Had a wonderful breakfast at the Traders Lounge at Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur. The breakfast selection was excellent, with plenty of delicious local and international choices, making it a great way to start the day. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the view added to the overall experience. A very special thank you to Oliver for his exceptional service. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to help, making sure everything was perfect throughout my meal. His warm hospitality and genuine care truly made my dining experience a memorable one. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a great breakfast with outstanding service!

Shangri-La properties have always been our top choice wherever we travel. So, when we needed a quick getaway, it was only natural for us to choose Traders Hotel, KL. While we truly enjoyed the excellent facilities, prime location, and stunning views, the most important thing that keeps us coming back is the people. Their genuine smiles, warmth, and hospitality are incredibly welcoming. Traders Hotel has a priceless asset in a person named Oliver. He sets a cheerful, warm, and welcoming tone at the Club Lounge, and his team beautifully follows suit. The moment you walk into the lounge, they make you feel valued. Oliver tends to every need effortlessly, making you feel completely at ease. He speaks to you like an old friend, and every conversation leaves you feeling better. Honestly, his exceptional hospitality is the main reason we keep coming back. However, I was surprised to see on the lounge letter that Oliver is still in the same position he was six months ago as an Assistant Manager. Traders Hotel, please do not take him for granted. Oliver is a rare asset who deserves to move higher up the ladder to do even greater things for your brand!"

Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur This is a 4-star hotel that truly lives up to its rating. If you are looking for a premier view of the Petronas Twin Towers, this property does not disappoint. Our check-in and check-out processes were smooth as silk, and the room was extremely comfortable. The room featured a floor-to-ceiling view of the towers from the daybed and was equipped with a Smart TV, well-placed electrical sockets, and intuitive light controls. It also offered a spacious bed, ample storage, and a refrigerator. The service at this hotel is equally impressive, ranging from the complimentary buggy service to the KLCC Mall, to the attentive housekeeping and breakfast staff. As far as I am concerned, it was money well spent.

Very efficient and helpful staff. Although communication was entirely via Whatsapp, all queries were dealt with competently. A very serene hotel but well-equipped. Nice walking distance to klcc unless you need to carry your shopping bags 😬. Buggy service was sweet.

We arrived Traders at about 11.15am..last 13 May 26..whilst waiting to be served upon c/in...we was greeted nicely by Ms Yoke...had a small talk then soon after.... During the processed..here comes a humble & courteous gentleman Koy(Muhd Shukur) took over & offer and excellent service...he too noted my hubby,Mr Khan was a bit tired after about 3.5 hrs drive.While waiting fr our room to be ready...he brought us to Lounge where we had our hot tea each... Surprisingly as to let us both to hv a rest earlier..Koy make sure that our room are ready soonest. It's his efficient..well handled personality that's really makes it's more soothing process & his fast action attitude... Thru out our stay fr almost 6 nights..we met quite a numbers of such a lovable,friendly,courteos & full of respects personals( staffs)in Traders. From Concierge Team we was warmly greeted by lots of them..met Faizal,Danial,Fizz ( drove us back from klcc to hotel via buggy.. It's not only that...at the Lounge..staff Marizan..Veronica..Azeli & few others are always ready smile faces to greet us..Not to mentioned Chef Rashid & other Chefs as well that prepare a sumptuous & delicious dishes wif good spread too. Another priceless experienced when we both had our early breakfast at Nobody's Chit Chat.. Be it Razelyn(Front counter)Pyjamas,Azlina,Farhan,Sha,Sahmirul,Mgr Mr Fareed( wif his down to earth character & personality)Ariff,Aizad & more other staffs that delivered ever ready attitude as a super service provider...they came in a packages...cheerful,friendly wif full of respects to all guests...What we too noticed..it's really a healthier & breathier environment ...curve the buffet spread for sure... For the cleaners that cleaned our rooms daily..we wud like to give a thumbs up to Shariff. He really cleaned wife careful & neat...goes to Nurul Islam & few others s well. Last but not least..our sincere heartfelt to Nazarith..even thou she's not well...but did check on us to ask if we are fine & good .Love her professional & gd attitude towards guests . We wish Traders fullest best wif all wonderful & beautiful staffs. Traders are lucky to have them for their super service provider that delivered wif HEARTS... Kudos Traders & all too Will see u all time & again In shaa Allaah🫠👍🤲❤️
