I stayed here recently and overall had a comfortable stay, though there were a few highs and lows. Liam checked me in and he was incredibly friendly and welcoming—such a great first impression! The pool area was clean, on the smaller side but really pretty, and I loved the outdoor space with umbrellas for shade. The pool design was a highlight—it went from shallow to deep, which was perfect for me to take my 4-month-old in the shallow end and still enjoy the water in a shaded spot. They also offered free drinks from 4–5pm, which was a nice perk. I didn’t get to try the food, but my mom mentioned the coffee wasn’t great. The rooms were very spacious (we had a 2-guest suite), but they felt a bit underwhelming. The furniture could definitely use an upgrade to feel more modern, and the overall cleaning could have been better. The sheets were rough and stiff, which took away from the comfort a bit. Another downside—the hallways were hot, and the elevators had a strong smoke/weed smell every time we used them. Despite these drawbacks, the location was great—close to Disney Springs and the highway—making it convenient for getting around. With a few improvements, especially in the rooms and common areas, this place could really shine.

Liam was amazing with being informative and taking care of all our needs! Would definitely come back on that experience alone, not even counting how beautiful the hotel is! Edit: Forgot to add also that Allen deserves recognition as well! Excellent at describing the menu items and getting us something delicious to eat and was also very attentive. Even after food was delivered to us pool side, he made his rounds and made sure all was well and we had everything we needed. Very polite. Pool was perfect temperature and the hot tub too! Not too crowded, with a nice and not overwhelming atmosphere for happy hour!

Stayed here for a couple of nights and needed a room as soon as possible, and was helped amazingly by Jason. Jason went above and beyond to help me when he did not have to put in an effort. I’m am very appreciative of this, as this gesture really shows the kind of genuine care that Melia offers. I am very appreciative as a repeat stayer here at the hotel. Good character individuals like this need to be rewarded.

Our resort day pass was an exceptional experience from beginning to end. Valerie at the front desk provided outstanding service—she was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our visit was seamless. Her professionalism and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression and set the tone for the day. The suite we enjoyed was absolutely beautiful—spacious, well-appointed, and exceeded our expectations in both comfort and style. It truly elevated the overall experience. Dining was another highlight. The pizzas from the restaurant were outstanding, with the prosciutto and honey pizza being one of the best we have ever tasted. The flavors were perfectly balanced and memorable. From the accommodations to the dining and, most importantly, the exceptional service from Valerie, this was a flawless five-star experience that we would highly recommend.

Stayed here for our visits to Universal parks. Cannot fault the team here, food was excellent, rooms were excellent. We ended up using users rather than the free bus because we didn't want to leave at 7am and stay out for the whole day til 6/7pm. Would've been nice to have a choice of leaving at various times in the morning and evening..not under hotels control though I don't think. Hotel was great
