We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place itself is beautiful and everything is kept spotlessly clean. The staff are incredibly kind and friendly, always making us feel welcome. A special mention goes to Beatriz, Jesus, and Ariel, who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great holiday. Their warm service really stood out to us and made our stay even more enjoyable. There is only one small downside we noticed: the vegetarian food options could definitely be improved. Often, only the side dishes were vegetarian, and at the pool bar the snacks were limited to fruit. All the sandwiches and salads contained meat or fish, which was a little disappointing. It would be great to see a wider variety of vegetarian choices in the future. Overall, though, we truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly come back!

What an incredible holiday! This hotel is absolutely beautiful and the food is a solid 10/10. The entertainment each night varied and was highly engaging. The entertainment staff were pheromonal. Kevin and Elisa were present each day ensuring the guests were having a great time, greeting everyone with a smile. I thoroughly enjoyed watching the pool games and aqua gym each day. Johnathon at the bar was fantastic, ensuring my wine glass never emptied. Would 100% recommend this hotel

We stayed at Meliá Jardines del Teide (July 2025 - 10 Nights) as a family of five with The Level package. The hotel is beautifully set on a hillside with lovely gardens and ocean views. The Level Lounge was a great bonus, especially on a half-board plan — it offered snacks, premium drinks (4–6pm), and a calm breakfast spot. !!! Disclaimer !!!: I paid for this holiday in full using my own personal funds. I did not receive any discounts, incentives, or compensation in exchange for this review. All opinions expressed are entirely my own and based on my personal experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though air conditioning could be more efficient. We were disappointed to find drinks (even water) weren’t included with dinner, but Level Manager Gema kindly resolved this. Staff were truly the highlight — warm, helpful, and professional. Shout out to Jose, Julian, Milagros, and Angelica for their exceptional service. The main pool was fantastic (heated and spacious), but the Level pool lacked privacy. Evening entertainment was okay, though not to our taste. We also had issues with the minibar not being cleared of alcohol as requested, which took several days to sort. Overall, the hotel has a lot of charm and potential. With a few improvements, it could be excellent. We may consider returning.

This was our second time spending our holiday at Meliá Jardines del Teide because we enjoyed it so much the first time. The main reason is the exceptionally friendly staff – everyone goes above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful stay. Angelica and Ariell, for example, always welcomed us so warmly at mealtimes and did everything they could to make us feel at home. Thanks to them, we truly felt at home, which is why we decided to come back right after our first trip. It is honestly the most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed in. The rooms are modern, spotless, and well maintained, and the food is absolutely delicious. The grounds are stunning and feel like a lush garden, making it the perfect place to relax. We will definitely be back soon!

I was there in October last year, March and April this year and had a great time! I can't wait to come back again! Hygiene for me is very important and they got a 5/5 here! Loved as well the different shows in the evening, great musicians, please keep them going! Unfortunately missed the Capoeira show last time 😢 Food is excellent and in my humble opinion is the staff who makes the biggest effort to make you feel VERY welcome! In April, with the staff strike they even managed to operate to high standards during Easter and offer the best service possible, appreciate the efforts to minimise the impact on the guests! Very grateful to the staff from the restaurants: Isel, Oliver, Fran, Karelis Staff from the Bar: Karim, Hector, Miguel, Ramon, Angel You guys are the best! I am sure I may be missing more names... And the best fitness staff: Melissa! Loved the activities in the pool and she even managed to recruit me not being fit at all, and to come back to those activities, had a great time! One small thing I would recommend to improve for maintenance is the drainage in the bathrooms inside the rooms. Would 100% recommend staying there 🥂
