The hotel service was excellent from start to finish, and we felt very welcome throughout our stay. As many reviews mention, the resort is family-oriented, which became apparent during our visit. As a couple without children, we realized it might not have been the best choice for us. If you're a couple seeking a relaxing getaway without the presence of kids, this may not be the ideal hotel for you.
The location also has its downsides, as there isn't much to do near the hotel. We found the food at the restaurant to be disappointing. We tried it once, and unfortunately, the truffle mushroom pasta had no truffle flavor at all and was just mushrooms. It wasn't inexpensive either. On a positive note, we enjoyed dining at the nearby restaurant, "PI SAMUI," which was much better.
Additionally, the soundproofing in the hotel was poor. We could hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms, including footsteps from the floor above. We had to call the reception once due to a lot of noise from the room above, which was quite disturbing.
Aside from these issues, the hotel was very clean and aesthetically pleasing.

Good stay. Please note that, as other reviews mentioned, this hotel is more suitable for families than couples or solo travelers. There are a lot of children, especially in the main swimming pool near the beach. However, the canal swimming pool is very quiet and relaxing, and until 12pm the main swimming pool was also rather quiet. It was very fun to explore the canal, which looks clean and pretty in the lush vegetation around it..! I loved seeing flowers floating all around. The premises are well maintained and I saw staff members cleaning the pool multiple times during the day.
The service was excellent, all the staff i interacted with was genuinely nice and I really appreciated the opportunity to use the shower in one of the rooms after checkout as my flight was late in the evening.
The rooms look very new and clean. The decor and the beddings is really 5 stars. Four complimentary bottles of water and coffee are provided in the room every day. The breakfast was varied and overall very nice, with a lot of savory and sweet options. However, the coffee at breakfast can definitely be improved..!
Another area for improvement is the location of the sun beds on the beach. The whole area is very crowded and doesn’t feel very luxurious. It would also be nice to have sun beds in the garden area for relaxation.
Overall I enjoyed my stay and I would be back.

This hotel is better oriented for families. The rooms, service and breakfast were not to the level I expected for the prices charged per night. The gym was quite small with only 2 treadmills but open 24/7. The spa facilities are limited with lots of treatments but very small sauna. The yoga classes were not good. It is in a very nice location on a lovely beach with nice restaurants.

It was just a short stay for us but throughout the check-in and check-out process, Khun K has been extremely helpful and friendly. This definitely elevated our experience at the hotel. Otherwise, the lazy river lived up to the comments. It's a kid friendly resort and location is also right next to the beach, which makes it very convenient. The only thing to nitpick is the quality of the food at the pool, which was mediocre and expensive.

Our rooms were amazing but could not make up for the gravel edged swimming pools. We have 5 year old twins and they had so many scratches and grazes from getting out of the pool. The main pool and all the smaller pools have a sharped edged black gravel surrounding the pool. It’s uncomfortable to get in and out of the pool and also not nice to sit on. The great rooms and and lovely service could not make up for a pool. Pool is also on the cool side. I wouldn’t go back for this reason.
