We stayed at this hotel for a week in May. Our feelings about the vacation were mixed, but for the price, it was probably reasonable. The place is beautiful with great views, but the room was not as it appeared in the booking photos. The room cleaning was superficial: the toilet was a bit dirty, and there was hair and dust in the bathroom. However, the rooms were cleaned daily, and towels were changed daily as well. The cleaning lady was very nice and friendly. The food seemed okay at first, but with each passing day, it tasted less fresh, and later we had stomachaches. However, the waitstaff was also attentive and friendly. There weren't many activities at the hotel. There were evening shows, but only in French. The drinks at the bar were mediocre, with a strong alcohol taste. The hotel has two large pools and sun loungers, but on the beach, there often weren't enough loungers for everyone. Overall, this hotel is suitable for those who enjoy a quiet vacation and don't expect luxury.

Beautiful location and close to the beach. The hotel is set in lovely grounds and views to mountains and the sea. We enjoy our family holiday and would return. Only down side was the pool music playing was on repeat with 4 songs. Which are still in our head a week later, Rooms lovey and clean

We checked in the early hours of the morning, on arrival we were greeted with some sandwiches which were decent. Myself and my partner did expect a bit more than a sandwich but it was fresh and tasty. The only complaint with our checking in process was that we were not shown to our room and it being almost 2am and very dark we struggled to find it. The room was clean enough. The beds were two singles and they kept separating through the night which was annoying but they were comfortable. The chairs on the balcony were cheap plastic chairs that felt like they were going to break if sat on and were a bit outdated. The rooms do not have very good sound proofing as we could hear both of our neighbours throughout the night coughing and walking around. The food - the food is what you expect with a all inclusive nothing amazing but nothing bad. Our favourite meal was the lunch as there was always a good salad. I feel like the breakfast could be improved especially with regards to coffee as it wasn’t the best tasting. There isn’t 24/7 food either Wicca we were surprised by. All inclusive bar - the cocktails at the bar are very sugary and sweet. Although they put a generous amount of alcohol in the cocktails they were too sweet for us to have. We mainly just had wine/lager. The cocktail menu isn’t very long and most the drinks are the same. I think they could improve the quality and variety of cocktails. There was only one option for beer which was a good beer but once again there could of been more options. No options for cider or smoothies. The pools - there are two pools which are both decent size and very clean. Plenty of sun chairs and umbrellas. The beach - the hotel has a private section for the beach including a small bar where you can get a small selection of drinks and some food. They provide beach chairs and is only a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The staff - the staff were very polite and helpful. We never had a issue. With your stay you can go to the Elia restaurant for one meal. Which is separate to the canteen. We were quite disappointed with the meal as it was pretty blend and salty and there were no extra options for drinks. Overall we enjoyed our stay, a rental car is a must to explore the island as there are limited things to do and see in Bali.

Overall, the hotel was okay. The pools were great, but the rooms were quite dated and didn't match the pictures from the booking. The food was hit or miss, so we opted to dine out most nights. On the plus side, the views from the hotel were absolutely stunning! While Bali was beautiful, I'm unsure if I’d return. It was very quiet with limited activities, and the hotel is situated on a steep hill.

Posted for my wife, who was there with our kids and does not have a Google account. Our experience at this hotel was disappointing from the start. Upon arrival, with not the friendliest reception (not typical forGreece), we received our room key with no information about the hotel amenities, such as beach towels or loungers. We had to figure things out ourselves. After traveling all day and missing lunch, I asked where to find a snack for me & my daughters (it was 3pm and couldn’t wait until til dinner) and was told there would be cake at 4 PM. The cake was dry and unappetizing, and tiny sad looking sausage rolls were as a vegetarian, I found nothing suitable to eat. We had to go to a cafe to buy sandwiches because there were no available snacks, despite being at an all-inclusive hotel. Later, we discovered there were snacks at the beach bar, but we were not informed. The room did not match the pictures online; it was dated and worn, resembling a hostel more than a 4* hotel. The balcony furniture was old and stained, making it unusable. Despite paying for a garden view, our room overlooked a roof and driveway, with noise from delivery trucks. The pool area was noisy with French entertainment, which we couldn't enjoy since we don't speak French. The furniture was old dated and tables were never wiped downy so full of drink spillages from other guests. When ordering drink, they always ask for your room number, (despite wearing the all inclusive band) which became annoying -it’s like you are constantly being monitored. The food was hit & miss and repetitive. On fish night, there were no vegetarian options in tje buffet, which surprised me as previous nights there were always a few options. Despite my fish allergy, the kitchen staff suggested mussels and salmon pizza (for fish allergy?) before finally offering just fries. How would other guest feel being offered just fries? This lack of accommodation for dietary needs was unacceptable. After the fish experience we decided to eat out every night, where we had great service & food in the tavernas along the beach. When I said we would go to an outside restaurant, the restaurant manager told the kitchen staff to make something. They prepared grilled vegetables for me and my daughter. It was nice, but at the end of the day, it was just vegetables. We ate, was still hungry so went to the beach for some substantial food. We did eat at the other restaurant belonging to to the hotel, where can watch just once a week during your stay. This we found nice, so it’s difficult to understand why except this restaurant the hotel is incapable of delivering decent meals at the main restaurant. When I raised all of these concerns with reception, I was told the manager was not on duty. It seems unprofessional and unbelievable to not have a mager on duty, for a hotel this size. And despite noting my issues and room number, we received no follow-up. This demonstrated a significant lack of customer care. The positive points, the cleaning lady was great, and we appreciated the beach loungers reserved for guests and the beach snack bar. The views from the hotel are great and the beach is a short walk away. However, these few positives did not outweigh the numerous negatives. The hotel clearly caters to French guests, and we felt excluded as non-French speakers. We have been coming to Greece for many years, and by far this was the worst hotel we have stayed at in Greece. There was nothing 'Greek' about it and it was more a 3 * with the rooms being 2* . The lack of hospitality and customer care was deeply disappointing, making this holiday (hotel) a complete waste of money.
