Had a great stay at Meliá Phuket Mai Khao for 5 nights with a Luxury Escapes package which included all our meals and drinks throughout the day at the pool. It was a luxury resort for the 2 of us to relax and enjoy not having to think about anything. The staff and management were very friendly and accommodated us very well. I am Gluten Intolerant (Ceoliac) and the restaurant and all hospitality staff knew of my dietary needs, they created a special menu for both restaurants that allowed me to not have to think about what I could eat. They recognised us each time we went to eat, even remembering our room number... very friendly and great service. The location was great and the room with it's private pool and outdoor bath was very enjoyable and romantic. The room was large and an escape when needed. Internet services were great. All was exceptionally clean and the activities including bike ride around the village and beach was fun... the spa was amazing and so relaxing. Definately worthwhile for couples, but there were some families as well.

Tucked away in its own little oasis, this resort offers beautiful scenery and very comfortable rooms. We joined a cooking class during our stay, it was intimate, fun, and one of the highlights of our trip. Our package also included a complimentary daily massage, which was a wonderful touch. The staff were exceptional, warm, attentive, and truly went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They even remembered our names, which made the experience feel personal and inclusive. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway.

We have just returned from a 17 night stay at Melia Phuket Mai Khao. How sorry we were to leave. Everything about our stay was 5 star, we stayed in a pool villa,(G101), everything about the room was fabulous. Excellent amenities, Wi-Fi and location. Food was some of the best we have experienced in Phuket. The variety at breakfast was outstanding, catering to every culinary and cultural taste. SASA and GAIA restaurants for lunch and dinner outdid our expectations. The main reason we enjoyed our stay so much was the staff.Everyone was so friendly, professional and polite from the gardeners we met on way to breakfast to reception and restaurants managers. A special thank you to Karla ( guest experiences) and Luke ( restaurant manager) who took the time chat each day. Shout out to Poo, Fat, Pon and Kluy, bar and pool bar staff (who make fabulous cocktails ),the waitresses in the restaurants ( to many to mention individually) who work so hard and made each meal so enjoyable, the spa staff for their wonderfully relaxing massages and every other member of staff who made our stay so special. Melia Phuket Mai Khao resort is a special place with special people. We would thoroughly recommend a stay here and hope to return soon.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful—peacefully tucked away from the city center yet just a short walk to the beach. The lush tropical landscape, relaxing atmosphere, and stunning views made it the perfect place for our long stay in Thailand. Our room was spacious, elegantly designed, and incredibly comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully arranged to create a sense of calm. The YHI Spa was another highlight, offering rejuvenating treatments that left us feeling completely refreshed. The service throughout our stay was exceptional, and we want to give a special spotlight to Bella, a newcomer to the hotel who was truly outstanding. She was warm, professional, and went above and beyond to help us navigate the property, plan excursions, and explore the surrounding area. Her kindness and attention to detail made our experience even more memorable, and we are so grateful for all her help in making our stay truly unforgettable.

We arrived for 3 nights at the hotel and regretted not booking at least 2 more nights. The hotel is a bit far from the center, but for anyone looking for this kind of vacation style, it’s just perfect. The hotel has very good restaurants, the prices are a bit high, but the food is really excellent. The service from all the staff members was great. The hotel is well-maintained and beautifully cared for. There are many gardens throughout the hotel, and they are all simply well-kept. The hotel has a private beach strip, which is also a nature reserve for sea turtles. The sunsets from this beach are stunning and really add to the experience. It’s important to note that a 7-minute drive away, there is a shopping center called Plaza Mai Khao, which has more restaurants and
