Poor service, poor communication skills, poor English
1. Slow check in process. We arrived at 10am and receptionist advised the room will be ready at 2pm. We came back to lobby at 2pm, there was only 1 receptionist working while more than 4 groups waiting. Waited for another hour to get our room
2. When we check out, the manager keep asking us to take picture with him so he may post on social media to promote his hotel. We refused multiple times, and he still insist us to help him write review
3. We confirmed check out completed and ready to get on our grab car, manager ran out and ask us pay extra fee for room minibar bottle water. We bought water ourselves and showed receipts from grab app. They insist us to pay 50$ for one bottle water. The receptionist is not good at english, spent 15 mins understanding her. She wants us to provide her a reason why not paying the charge …… speechless servicing
4. Our room hot water was damage. The balacony jacuzzi is full of small black dirts ( looks like seaweed). Considering this is a five star hotel, I would expect a cleaned pool with working bathroom.
5. Many ant in the room
6. Towel not clean

This resort is in an amazing location. The views are incredible from the roof top infinity pools. The resort is clean and spacious, numerous pools to relax away from the heat of the day. Our highlight of our stay was the staff, they went above and beyond throughout our stay here. Namely An provided exceptional service through his friendly and inviting personality, keen to share his English speaking, along with teaching us some Thai. He works as a waiter at the in house restaurant which provides really amazing tasty food at great prices. He along with his colleagues are a true asset to this resort, we will be returning. Exceptional all around.

-I booked a suite and it was very small for a suite and there were ants everywhere and the bed sheets were not clean since check in
- The receptionist is unprofessional, her voice is very loud and she is rude. I think her name is Toy. She is not fit to be in this place. I called her about the ants in the room and she blamed me. I think she was the one who pushed the wing off me, not me
-The location is far from the city center
The resort does not deserve two stars

Absolutely not a 5 star resort. At the very best I’d call this a 2-3 star hotel.
- Staff has poor English skills.
- There is a severe lack of toiletries provided, only one small bottle of shampoo and body wash was provided for 5 nights. No conditioner at all. We ended up buying our own.
- They only provided us with 4 waters for our entire stay, and one roll of toilet paper. After letting the staff know we needed more toilet paper, they delivered us beach towels, but no toilet paper. Had to call a few more times to get TP.
- Bonus: Beach towels were stained with what looked like baby puke.
- Maybe just a problem in my building, but there was a constant beeping, 24-7 throughout our entire 5 night stay. A bit hard to sleep with, but easily addressed with earplugs.
- We had ants in our room, containers to one corner of our room. Staff finally came to spray them after 3-4 calls to the front desk over the course of 2 days.
- Some kind of liquid leaked from the lights in the bathroom. Given the poor service we had had we didn’t even bother telling the staff.
- Outdoor furniture was nasty. Every piece I saw was dirty, torn or stained.
- Location was decent.
All in all it feels like a hotel that has a lot of promise, but is cheap, and poorly managed.

Honest Review.
The check-in was handled more or less okay.
However, check out was chaotic with only one lady and a full lobby of 15+ people . Keep in mind lobby is located up the stairs...there is a lot of stairs in general in this hotel.
Rooms definitely need maintenance, as you can see in the pictures.
The a/c needs a proper clean. With a two night stay, my allergies kicked off on the first night after turning on the main a/c for 10 minutes afterwards we only ran the two units located in the farthest part of the suite.
Water pressure was barely enough, and we were only on the 5th floor.
Jacuzzi on the balcony didn't actually do the jacuzzi function and was also cold.
The kids' pool area is not really used by the kids as they, along with their parents, all prefer the rooftop pool next to the bar.
Out of the 5 pools, all the kids are located in the ones next to the bar area downstairs or at the top of building 7...the other three pools are mostly empty.
Five star hotel but no slippers or toothbrushes/toothpaste...
In the end, I wouldn't go here again or recommend this place to those who don't speak Russian and prefer a relaxing stay without kids.
