This is our third trip where we visited Traders, and our first with kids. The staff are incredibly attentive, striving to meet needs and make guest experiences enjoyable at every turn. A special thank you to Oliver who helped get us settled in the club lounge with our boys, and for breakfast. He really took the time to understand not just our stay but our entire trip, and kept the kids entertained too with some great Q&A. On our last breakfast one of the staff presented our youngest with chocolate covered strawberries "to win his heart". It worked very well 😊. We had a minor incident on check-in for our second tranche this trip, where the room we were allocated did not seem to be appropriate for our needs. Despite the late hour, we were helped quickly, professionally and deftly - a mark of great service. Within 15 minutes we had had our room changed to a more appropriate option with minimal fuss. I'm happy to report that the view of the Petronas towers remains unspoilt, and all staff make the view even better. Service was great as a couple and perhaps even better with the three young boys on this occasion. Thank you for the great service. Until next time!

Traders Hotel KLCC may be a bit old and the rooms not very spacious, but they’re still comfortable and well-kept. The pool isn’t the highlight, but it’s decent for a quick dip. What really stood out was the breakfast — absolutely the best I’ve had, with plenty of variety and great flavors. Overall, a pleasant stay with amazing morning meals

Fantastic hotel!!! One of the best we have stayed at, having travelled all over the world. Loved the family suite with two bedrooms and access to the lounge. The room was so quiet!! Pillows, bed etc were all very comfortable. Temperature easy to control. The lounge is brilliant, with excellent service. Fantastic lap pool (although gets busy at times so can be hard to swim laps then). Gym is ok- a little hot in some parts and a bit crowded in the weights area. Only downside was the cigarette smoke smell coming from some rooms, but thankfully that’s just in the corridors and didn’t come into our room. Great stay at a great hotel in a perfect location.

The room was delightful, offering a stunning view of the Towers and equipped with excellent facilities. However, it would have been appreciated if a prayer mat and tissues had been provided as standard. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, which greatly enhanced the overall experience. The pool area, however, could benefit from improvement. It felt overcrowded and lacked sufficient regulation. The placement of chairs allowed for dining immediately adjacent to swimmers, which diminished the atmosphere and made the space less appealing. Similarly, the drinks at the SkyBar did not meet expectations in terms of quality. Breakfast offered a commendable variety of options Great location.

I had a wonderful stay at Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur. The location is unbeatable which is right in the heart of the city with a direct view of the iconic Petronas Twin Towers. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.
