We chose this hotel as it’s on the red cliffs of Santa Eulalia. We had walked past it last year and thought it was beautiful, and honestly it is. To wake up and walk straight out on the cliffs is amazing, grounding and peaceful. That said, we chose the level upgrade with a sea view. Rooms are great and have everything however the room service and cleanliness is enough for me not to come back. Room service basically means doing the bed and changing the towels, but they leave old coffee cups and bottles of water. Literally don’t even touch or clean around them. It’s actually amazing and shocking. This level of cleanliness matches the services of the rest of the staff and to be honest the general service of the island. Seems to be getting more aggressive and impatient every year. Also with the Level upgrade, you’d expect valet or free parking, but they charge you €40 euros extra per day for parking unless yo self park if you’re lucky to find it on the road. For the limited number of Level rooms I’d expect parking and service overall.

We spent part of our honeymoon here and had a wonderful time! We did upgrade to Levels and had a beautiful waterfront view with large balcony. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. We enjoyed the different pools, and amenities like the daily happy hour and a massage. The staff are so attentive and kind! We would definitely come back.

Great hotel, recommended by friends who have stayed before. Our room is in their Level section. Beautiful room, exclusive roof top pool and bar area, and separate breakfast terrace. Complimentary drinks all day in the lower terrace, tapas and extra drinks between 5pm and 6pm every evening. The cocktails are amazing, The staff are wonderful and attend to your every need. The hotel is very well situated and just a 10min walk from Santa Eulalia, where there are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. Something for everyone. We loved our stay and can't wait to come back.

Great hotel with exceptional staff; location just outside the marina which was a short walk but nice after a meals. The levels upgrade isn’t necessary as the hotel is so good; we paid for the upgrade but because there were so many people it didn’t feel that “exclusive” and the main pool areas had more space and better pools, so we spent most of our time there. On the rooftop there were also loads of little flies that were a nuisance and biting too. Overall it a a lovely hotel, with great staff and good drinks 🍸

Our week in Melia Ibiza was incredible and mainly thanks to the staff. From the very first second we stepped at the reception, Ana welcomed us in the nicest way possible. We had initially booked a Standard Sea View and Ana proposed us to upgrade our room. She proposed us to visit a Junior Suite which we fall in love with and ended up taking the upgrade. It was a very nice choice as the room was spacious, with an amazing view on the pool area and direct view on the sea (room 304). The decoration of the room is very nice, the room is clean and has good materials. Plus the shower has sea view which makes every shower you take memorable. The room is well isolated, we slept very well all week and was not bothered by any noise. Thank you to the cleaning staff which did a great job all week and which are very smiling and nice with the guests. We also want to thanks again for the nice birthday cake and happy birthday wishes I had for my 30s. Made the day even better! The hotel commodities are very well decorated, we enjoyed the style of the commune parts. The hotel is also very clean. The pool area is also nice with a nice system for the pool towels. However, its a bit inconvenient that the bali beds are reserved for The Level guests on this area, knowing that they already have the rooftop pool and area dedicated to them until 5 p.m. however, we never struggled during the week to find beds around the pool area so that’s definitely a plus. Especially the beds that are close to the pool bar which are very comfortable, at the shadow. The pool bar staff is also amazing, fast, efficient and smiling. The pool area has a dedicated service at your bed for food and drinks through a QR code on the umbrella, which is very efficient. The breakfast area is nice, especially the terrasse facing the sea. It is true that it happens that the plates and bowls are left with food marks and could be better cleaned. The breakfast offers wide choices for food (sweet and salty) and drinks (fresh juices) and with good quality! We enjoyed every breakfast at the hotel. The beach club bar is also really nice, still facing the sea and the cocktails are good! The staff there is also very friendly and efficient. The only down part of the hotel is the elevator system. Only two elevators and one of them was in maintenance during our stay, making the waiting a bit long. Plus, its lacking lights inside of the elevators and the temperature is very high inside of if. But i believe they are working to improve it! The hotel location is perfect, at the end of a street surrounded by pines trees which allows a high level of relax and calmness. The santa eulalia port is not far away, and the walk down there is enjoyable, by the sea. The port has a large choice of store and restaurants. The fact that the hotel is an adult only hotel is a huge plus for couples that wants relaxing and romantic vacations. We definitely recommend this hotel and we really want to address our biggest « thank you » to all the employees of the hotel that are incredible and make your vacation unforgettable. We will come back to this hotel next time we come to Ibiza!
