I had such a great stay here! The staff were super nice and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, comfy, and had everything I needed. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, and the location is awesome — close to Disney and plenty of restaurants. Overall, it was a really comfortable and enjoyable stay. I’d definitely come back again!

I stayed here recently and overall had a comfortable stay, though there were a few highs and lows. Liam checked me in and he was incredibly friendly and welcoming—such a great first impression! The pool area was clean, on the smaller side but really pretty, and I loved the outdoor space with umbrellas for shade. The pool design was a highlight—it went from shallow to deep, which was perfect for me to take my 4-month-old in the shallow end and still enjoy the water in a shaded spot. They also offered free drinks from 4–5pm, which was a nice perk. I didn’t get to try the food, but my mom mentioned the coffee wasn’t great. The rooms were very spacious (we had a 2-guest suite), but they felt a bit underwhelming. The furniture could definitely use an upgrade to feel more modern, and the overall cleaning could have been better. The sheets were rough and stiff, which took away from the comfort a bit. Another downside—the hallways were hot, and the elevators had a strong smoke/weed smell every time we used them. Despite these drawbacks, the location was great—close to Disney Springs and the highway—making it convenient for getting around. With a few improvements, especially in the rooms and common areas, this place could really shine.

Loved our stay, we were given a free upgrade which we very much appreciated. The whole staff team was amazing from front desk (Iberica) to the breakfast and Housekeeping team. Everyone was very helpful which compensated for the bus shuttle to the Park that was not very reliable. We waited for the shuttle 45min at night and an other time 20min and it never came but we were given a uber instead. The Disney Park is very close - 10min drive to Epcot it is perfect! Would have prefered a buffet for the breakfast, the à la carte menu was not the best and it gets very expansive quickly… :/ The pool was great - it closes at 11pm so it was perfect! Overall I recommend it ! Thanks for all :)

Stayed here for our visits to Universal parks. Cannot fault the team here, food was excellent, rooms were excellent. We ended up using ubers rather than the free bus because we didn't want to leave at 7am and stay out for the whole day til 6/7pm. Would've been nice to have a choice of leaving at various times in the morning and evening..not under hotels control though I don't think. Hotel was great

We had a fantastic stay. The location is perfect for trips to the parks and really well connected to fast roads for those with a car. The staff are all extremely welcoming and so friendly which really made a huge difference to our stay. The attached restaurant was also fab. We had Level access and the lounge was fantastic with a good selection of drinks and snacks. Stay was great but just a few minor minor points for those with young family. We had a slight frustration on waiting for a travel cot for our baby but after a couple of requests one did arrive so a minor inconvenience but fortunately resolved by the front desk. High chairs are available in the restaurant but when we asked reception we couldn't get one for our room which was a slight frustration as it has a self catering facility but in the end we didnt really cook much in the kitchen in our room. Pool parties took place on Friday and some Saturdays during our stay which add a great party vibe and totally get why they are on for atmopshere. Fortunately our baby slept through and the music did stop around 10-11 ish.
