Cozy hotel in an extraordinary location with adequate, professional staff. They serve quality food. It's not a resort but a hotel, so don't expect it to entertain you too much. However, for what it's meant to be, it deserves every penny. Serving its breakfasts and lunches with that splendid view is truly a treasure. Leaving it today with pleasant moments and beautiful memories.

Firstly the hotel itself is beautiful, it is very close to a beautiful beach (it is a downhill/ steps). It is clean and tidy. The views are lovely and the area is peaceful. We upgrade to sea front golden wing for €50 for the whole 6 nights. I must say I feel like the all inclusive wasn't very good. I just feel it is very stingy. There is a lot of extra costs. We have been to Greece before so we were aware of the tax, although it was €60 this time for us. Mini spa access is €40 for an hour. WiFi is extra per day I think £3 per device, per day. (Service in some parts of the room wasn’t good but we didn’t pay for the WiFi) I couldn’t get a coffee between 10-11 so had to buy sachets of instant from the gift shop( again not provided in rooms). I feel like the food hours were way shorter than other all inclusive hotels I been to. I personally really disliked the drink options. They were very poor quality and the options were very limited. The coffee from the machine tasted like cheap instant. The soft drinks at breakfast were either too sour or too sweet. The spirits were horrible. The soft drinks from the dispenser tasted so cheap. The beer was probably the best option and in the main bar it was almost always served half head/foam. (Except in the golden wing pool bar) We enjoyed the breakfast the days we had it, we only had lunch twice and only had dinner twice. Breakfast was so lovely, I only wish for more fruit options. But dinner and lunch was very average, different options but just not the quality you would expect from a 4* Hotel. Reception staff especially Mary, were very helpful. Girgos at the pool bar was good. The young 7am cleaner by golden wing (wish I got her name) was a ray of Sunshine. But I felt some of the other staff were not rude , they just were not welcoming or helpful at all. My partner went to the bar and barely got a hello but was asked about his wristband abruptly, my partner showed lifted his wrist. The same guy served me the a few times and when I asked if they had something he just looked at me with a slight angry face, I gave in and just asked for a beer, then he poured it and it was 3/4 foam. I was a bit too intimidated to ask him to fix it. (He was the staff member who wore a shirt and tie, I think he was the manager) On check out day, you get breakfast as check out is 12. Which we didn’t use as we spent the day at the beach, our flight was at midnight. You get vouchers for 1 drink and lunch. So unlike any other all inclusive hotels I have been to, you cannot use all facilities on the last day. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for an all inclusive stay as we ended up spending way more money than we intended too. However, I think the views are spectacular and the hotel is clean.

The room was clean but more like a 3* standard rather than 4*. The advertised “mountain view” actually looked at a wall. The beach was disappointing: most of it is occupied by paid sunbeds, and access requires descending about 100 steps, which is not suitable for older guests. During our stay at the end of August, strong winds (meltemi) caused storms, leaving the water full of trash and only a narrow strip of sand usable. The hotel is located near a very small village with just a few restaurants and no shops or attractions, so there is little to do outside the hotel. The food was very good, and the staff were polite, which were the main positives.

Disappointing Experience at Mistral Mare Hotel I recently stayed at Mistral Mare Hotel from 15th to 19th October 2025, and I was deeply disappointed by the experience — especially considering this is advertised as a 4-star, all-inclusive resort. From the moment we arrived, basic amenities were missing. Our room had no tea, coffee, or milk provided at any point during our stay. The fridge was completely empty — no drinks, no snacks. For an all-inclusive package, this was unexpected and unacceptable. The dining schedule was extremely limited: • Breakfast: only available during a 3-hour window. • Lunch: restricted to just 90 minutes. • Dinner: served late, between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM. The food options were repetitive and lacked variety. More concerning was the lack of access to drinks throughout the day. Hot and cold beverages were not freely available, and the pool bar operated for limited hours — despite the heat, guests were left without refreshments. This rigid schedule felt more like a controlled routine than a relaxing holiday. One particularly frustrating detail: teabags were hidden behind the bar, and guests had to request them one at a time. This is not the kind of treatment I expect from an all-inclusive resort. It felt unnecessarily restrictive. Entertainment was minimal, with a DJ only on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Outside of those nights, there was no evening programming or activities. The worst moment came during checkout, when a staff member shouted at us aggressively over a simple request for tea. We were told we’d be charged €3 for half a cup — again, not in line with the expectations of an all-inclusive experience. On a positive note, I’d like to commend Sorta, one of the waitstaff. He was consistently polite, hardworking, and helpful throughout our stay. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve the guest experience for future visitors.

Check in at 4am Wed.15th extremely poor welcome Check out of room 12pm Tues.21st but transfer to airport 8pm. No food or drink allowed, reception staff very reluctant to offer anything but "complimentry lunch and 1 drink" but quite openly sat for own meals at quests times.
