We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. Housekeeping does an excellent job with daily cleaning, so everything is always fresh and tidy. The beds are amazing and ensured a great night’s sleep. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. A special mention goes to Malik, who is always ready to help and can arrange transportation to any destination, no matter where you want to go. His service truly made our stay even better. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back!

The hotel is perfectly located, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Our room was large and cozy. Breakfast offered a great variety and tasted very good. The whole team was friendly and professional, but Nina truly stood out. From check-in onward, she always ready to assist, provide helpful tips, and ensure everything ran smoothly. Her kindness and attention to detail made our experience much better. We enjoyed a lot our stay and would happily come back again.

We had an amazing stay at the Millennium! The hotel was beautiful. The food was excellent and the customer service was out of this world! Guest services really took care of us, Edwin and Subash know how to make guests feel comfortable. Told Subash we were here to get married, he made sure after the wedding we came to our room done up nice!! Overall For the first visit to Dubai glad we chose The Millennium which was centrally located. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Millennium Place Marina Hotel in Dubai for a week and had a really great experience overall. The location is excellent and made getting around very easy. The hotel itself is very nice, and the rooms are especially spacious, comfortable, and cleaned daily, which we really appreciated. All of the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, which made a big difference. One experience in particular really stood out. One day we had an issue with a Careem taxi booking and were unable to resolve it ourselves. We were getting quite stressed about the situation, but when we returned to the hotel, Nina noticed us waiting to speak to reception and kindly asked if she could help us. After we explained what had happened, Nina contacted Careem on our behalf and handled everything for us. Thanks to her efforts, the issue was resolved and we received our money back. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond truly meant a lot to us. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Millennium Place Marina Hotel to anyone visiting Dubai. The location, rooms, and especially the staff make it a wonderful place to stay.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable. The room had a strong, unbearable smell that made it impossible to relax or sleep. I complained and even paid to upgrade to a higher room, only to face the exact same horrible odor. Total waste of money. The experience somehow got worse outside the room. While sitting quietly in the lobby just to relax, one of the staff members kept staring at me like I was a thief or a criminal. Extremely uncomfortable, disrespectful, and unprofessional behavior. This place has zero hospitality, poor hygiene, and staff who clearly don’t know how to treat guests. I regret booking this hotel and wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. Do NOT book this hotel. You will regret it. Save your money and your dignity and stay somewhere else.
