I stayed at this hotel in the lead up to Christmas so the foyer etc was decorated with festive items, and looked beautiful. The whole place is spotless and cleaned every single day. The staff are absolutely fantastic and will do anything for you. All bottled water is free and is restocked daily, and a small fridge to keep it cool. There is also free toiletries in the bathroom, and a safe in the bedroom to store your valuables. I stayed half board and the food choice was amazing. I don’t eat much so I should probably have only done B&B. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hopefully I will be back someday.

The staff at the front desk and the porter were all extremely friendly and helpful, and the staff throughout the hotel were all lovely. The accommodation was beyond my expectations and the proximity to public transport was excellent. The only negative is perhaps the distance of the hotel from the airport and downtown area, but there is the beach and restaurant precinct within walking distance. The breakfast service was also very good, although a little busy.

Exceptional location and the staff are great. The rooms are not well insulated from noise - you can hear everything from the hallways. Otherwise, everything else about it was good. The hotel is also connected to a great cafe called Risen - just one of its many perks!

John, who works in the hotel, is a very nice and always smiling person who immediately brings a better atmosphere to the hotel. Whenever something was needed, he was happy to help. The best person from the staff! The hotel is nice, clean and modern. A large selection for breakfast. Hotel in a good area, close to the metro and the center of Marín. There is nothing to criticize. Great!

The place is beautifully designed, offering a luxurious and relaxing ambiance that makes every moment memorable. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities, providing the perfect retreat after a busy day. As for the location, it’s absolutely ideal—conveniently situated near top attractions and offering breathtaking views of the marina. It’s a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Dubai!
