Great hotel. Nice location on the sea-front. The rooms were clean and modern with good free wifi. There was a vending machine in the corridor for when you get the munchies but don't want to go out! There is a small library near reception, but it's hidden, so you may have to ask. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Brochures from the tour operators are available here if needed. The restaurant is generally very good, but not a huge choice for vegans. Be aware the the car park is beneath the hotel. It's not a problem but can be a little awkward if you're not comfortable manoeuvring in tight spaces. The ramp down is quite steep. The hotel is well positioned with a pharmacy and a small supermarket nearby.

Absolutely lovely experience.Fanstastic location with a beautiful view of the ocean and nice windy walk to the promenade. Very close to some of the more authentic places which not commercialised at all. The staff was amazing and service was fantastic. The food was amazing and I love the cocktails at the hotel. I will definitely be retuning for best of North Tenerife.

Overpriced. Will not stay here again. The pictures look good, but when you stay here and you face with lots of disadvantages: rooms are nice, but not well equipped, bad WiFi (during 4 days I had to enter login/password every time I connected to wifi - 26 times with latest iphone), very bad cocktails in the swimming pool, during our stay breakfasts and diners were less than average quality, constant issues with parking doors. Hundred times I heard sorry from the personal and they say that this is how their system works. I don't recommend staying here. Search for better options

Lovely hotel, nice rooms, fantastic location next to the beach. Buffet breakfast and evening meal, food ok. Free towels for sunbeds. Pool bar but it was closed on our hottest day so that was disappointing, but I would recommend this.

Difficult to review overall experience. Rooms should really have had kettle and fridge to be 4 star, very disappointing. The Spa experience was horrid. The staff were rude and dismissive. Refused a second towel or a robe. I am a large lady age 77 and was expected to walk up a flight of stairs to the pool with 1 skimpy towel. The water in the pool was cool, described as “hydrothermal” which is definitely against trade description outlines, “thermal” means heat! Such a shame as we have visited several Melia hotels and Spas, with great customer satisfaction.
