This hotel is very well managed and perfect for business visits or events. The management is very supportive and we had one of our best experiences during a wedding event. Service is very good. The food at the restaurant is delicious and available at most hours. It's close to popular shopping places like the mall of the Emirates. Less than 30 mins from the airport.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nice. It was a pleasant stay. Rooms were comfortable a bit worn out, needs new pillows and carpets but overall was nice. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Rooms service was great. I ordered twice and was really good quality food. Their breakfast buffet was great as well. Highly recommend it for business trips. Take note to never book rooms on sheikh zayed road as it tends to be noisy at night and windows are not sound proof.

My stay at this hotel had some positives, but a few major issues made it frustrating. Here’s my honest review: PROS: Prime Location – The main reason I booked this hotel was its perfect location — close to my workplace and within easy reach of key attractions. This made my daily commute and exploring the city incredibly convenient - nice city view. Decent Room Comfort – The room itself was clean and comfortable enough for my stay, with standard amenities. CONS: Major Safety Hazard – Balcony Lock-Out Risk The biggest problem was the balcony design. If the door closes behind you, you get locked outside with no way back in—extremely dangerous, especially for solo travellers. Even with warning stickers, this is unacceptable. The hotel needs an emergency release or a way to call for help immediately. Inconvenient Layout – Long Walks to Rooms The hotel is spread out horizontally, so some rooms are very far from the elevators. If you have elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues, the long walks can be tiring and impractical. Better room assignments for accessibility would help. Poor Valet & Chaotic Drop-Off Area The valet service was disorganized, and the pick-up/drop-off zone was getting congested easily. It was a hassle getting in and out, especially during check-in/out times. Housekeeping Timing Issues Housekeeping was inconsistent. I left early in the morning and returned around 4 PM—my room was cleaned, but right as I arrived, staff were just starting on the next room. This made me wonder if cleaning was delayed until late afternoon, which isn’t ideal for guests who return mid-day. Final Verdict The balcony safety issue is a dealbreaker**, and the inconvenient layout, poor valet service, and odd cleaning schedule make this hotel hard to fully recommend. Would only stay again if major improvements were made—especially to balcony security.

Amazing spread of iftar buffet 🌟 ! Chic and excellent set up and desserts were just beyond amazing 🤩 The hotel is easily accessible through metro, good location (SZR) and also has free valet parking. Which is a big plus, since parking is an issue in dubai. Ambiance was great, service was up to the mark with helpful and positive friendly staff who were always by to try new dishes and juices. 😋 in short a great place for a hearty filled iftar. Thanks Tanuja for the hospitality along with the team at Metropolitan. Will be there soon.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a good night’s rest. What really stood out was the receptionist (KAMAL) so kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone
