I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and professional. Although there was a slight delay during check-in, Katrine went out of her way to apologize sincerely and made every effort to ensure we were comfortable and satisfied. Her attentiveness and warm attitude truly made a difference and set the tone for a great stay. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything clean throughout our stay. Service overall was quick and efficient – whether it was a request at the front desk or room service, everything was handled promptly and with a smile. A big thank you to Katrine and the rest of the staff for making our stay so pleasant. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to others looking for quality service and hospitality.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff. Separately, I want to thank the reception staff - Marj and Navin: they always helped immediately The hotel is very beautiful with a convenient location: near the metro, tram, beach, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and even Mall. The rooms are comfortable, they are cleaned very well. Take a room on high floors so that there is less noise from the road and picturesque views) I am very pleased with my stay at the hotel!

We stayed at this hotel in Dubai during our birthday trip, and everything was absolutely perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. On our birthdays, the housekeeping team surprised us with towel decorations shaped like hearts and even a small cake with a candle in our room. It was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that made us feel truly celebrated. The location was also fantastic — just a short walk from the DMCC metro station and only about five minutes to the beach. There’s even a supermarket very close by where you can easily find anything you need. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

The hotel room was spacious and very clean—excellent value for the price. I didn’t get a chance to use the swimming pool, but it looked great. Breakfast was decent, though fairly standard, with a typical continental selection.

We loved this hotel. First , it's just a min walk from metro station DMCC. Ten min walk from the beach . Great restaurants around. The hotel is sparkling clean. Great breakfast. Great team in the pool , Duncan and Nisal , who makes the pool a safe and calm place to stay in front desk , restaurant stuff are smily and helpful We loved it so much , we stayed longer than planted. Price is convenient and cheaper to other hotels in marina. Really recommended
