    We’ve enjoyed our stay tremendously at the resort. The one highlight of our stays were the opportunities when we had a meal at the Riviera Restaurant. We were greeted with kindness on the three occasions we visited and the servers all share kind smiles and great attitudes. The breakfast buffet is filled with good options that anyone could enjoy. The dinner menu also offered appetizing options. I cannot give enough KUDOS to the staff and manager! Very very kind and attentive to all vacationers needs.

    We decided to spend our honeymoon here and it was fantastic! The territory is so green, full of palms and bushes. You live in small 2 floors houses in beautiful apartment with gorgeous view. We did not have “the level”, but honestly, you do not need it. There are plenty of restaurants, food is fresh (and there was huge variety of it). I really enjoyed staying here! Service is very nice. Recommend!

    This was our first visit to the Dominican Republic, and the hotel exceeded all our expectations. It offers everything you need for a peaceful, joyful, and truly memorable stay. We traveled as a family, so we focused on kid-friendly activities, and there was no shortage of fun. Every evening, the lobby comes alive with something special—bazaars, a live DJ, karaoke, movie nights, and international dance performances. It's a lively atmosphere with entertainment for everyone. Plus, there are plenty of bars scattered throughout the property, so you're never far from a refreshing drink. They also features several à la carte restaurants, which you can enjoy with a simple morning reservation. The food is fantastic, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. But what truly sets this place apart is the incredible staff. They’re all about making guests feel valued and cared for. If you run into any issues, they’re quick to respond and eager to help. A special thanks to Alberto and Meraly from Customer Service—they were outstanding throughout our entire stay.

    The restaurant Rosso was so good and the service was top notch. They automatically bring you an antipasto for the table. The salad choices are plentiful and delicious. I had a pear salad and my daughter had the Eggplant - fantastic. I had the Bolignese, my wife had the linguine with clams and my daughter had Papadalle pasta - they were all so delicious that we kept passing our plates to each other. The service was super attentive and my wine glass was never empty - Stephanie & Jennifer was on their game making sure my family was well attended to. I recommend not missing out on this choice of restaurant for dinner. Go to Rosso! You won’t be disappointed!

    We had such a great experience at the coffee shop at Meliá Caribe Beach Resort! It quickly became one of our favorite spots during our stay. The service was outstanding—Hillary and Katherine went above and beyond every time we visited. They were always so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. They made the best mocha coffee I’ve had in a long time—consistently delicious and made with care. It was such a treat to start (and sometimes end!) our days there. Huge thanks to Hillary and Katherine for their wonderful service—you truly made our trip even more special!
