Just returned from a 5 night stay with my wife and this hotel was absolutley fantastic from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. The LEVEL experience is off the scale in value and the rooms were superb. All the staff could not have been more helpful and we cannot wait to return as soon as we can. Thanks for a wonder short break and see you again soon.

Room was very nice although being on the back of the hotel. Location was ok just a little out the way of the main shopping area and cathedral but meant was nice and quiet at night other than 1 night out of 3 when traffic built up. Food in the restaurant was also very tasty.

Such a nice hotel! Definitely not a hotel for a beach vacation though. The rooms are top notch, but you’ll need the view of the marina. Some rooms are next to the stairs, which may be a little bit too loud for some people. Lobby is one of the nicest ones I’ve seen. Staff is going out of their way to help you. I’d come back

I stayed in a basic room on floor 6, my boss in a luxury one on floor 1. Both rooms themselves are the same size, it's just the sea view Vs city scape, access to sun loungers, spa etc that makes up the difference. If you want a base for exploring this is perfect and the buffet breakfast is definitely worth paying extra for.

Very much enjoyed our stay at the Melia Palma Marina: - The Level lounge is excellent! Great food and drinks during cocktail time (5-7) and also outside this time. Split into different areas - restaurant, lounge, balcony and a great working area - Lounge was very relaxing and nice touch having big screen to watch sport over a free drink and snacks! - Rooms were clean and OK. Amazing view of the cathedral and marina. - downstairs restaurant, bar and lounge all open plan so may get crowded in summer - Pool wasn’t open and was disappointed with the Spa. Doesn’t open until 11am and you only get access on 1 of the days. Staff were very rude! - Location is the other end of the town to the shops etc, but nearer the bars and in summer clubs. - Taxi from airport was easy and only €25. Cab to train and bus station was €10. - Lovely Italian a few doors down and some nice restaurants close frequented by locals. - Loves taking bus to Valdamossa and Soller train and tram. Tip when you wait in Sóller town for tram, two come separately and everyone gets on the train at the closest carriage and Valdamossa bus was a scramble on way home so get to bus stop early! Overall
