Highly recommended hotel. Free shuttle buggy to suria klcc, and great view of klcc twin tower from our room. The staff very helpful. Thankyou Ms.Farah (reception)for giving us great view room 2717, my son love it! We are staying at the club floor & the Club lounge was great! Staff name Hakim on the club floor really helpful and same goes to Mr.Oliver, thanks for the great hospitality. Overall our stay was great, 10/10, im surely back for this hotel.

I had an amazing stay at Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional and the atmosphere felt welcoming and comfortable. The rooms were beautifully maintained, with stunning views and thoughtful details that made the stay feel special. A very big thank you to Ariq and Selva, who truly elevated the experience. Their professionalism, kindness, and warm hospitality stood out throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and their genuine care left a lasting impression. Traders Hotel is definitely one of the best places to stay in KL — exceptional service, great facilities, and staff who make you feel valued. Highly recommended.

It was our 2nd stay at Traders and we opted for Club Lounge privileges. Check in was seamless though unfortunately due to the full capacity we believe housekeeping had a tough time turning around the rooms thus when we arrived at past4pm our room was still not ready. Mr Oliver made waiting pleasant as we were offered cocktails and snacks. Concierge staff at level 1 were not friendly but Chief Concierge Koy is top notch. Well spoken and friendly he made our stay very pleasant . Hope his team can support him fully. Would like to compliment and thank Olivier and his team at the Club Lounge they were excellent. Attentive, friendly and hospitable. Thank you John, Isaac and Wan who served us with warm smiles.

Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur: Good Service, But Critical Safety Failures Observed Overall Experience: My stay at the Traders Hotel in Kuala Lumpur was characterised by good staff service and well maintained rooms, but it was unfortunately overshadowed by a severe lapse in fire safety protocol that requires immediate attention from management. The Positives: The experience with the hotel staff was nice; the service was consistently good, demonstrating professionalism and attention to detail. Furthermore, the room I stayed in was immaculate—nice, clean, and well-appointed, reflecting high standards of maintenance throughout the property. The Critical Safety Incident: A major concern arose during an alarm when the hotel's emergency procedures failed. Upon activation of the alarm, all elevators were immediately blocked, which is standard practice. However, the evacuation route was compromised further when access to the primary staircase was also blocked during the breakfast rush and locked. This meant that for a period of time, there was no viable means of exit for guests, creating a dangerous situation. Adding to this critical failure, the path leading directly to the emergency exit was also obstructed with breakfast carts and child stools. While the carts were eventually removed, having an emergency exit route blocked—especially during a high-traffic time like breakfast—is a potentially fatal fire risk. Conclusion: While the Traders Hotel excels in cleanliness and customer service, the observed failure to maintain clear evacuation routes during an emergency alarm represents a grave safety violation. It is essential that the hotel reviews and immediately rectifies these operational procedures to ensure that all staircases and emergency exits are always kept clear and accessible. The potential for a serious tragedy in the event of a real fire is too high to ignore. I hope management addresses this issue with the urgency it demands.

Home away from home. We knew KL trip would be stressful so we chose a strategic location to stay to lower the stress level. Traders is the smartest choice we'd made. Our last trip two years back ended at Hospital so we didn't enjoy any of the facilities but they were so accomodative while we were hospitalised at hospital. They allowed me to checkout later without extra charge due to our circumstances. So we determine to stay only at Traders when we return to this city. We are travelling with two young ones so we picked the family suites that allow lounge access and most importantly, the lounge provide seamless check-in and check-out process. Our family felt so welcome by all the crews at the lounge especially thanks to Marizan, Koy and Oliver! There is nothing they can't do for you, be reasonable with your request. Highly recommend family to book the suite with PS5 and bunk bed, your kids will be occupied after hot day out. The room are cleaned and love the quality organic toiletries they provide. You can leave your toileitries behind and pack less when travelling. This trip we miss the pool on Monday due to maintenance, buggy ride to KLCC due to Comic festival on Sunday but it wasn't a big deal, the walk was so pleasant to watch all the Cosplay dressed up. Breakfast quality? I will only settle in a hotel that provide freshly squeeze juice and they continue doing that. On top of that, their hot selection including seabass and beef and many more that as good as full spread of lunch/ dinner! Oat milk or soya milk is available without needing to special order.
