We had a lovely stay at this hotel! The place is very clean, and the rooms are spacious and nicely designed — definitely felt comfortable and welcoming. The service stood out as well; everyone was polite and helpful. A special mention to the team for the thoughtful surprise dessert they sent to our room for my son’s birthday — we hadn’t mentioned it, so it really meant a lot to see that kind of attention to detail. The only small downside was the check-in process. It took a bit longer than expected, and then we had to wait around 15–20 minutes for the room to be ready. Perhaps adding more staff at reception during busy hours could help speed things up. Overall though, we’re really happy with our stay and would gladly come back. Definitely recommend it!

I had a pleasant stay, both during the day and night. If you need a bathrobe or slippers, simply call the reception and they will provide them promptly. The swimming pool is decent, though nothing extravagant. Overall, the experience was nice and satisfactory. The view was lovely, and the location is very convenient, being easily accessible from the metro.

All I can say it’s a good location. It used to be the old Sheraton I believe? I was there 20 years ago and it’s still the same. Nothing has changed. Parking is totally unorganized valet at the front door and then they tell you have to walk around the corner in the heat to collect your car, they don’t tell you before where to get your car inconvenient because getting there you walk all the way around the block or you have to take the escalator all the way back up to the lobby floor and go across the hotel to the other side and take the elevator back down to the ground level… Ridiculous!

We had a lovely time again at this hotel! Ron was amazing and she made sure all our requirements were looked into within minutes. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access by taxi and/or train to both old and new Dubai. Thank you Ron and team for a wonderful welcome and a very comfortable stay!

I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay at Millennium Plaza Downtown. The front desk staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. One of the most frustrating situations I faced was when my guest was forced to wait a long time at reception, even after his passport had been scanned and all formalities were completed. In most hotels, it’s normal for the guest to be sent directly to the room, but here they insisted on calling me to come down and meet him at the lobby to escort him myself. This was extremely embarrassing, especially because I was in the middle of taking a shower at the time. My guest was left waiting awkwardly, and the hotel staff refused to show even basic courtesy or flexibility. It was one of the most uncomfortable and frustrating hotel experiences I’ve had. On top of that, the cleanliness of the room was below standard. The room didn’t feel well maintained, and overall the hotel lacked proper hygiene. I will definitely not be staying here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth, respectful, or comfortable stay.
