Don't remember when our last time staying here was. We've stayed here twice but I can't find my old review to update it. Was looking forward to going back again because based on our 1st stay, we loved the place. Our second stay, not great at all. Summer in Florida in a room with a broken a/c. They tried to fix it several times for several days. On the final day of our stay they decided it was broken and I think they may have offered a downgraded room but at that point check out was only 1 sleep away. We were pacified by a very nice front desk lady but promises were never kept. I never received any further communication from them at all and definitely not the 1 night free accomodation(we stayed 3) that they said would be issued for our inconvenience. Very poor followup and follow thru for repeat customers. Left a bad taste in my mouth and I have not returned. We stay at a lot of local hotels just as staycation but Melia you fell short of expectations. Please do not reply to this to get in touch with MGMT and you will take care of the situation because you won't.

I had such a great stay here! The staff were super nice and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, comfy, and had everything I needed. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, and the location is awesome — close to Disney and plenty of restaurants. Overall, it was a really comfortable and enjoyable stay. I’d definitely come back again!

Book here! Melia Orlando Celebration is definitely the ideal destination for an unforgettable trip and a dream vacation. The staff is friendly and attentive, especially Jeniffer, Fanny, Victoria, Juana, Fabio, Francisco, and Edgar; the food and the drinks at The Wilson's Restaurant are delicious; the hotel facilities are modern and luxurious; the suites are furnished and spacious; they are cleaned every day; the hotel smells wonderful; parking is free; the location is central for visiting the theme parks, Disney Springs, and other attractions; and the shuttle is punctual. I 100% recommend this outstanding hotel. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We left happy and grateful, and for sure we will return soon! Many blessings and continued success! 👏🏼🎆

Absolutely will never use this place again. They harassed everyone all week with wish-i-was a cop security. I had my room with do not disturb up and every single time I left my room in the morning housekeeping was in there uninvited well before check out. Wasn't just once it was on 2 seperate reservations 3 days apart. It happened 2 times and i had friends with the same issues.Privacy being a major concern I had so much stuff no idea if they took anything. Staff was for the most part was ok aside from being overly annoying about things that do not matter. Like you cant eat your own food from your room at the pool. I payed for a condo style room in had a kitchen. How are you going to tell me i cant eat my cereal outside at a table not causing any issues. Just because I" have to buy food at the restaurant if I want to eat at the hotel." Purchased a canned drink from bar and walked away instantly got told I need to throw it away I cant have my own drinks. Why are yall so worried about what we are doing all the time. Also had a friend who had a bed infested with ants the whole week which is cool so glad they could do the literal bare minimum and changed the sheets. Its just not worth it at this point.

FYI: I am not a Disney person. I was attending a local wedding and used this resort as a base of operations for my boating in/around the area. Which it served that purpose quite well at a reasonable price, I think discounted for the slow time of the year, and I found nothing but accommodating as well as friendly staff members. I brought a small trailer, with boats attached, and that was no issue whatsoever. The room was spacious, we were upgraded I believe, and very quiet. We travelled with two chihuahua mixes and had no issues with the room, we felt our companions were safe anytime we left. The local area, with the exception of anything that goes towards Disney, provided easy centralized access to waterways throughout the southern part of Florida. I found places to canoe along creeks and the coastline. It's location placed it in such a way that I could make any choice I wanted to travel a short distance within a couple hours to other waterways. This place will likely go on my list of locations to plan boat trips around in the near future. --- Some observations that may be noteworthy or important for people or managers: - The gym facilities are in a separate building 0.4 miles away; that's fine, I like a good jog pre-workout. - The Wilson has a fantastic lunch - dinner menu at a reasonable price, but the breakfast was both lacking and overpriced. - The staff were all helpful, I did run into a little issue where the front desk staff might have been new employees and didn't know how to help me on minor stuff. - They were late on having our room ready for check-in time; they offered use of the facility both BEFORE ( we arrived earlier in the day ) the supposed check in time and after it was delayed. Minor annoyance.
