Resort is huge and the pool is great for kids. Not too crowded in November. The service is good as well, can get buggy anytime, just 5-10mins wait as expected. The room is designed in a double story chalet so if you get the lower floor, you can hear footsteps from upper floor non stop, not so great if you have children trying to nap or sleep. Part of the room is well maintained while partly still very old such as the toilet. Overall still ok but probably there are newer hotels around.

Had an amazing stay at Pelangi Beach Resort. The room was clean, comfortable, and just a short walk to the beach. The whole place has a relaxing vibe, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was great with plenty of choices. Perfect spot for a family getaway. Definitely coming back!

Had such a great experience! Special shout-out to Palangi, absolutely amazing and made the stay so enjoyable. The beds were super comfortable and relaxing. And I have to give a huge shout-out to Wan and Aisar at the Cascade Bar, their service, friendliness, and energy were top-tier. They really made the trip unforgettable. Can’t wait to come back!

Our stay at Pelangi Beach Resort was the best we had in Malaysia! The staff were super friendly and accommodating — they gave us an early check-in, allowed a late checkout, and even upgraded our room for free since we had a baby. The room was close to the reception and main amenities, beautifully designed, very clean, and felt brand new. The resort is huge but well managed, with free buggy service and umbrellas placed all around. The location is also perfect — just minutes from Pantai Cenang. The in-room dining food was delicious, and the spa service was exceptional — relaxing, professional, and exactly what we needed. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. Highly recommend this resort and would definitely stay again! 🌴✨

Beautiful resort. Set up in 35 acres of land parcel, it's a huge huge place. Best to book this if you want to relax and enjoy the resort. 2 huge pools for you to enjoy. A mini zoo is also there, but not great. Food is awesome. Pelangi Grill by the beach is awesome for breakfast and dinner. The resort is on the beach, so access is easy. Water sports is very close by, just next to the resort.
