I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! Everything is perfect: the room is bright, spacious, and very clean. The pools are beautiful, with one for adults and one for children, and the sunset view is amazing. The breakfast buffet is very good, and so is the dinner, with a lot of delicious choices. I also like that sometimes I come here just for the business lunch, even when I am not staying at the hotel. It costs only 55 dirhams and includes a starter, a main course, dessert and a soft drink and water. There are always five choices for starters, eight for main courses, and three desserts, and the food is very good. The service is excellent, with valet parking, very good wifi, and a calm and nice atmosphere. The staff is always kind, helpful, and smiling, which makes the visit very pleasant. Honestly, for Dubai, this is great value for money. I highly recommend this hotel, both for staying and for lunch.

I had an excellent stay at the Metropolitan Hotel for over a month during a medical visit that lead me to keep having to extend my stay. The location, rooms and amenities were great. The staff were very friendly, helpful and ensured I had everything I needed. It truly felt like home. Very grateful to Ahmed (manager at reception) and all the staff - from reception personnel, to housekeeping, to room service - for taking good care of me.

I went to visit my sister who was staying at Metropolitan Hotel in Al Barsha yesterday August 18, 2025 , as it’s close to my place. We wanted to have dinner together, but since the hotel restaurants were already closed at 11pm, we decided to order food and eat in her room. Unfortunately, the receptionist refused to allow me to go up and insisted I stay only in the lobby. This was very disappointing, as in most hotels I’ve stayed at, visitors are allowed to go up to the guest’s room at any time. We simply wanted to spend a few hours together as sisters. On top of that, the receptionist’s behavior was very rude, which made the experience even more unpleasant. I just shared my experience visiting at this property. I do understand and respect their rules, im just soo disappointed.
