A very pleasant experience staying here. The staff were very polite and helpful upon arrival. I picked a room with one of the best views of KLCC, and it surpassed my expectations. The hotel has excellent facilities, and is very clean and spacious. Parking is also free for guests staying in. Check-in and check-out can be improved, as it takes quite long.

My review is long overdue however I would like to express my deepest appreciation to Traders hotel. My stay was nothing but pleasant. We have a special needs kid and the staff were nice and understanding. Thank u.

Just good for the business. I can’t say it as a luxury hotel. Bedding was comfortable but the club room was small and simple. The afternoon tea foods were very casual style which is in smaller scale than Hilton’s. The cocktail time was also simple style. The only good point abt the hotel was the KLCC view.

We were all and all very happy. They upgraded our rooms and service was impeccable. The only thing was that we didn't know you shared a name with another hotel and we had to walk twenty minutes from there to the actual hotel.

Excellent view from room. Don't get bored of it. Good sized room and facilities in room and in rest of hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast and snacks. The best I've had so far in hotels. Good pool area. Excellent location.
