Very good location being less then 10 minute walk to KLCC. The hotel is more suited to business travellers instead of holiday makers like ourselves. The breakfast selection was very good, the room we had was facing the twin towers and was a good size. The service we recived was good but not like what you would receive at a traditional Shangri La hotel. If you are travling for work its great however if you are on holiday you would be paying for the view and location only.

I had a wonderful time at Traders for five nights in September 2025 on a vacation between work trips! I felt so welcomed and at home immediately. Anissa was who checked me in, and she took care of everything I could have needed the whole time! She was so helpful with recommendations for where to go and what to see in the city. And she was just such a joyful presence! Because of her, and the hotel as a whole, it made my introduction to KL a great one. I will definitely be back. The hotel is in such a walkable, central part of the city, so it made it a great home base for the week. Breakfast was amazing and full of so many different options. The room was perfectly clean and had everything you could want and more. I do recommend upgrading to get a tower view - it's a really spectacular scene. Highly recommend Traders!

My husband and I stayed at Traders Hotel for 3 nights to end our honeymoon. We both agree that our experience here was very good. Our room was comfortable and looked out on a very good view of the Petronas Towers, we were located on a high floor which made the view all the more amazing. When booking we chose to add the Traders Club lounge and we did not regret it. The service, food and the relaxed vibe was more than expected. We were particularly looked after by Oliver. He welcomed us, he made sure we always had everything we needed and he recommended places for us to visit with regard to what we told him we were looking for. Oliver secured us a late check out and access to stay in the lounge until our evening departure. Thank you Oliver. We would highly recommend this hotel

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Beautiful Hotel view Excellent Service from the Reception and Manager! I had a wonderful experience during my stay! The hotel reception staff were extremely friendly, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. Special mention goes to the reception MARIZAN and manager MR KOY, who was equally warm and professional. He personally ensured that everything was perfect with my stay and handled every request efficiently. It’s rare to see such genuine hospitality they truly made me feel welcome and valued as a guest and even went the extra mile to answer all my questions and give great recommendations about the upgrade to the club room which can access to their traders club lounge was Amazinggggg !! We love their tea and coffee and the evening mocktails.. all their food , snack and breakfast buffet was sooooo delicious and amazing 🤩 not forget their lounge staff was so friendly and welcoming 🩷 Thank you to for making my stay so pleasant. I’ll definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service with Amzing Beautiful view hotel in Kl and a friendly atmosphere! 🫶🏼

Great location and easy to get to on the opposite side of the park to the petronas towers and easy walking to the main attractions. The hotel had all the facilities one could need. All in great condition and well looked after. The room was cleaned daily, beds made and bathroom and bedroom tidied - the betrothed generally all spotless. The staff were all attentive, friendly and professional from concierge, reception, restaurant staff through to the pool attendants.. Love the fact there is the park opposite the hotel and could get out running or for an evening/morning stroll all feeling very safe.
