Loved my stay at this hotel! Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. The room was cozy, clean, and had everything I needed. The vibe of the hotel is super welcoming, and the staff really make the difference—especially Melania. She was absolutely wonderful! So attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with anything. You can tell she genuinely enjoys making guests feel comfortable. Thanks to her, the whole experience felt extra special. Would definitely stay here again!

I spent the weekend at this wonderful resort. From the check in to the check out employees like Maryjo made me feel welcome and safe. Every time we crossed paths this lovely lady , who remembered my name. Asked me if I was ok and if there was anything she could do to make my stay any better. While honestly the whole staff was amazing and my sweet was great. I loved the total international vibe. It seemed like everyone from the grandparents with there grandchildren’ to the huge wedding party staying there were so fun .

We had an amazing few days at Meliá Orlando. The facilities are comfortable, the location is perfect, and the hotel’s atmosphere is ideal for relaxing and enjoying your time. What truly elevated our experience was the guest service, especially at the front desk. The whole team was professional and welcoming, and we’d like to give special mention to Melania and Jennifer, who greeted us with kindness, a great sense of humor, and a problem-solving attitude. Their commitment to excellent service and their ability to work seamlessly with the team made everything run smoothly. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would gladly return. We had a wonderful stay, and what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the staff—especially Mary Jo and Carla. Upon check-in, Mary Jo went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She was incredibly kind, professional, and patient, making the process smooth and pleasant. Her warm demeanor set the tone for our entire stay. Mary Jo is a true asset to the hotel and deserves recognition—and frankly, a raise—for the genuine care and hospitality she extends to guests. At check-out, Carla was equally wonderful. She kindly suggested that we leave our bags at the front desk so we could enjoy our final hours in the city before heading to the airport. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Perfect Family Getaway at Meliá Orlando Suite Hotel at Celebration! Our recent stay at the Meliá Orlando Suite Hotel at Celebration was nothing short of amazing! I visited with my wife and two kids, and from the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed and well cared for by Mary Jo. The service was truly exceptional — Mary Jo and every staff member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and eager to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort. From check-in to check-out, we felt like VIP guests. The suites were spacious, spotless, and perfect for a family. The full kitchen and living area gave us plenty of room to relax and feel at home. Our kids especially loved the pool area, which was clean, safe, and a great place to unwind after a day of adventures. The location couldn’t be better — peaceful and beautifully maintained, yet just minutes away from the parks and other Orlando attractions. We also appreciated the quiet charm of Celebration, which gave us a break from the hustle and bustle. Thank you, Mary Jo Meliá Orlando, for making our family vacation so memorable.
