I can honestly say Melia Cala Galdana is one of the best places to stay in Menorca. The location is perfect close to amazing hiking trails and some of the island’s most famous beaches, all just few minutes away. The views over Cala Galdana are stunning, the rooms are comfortable, and the overall vibe is relaxed yet stylish. What truly stands out is the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff who make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Menorca!

We stayed at the Meliá Cala Galdana for our honeymoon and were blown away with how amazing the hotel was and how beautiful of a location it is. The views from our room and all over the hotel were spectacular, our Level suite was nicer than we could have ever imagined, the service was exceptional, and being able to walk directly out to the beach made it truly special. We also wanted to give a lot of praise to all of the staff, but specifically Laura from the Level reception desk, Esther from the bookmark painting experience, and the wonderful young woman who gave the most relaxing lomi lomi massage I have ever had. They elevated our experience with wonderful conversation, great recommendations, and answering plenty of our questions. We are excited to come here for many anniversaries to come! muchas gracias!!

My husband and I spent the third week of August here because he was offered better price through his membership. We did not know this was a kid-friendly place so the amount of small kids became a bit overwhelming at times. But the staff managed, kudos to them. Also the hotel was extremely crowded so there were always lines for breakfast unless you got there before 8am. Again, staff handled well. What really bothered me was when our toilet broke and after complaining nobody showed up for 24h and not without another complaint. Only hours after being “fixed” it broke again. This was our last day so we didn’t even bother to ask for another repair but kept using the one in the lobby. Now, one would expect some kind of detail at check-out but nothing was offered. I have seen better 5-star-hotels. One of the reviews here mentioned the recent try to upgrade and his doubts the hotel could handle that upgrade and it makes sense now. The awesome location somehow made up for it and I guess the hotel being so extremely crowded did not help.

Sad to be leaving tomorrow. What a fantastic stay. Can't think of one thing missing from this hotel. Staff, food, location all perfect. Even at full capacity it doesn't appear overcrowded. Would recommend 100%

Great hotel and staff goes over and beyond to meet the guest needs and request. Food was amazing and the hotel was spectacular. Only reason to give it a 4 star is that they were short staffed. For a hotel chain that big they should have multiple employees attending a bar not just two bartenders who are also responsible for delivering drinks to tables. While people were also ordering at the bar they would have to step out to pick up tables and also serve and prepare drinks . That was completely unacceptable if you ask me .
