The stay was very nice. The breakfast and the hospitality was top notch. The breakfast items repeat. But, because of the quality and service, no complaints. The room and the entire property was squeaky clean. We got early check in at around 11:30 after waiting for an hour which was a blessing since we were travelling with a kid. Sharif was awesome helping us with checkout and luggage. The location is extraordinary, ryt opposite to the museum of the future and a short metro/ cab ride away from all the major attractions. If we ever visit Dubai again, would definitely prefer to stay here.

I am currently at Millenium Plaza Downtown restaurant and I am truly enjoying the experience. The staff here is wonderful – very polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The environment is clean, modern, and very comfortable for relaxing and enjoying the food. A special thank you goes to our waiter Filip, who has been by our side the whole time — attentive, fast, and extremely polite. His service made our experience even better. I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. The location is excellent—very central and convenient for getting around the city. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from every morning. The only downside is that the furniture in the hotel feels a bit outdated. However, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff more than made up for it. Everyone was kind, attentive, and willing to assist with anything I needed. I would also like to give a special thank-you to the housekeeper, AMIT who took amazing care of my room every single day. Amit was incredibly efficient, professional, and genuinely put heart into the cleaning. It truly made my stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I would like to highlight Filip, who has served us with great care, kindness, and professionalism the entire time. Also, a greeting to Siddik, the manager, who ensures excellent organization and a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. One small suggestion: I hope the hotel can improve by offering carbonated drinks in the rooms in the future. Truly a place worth visiting
