We stayed at Melia Palma Marina for almost a week. What an amazing hotel- we had levels access which was amazing! The 2 ladies and gentleman who were on the desk in the levels floor were always so so helpful. Both the communal areas of the hotel & rooms are cleaned to perfection. 10/10 stay- will definitely be back.

Rooms were a good size, modern and clean and in our large party all had a balcony. Staff were very polite and welcoming throughout. Great communal spaces, however we found the pool bar to be very slow and larger on tap was pretty awful. Spoke to another guest who is a regular and said this was not the normal standard. Location was short walk along the seafront from the old town but there are plenty of bars and restaurants near by. Would recommend this hotel

Great hotel, well located with a fantastic pool and terrace overlooking the marina. The hotel is immaculately presented everywhere you go. Breakfast was excellent. Service is good. The rooms very clean and modern. Not the cheapest hotel but you get what you pay for. The only thing I'd say is that the lifts are easy to get stuck in! You have to select your floor outside, but if you make a mistake and get in the wrong lift, once the other guest gets out at their floor, you cannot open the door because there are no buttons once inside. No choice but to press the alarm for help!

A super hotel right on the marina in Palma. Beautiful and clean inside and has everything that you need, great gym and lots of open spaces. Room nice and clean, breakfast great. Best thing were the staff, all of them including cleaners really lovely and made you very comfortable. Would definitely come and stay again!

The hotel is modern, clean, and in a lovely location. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and overall the place has a lot going for it. That said, I was really uncomfortable to find there’s a strip club right next door. It’s 2025 …It feels outdated, uncomfortable, and honestly, a bit unsafe, especially for solo female travellers or families. This isn’t mentioned anywhere in the hotel description, which I think is unfair. People should have all the facts when choosing where to stay. The hotel itself is great, but this seriously undermines the experience for many women and others who find this kind of thing disturbing.
