Our lovely stay at Mercure Kooddoo Resort was truly unforgettable, and we are happy to return home with so many wonderful memories and experiences. The location, the beach with its turquoise waters, the pool bar, the bungalows... everything was simply amazing! ✨ The resort offers incredible opportunities to dive and snorkel near the reef, where you can see a wide variety of marine life, including sharks and turtles. You can also enjoy paddleboarding, canoeing, sunset cruises, and even yoga and meditation sessions with Jazz 🔝🔝. There's also a gym, a wonderful spa and many other activities available. The resort is managed in a very warm and personal way. ALL the employees, known as Heartists, are incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful—from reception to maintenance, gardening, and housekeeping. ❤ The food is delicious and varied, and the staff in both the restaurant and the kitchen are always smiling and ready to assist. Special thanks to Deepak, Selvakumar, Desta, and all the amazing chefs, as well as Poopy, Manvi, Sameera, Allina, and many others whose names we can’t recall but who gave us outstanding service in the restaurant. 💫 Last but not least, the entire resort is spotless and very well managed. The bungalows are beautiful, clean, and extremely comfortable. A heartfelt thank you for making our stay a dream come true! ❤

They go above and beyond, their genuine care and dedication to guest service is truly exceptional. Every interaction felt personal and sincere, making us feel like valued guests. They truly made our 15th wedding anniversary memorable. Our room was lovely, a perfect blend of colour, comfort and privacy with breathtaking views, creating a serene sanctuary to unwind in. And the food? Absolutely delicious! The variety and quality of the dishes were outstanding, showcasing fresh ingredients and creative presentations. Dining and talking with staff at the Alita and poolside bar was a highlight of ours. The snorkelling just topped off our holiday. Exploring the coral reefs and encountering the diverse marine life was an unforgettable experience. Mercure Kooddoo Island is more than just a resort; it's an experience.
