Rooms were a good size, modern and clean and in our large party all had a balcony. Staff were very polite and welcoming throughout. Great communal spaces, however we found the pool bar to be very slow and larger on tap was pretty awful. Spoke to another guest who is a regular and said this was not the normal standard. Location was short walk along the seafront from the old town but there are plenty of bars and restaurants near by. Would recommend this hotel

Great hotel, well located with a fantastic pool and terrace overlooking the marina. The hotel is immaculately presented everywhere you go. Breakfast was excellent. Service is good. The rooms very clean and modern. Not the cheapest hotel but you get what you pay for. The only thing I'd say is that the lifts are easy to get stuck in! You have to select your floor outside, but if you make a mistake and get in the wrong lift, once the other guest gets out at their floor, you cannot open the door because there are no buttons once inside. No choice but to press the alarm for help!

Premium room views was a bit disappointing. Was not really on the balcony so no harm. Pool was full all the time. Drinks too expensive. Service really good. Although did not get the room on time. It was ready at 15:50, maybe because we did go and ask it already couple of times 🤔 Anyways good stay and could go back again.

Wow for this hotel! Big plus for the beds and marina view from the room. Pool area is had a good vibe and staff is friendly. With the money even it was bit pricey. Highly recommended!

We stopped in a level room last August as our 2nd wedding anniversary and loved it so much we are returning in a few weeks for our 3rd anniversary. Spent hours round the pool and sitting on our balcony with forever changing views of the marina. Service from all staff was exceptional and the level lounge made us feel like VIP. Unfortunately last year there was alot of construction outside but we have been told this has all been completed now.Cannot wait to visit again on the 5th aug and sample a few more bars and tapas of palma town and the hotel free shuttle bus was so handy.
