The location of the hotel is convenient, you can easily find it as it is 100m away from the metro. Everything you need is within proximity, grocery store, mall, and the beach! I feel absolutely at home and secured during my stay. The staff were all very warm and welcoming, they were attentive and always helpful. I will definitely book with them again when I come back to Dubai.

Me and my friends recently stayed at this hotel and the staff particularly John who truly went above and beyond in providing exceptional service. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attention to detail in the room, every aspect of my stay was outstanding. Room service was quick and fast. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me and my friends feel like a valued guests throughout our visit. The hotel's commitment to ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay was evident in every interaction. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience. The hotel was amazing. When we first got there we were greeted immediately by the staff. Parking was no issue as there was plenty of spaces. The hotel had fresh orange water and coffee and dates in the lobby. The room was beautiful and spacious. The balcony was a must as it had nice views of the motorway and the pool and to the left was the marina with boats. The room was very clean with bottles of water and coffee. We didn’t need to ask for an iron or anything the room had it all. Overall a really good hotel with very friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond for us. Would definitely recommend.

Avoid This Hotel: Horrible Service and Unprofessional Staff I recently stayed at the Millenium Place Dubai Marina Hotel, and my experience was utterly disappointing. The most disturbing incident occurred when I returned to my room to find two cleaners inside, laughing. They quickly closed the door and the closet when they saw me, which they should not have accessed in the first place. To my horror, I found my bag open with dirty pillowcases inside, and there were brown stains on a white cardigan and a pair of shorts that did not come out even after washing. The overall cleaning service was abysmal – the bed was consistently poorly made, pillows were left on the floor, and basic amenities like towels and mugs were often missing. Despite calling reception multiple times, it took an inordinate amount of time for these items to be brought up to the room. The cleaning staff also showed up at irregular and inconvenient times. I had specifically requested decorations for my birthday, which the reception assured me would be done, but this never happened. I raised these issues with the staff in person, but nothing was done to address them. This level of service is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that claims to be of high standard. I have noticed that the management replies to all negative reviews with generic apologies and thanks for choosing their "fine" hotel. These empty words do nothing to address the actual issues. The management needs to get a reality check because this hotel is far from fine. I strongly advise against staying here if you expect basic cleanliness and decent customer service.

The best hotel for your vacation. Everything was perfect, clean, cozy room, comfortable bed, incredible view from the balcony, delicious and varied breakfasts, 1 minute to the subway and 15 to the beach. We spent our honeymoon there and the hotel surprised us and decorated the room with petals, it was very nice and unexpected. I hope we will come back to you more than once, you are the best❤️thank you so much
