I stayed here at the beginning of May and wowwwww it was beautiful. The location is great, the food amazing and the service OUTSTANDING. All of the staff were really nice and helpful and it was a breath of fresh air. Especially Roque and Ethan who really made my stay. Big big thank you to everyone and Especially those two who really made my stay extra memorable and put a smile on my face every day of my stay. The food was different night and a wide variety that was also very tasty! My only complaint is that the double room was just 2 single beds together which when sharing a bed is not the most convenient. But apart from this, loved everything about my stay, lovely food, lovely pool, lovely location, lovely staff. 10/10 would definitely come back here again!

We had a fantastic time here, this is the first 5* accommodation I’ve been to and it was EVERYTHING. We were 3 in a room and the rooms were SO spacious and comfortable with daily room service. The buffet is so good, it has so many different foods, I tried so many new things that I never thought I would! The staff are so lovely and welcoming, and the entertainment they set up every night is so thoughtful and enjoyable. The bars have DELICIOUS cocktails also (I drank so many daiquiris by the pool and so many martinis during the evening entertainment!). If you can afford I also definitely recommend trying the wellness center, I didn’t want the massage to end…! We will definitely have to come back, this is going to be my go to resort from now on :)

Absolutely wonderful trip. It was a little while ago. I've only just started reviewing on Google. Food was out of this world. Really high quality. The hotel and pool was possibly one of the best I have stayed in. Really absolutely beautiful. The water rockery at reception was incredible. Nicole loved it the necklace making. Looking at coming back at Christmas or early next year. Only issue we had was the people working behind the the pool bar. They were really slow at serving us. Also how they asked for our room number made us feel like we were criminals. It's not a cheap place. I would expect a different approach with guests.

Positives - Check in was effective and porters good. - The hotel is clean and tidy, maid service is good. - Quiet setting with nice view - The rooms are a nice size - The lower pool bar service was good.The lady there is a superstar. - Pools kept well. - The entertainment was pleasant most days/nights Negatives - The hotel was terraced up a hill, may be too much for older folk. - The food was not upto the promised 5* standard, lacked choice was much the same each day. - The hot food choice was warm on most occasions- the hot lights are not keeping it warm and this could cause stomach upsets. Did not see them check temperatures on the hour as recommended. - Drinks were not forthcoming like other hotels, we were offered one on being seated but none offered thereafter unless you asked. Many hotels we have been to have a self service. - Drinks at the terrace bar were also hard to get- we sat for 15 minutes once to see how long it took to be offered one. I had to go to the bar myself to get served most nights. There was no shortage of staff hanging around, but doing little.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Amazing pool and perfect spot to nearby beach. Good food and drink selection. Friendly staff, especially Julian and Leo who always went above and beyond to help me with my nut allergy in the cafeteria. Live music in the evenings was my favourite part with good cocktails at the bar. Javier at the front desk was very helpful and friendly with enabling us to extend our stay to wait for transport.
