    Amazing service and attention, Ramon and Alexander at the Rivera Restaurant in the Level were super detailed, attentive, and friendly. The whole staff was great. Great experience overall. The employees were all very professional and efficient. Food at the level was fantastic lots of variety with quality. Beach is in a prime nearby location to other beaches and is endless. The rooms need a bit of work in being updated as well as being cleaned deeper and better. 4.5/5.

    Our family had the most amazing experience at Melia Caribe! We upgraded to the Level and were happy with our decision. The room was spacious and luxurious. The Riviera was such a nice spot to eat and is Level only next to the quiet Level only pool. Our waiter, Ramon, became like family! The food and coffee is delicious!! We also enjoyed our meal at Capri. It was the best dinner we had with excellent service. I would highly recommend this resort and April is a great, quiet time of year to visit!

    Rivera restaurant was the best. They treated my mum so well for her birthday, sang and danced for her. brought a cake out for her, decorated the table. they literally treated us like royalty. it was so beautiful. Ramon Sosa was so kind and great. Alexander and Mary were amazing. The service was outstanding. Truly amazing people

    The staff were amazing. Best part of the trip. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The room wasn’t to my standards, but the rest of the resort definitely made up for it. The beach was beautiful and the pool was never packed, allowing us to enjoy it at anytime.

    The Hotel is amazing. Everything is perfect. All the amusement places are walkable. Foods and drinks are delicious and served very well. Our concierge Anny Liriano is so helpful. She arranged everything from reservation of the restaurants to companies to the pharmacy (My son had a fever for a few hours due to played too tired, but fully recovered the next morning). Each time we sent a question message to her we always get a quick and helpful response. This is really a wonderful trip and we definitely will come again.
