understand why.
I would like to say all the staff from the cleaners, bar & restaurant staff to reception & hotel manager were wonderful, so friendly & helpful positive people.
I’d like to mention Olga in the shop, such a lovely kind person.
Hotel plus - beach towels foc, private beach area with sun loungers/parasols just for hotel gusts with bar area with free snacks & drinks available.
One of the best points for us was there was no rushing out first thing to put towels out on the beds, which was brilliant for my husband as he normally has had to get up 6/7am in previous hotels.
We would love to come back one day in the future.
