Absolutely not a 5 star resort. At the very best I’d call this a 2-3 star hotel.
- Staff has poor English skills.
- There is a severe lack of toiletries provided, only one small bottle of shampoo and body wash was provided for 5 nights. No conditioner at all. We ended up buying our own.
- They only provided us with 4 waters for our entire stay, and one roll of toilet paper. After letting the staff know we needed more toilet paper, they delivered us beach towels, but no toilet paper. Had to call a few more times to get TP.
- Bonus: Beach towels were stained with what looked like baby puke.
- Maybe just a problem in my building, but there was a constant beeping, 24-7 throughout our entire 5 night stay. A bit hard to sleep with, but easily addressed with earplugs.
- We had ants in our room, containers to one corner of our room. Staff finally came to spray them after 3-4 calls to the front desk over the course of 2 days.
- Some kind of liquid leaked from the lights in the bathroom. Given the poor service we had had we didn’t even bother telling the staff.
- Outdoor furniture was nasty. Every piece I saw was dirty, torn or stained.
- Location was decent.
All in all it feels like a hotel that has a lot of promise, but is cheap, and poorly managed.

Honest Review.
The check-in was handled more or less okay.
However, check out was chaotic with only one lady and a full lobby of 15+ people . Keep in mind lobby is located up the stairs...there is a lot of stairs in general in this hotel.
Rooms definitely need maintenance, as you can see in the pictures.
The a/c needs a proper clean. With a two night stay, my allergies kicked off on the first night after turning on the main a/c for 10 minutes afterwards we only ran the two units located in the farthest part of the suite.
Water pressure was barely enough, and we were only on the 5th floor.
Jacuzzi on the balcony didn't actually do the jacuzzi function and was also cold.
The kids' pool area is not really used by the kids as they, along with their parents, all prefer the rooftop pool next to the bar.
Out of the 5 pools, all the kids are located in the ones next to the bar area downstairs or at the top of building 7...the other three pools are mostly empty.
Five star hotel but no slippers or toothbrushes/toothpaste...
In the end, I wouldn't go here again or recommend this place to those who don't speak Russian and prefer a relaxing stay without kids.

Not even close to a 5 star hotel. Was a disaster from the start! Arrived late at night and when eventually found the room, we then realised there wasn't even shower gel after a long day travelling. We went to sleep and then woke up to the air con dripping, which had soaked the whole floor, the sockets and the TV. Had to ask to be moved rooms and was also a mix up with where our luggage was in this process. Was then told that it wasn't possible to get towels for the pool as "the laundry hadn't came". Was told to use our room towels (which were soaked from trying to dry the floor), we were eventually given new room towels to use. The next day when we asked for towels again we were told the same. After a fuss was made the receptionist then phoned someone to bring us more, after arriving 20 minutes later, the towels were then taken by other guests as they weren't brought straight to us. After all this, the receptionist then turned round and gave us one from a cupboard behind her (which she had the whole time). If I spoke about every small thing that happened while we were there I would be here all day but I really recommend NOT STAYING!! The views and the pools were the only positive.

DO NOT STAY HERE ! Worst service in the island ! Beach towels only available after 2PM!!! What the …!! No one remove our food outside the room for 2 days now ! Pool has no service unless you go find one ! No showers at the pools ! Whatever you ask they tell you we will send to the room ! Stayed here 6 days only 2 small bottles of shampoo and shower gel we got ! No small towels whatsoever! Asked for a ride to the lobby as the resort on the hill and so difficult to walk the reply we got is walk like other people walks ! They don’t even have service elevator they move garbage with gusts at the same elevator while you’re using ! I don’t even give it a 3 stars !

One of the pool bars was under maintenance when we arrived and the transfer to the beach could be confusing sometimes. The cleaning was sometimes really good and nicely done and other times they didn't leave any new bath towels, soap or toilet paper, so we had to call the reception for these items.
I would not call it a 5 star hotel but it has good potential to get there. We stayed there for 2 weeks and were happy with our visit.
