My wife and I had a wonderful time here!
The staff were outstanding and provided great service consistently.
The beach is stunning and steps away from the rooms - definitely recommend The Level upgrade to be closer to the beach and have additional dining and pool areas.
We would like to thank Alejandro Estrella for being so attentive and helpful. He provided us with personalized service, communicated with us daily and made our experience so much better.
We are extremely satisfied with our experience and look forward to visiting again!

This was the worst hotel I have ever been to, DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! I have been to many all inclusive resorts in the Dominican and none of them have been this bad. The food is terrible, the service is HORRIBLE. All the workers are flat-out rude. I was appalled to see how badly we were treated. We struggled finding reservations at any of the restaurants, and when we finally managed to get in (the reservations were all booked but we talked to the manager to get in), THE RESTAURANT WAS EMPTY. Funny how a “full restaurant” all of a sudden becomes empty when you slip them a 20 dollar bill. On top of that, it took us 2 HOURS, to get our food, and we were not the only ones to experience this. The kitchen at the water park was the same story. It took them a whole hour just to take our order after many attempts to call over the waiter. The utensils and plates were dirty. The buffets were a hot mess. We were running around trying to find a simple silverware set because the workers were absent and useless. The housekeeping is a whole other story. What housekeeping service makes the bed and cleans the room, but doesn’t provide any clean towels? They simply left our used towels on the floor for us to reuse. Disgusting. On the first night, we found that our room did not have conditioner, so we called the front desk to ask for them to send some, NOTHING. We even called again, and still we were ignored. The cherry on top, we were BRIBED to write a 5-star review!!! Unbelievable!! NEVER COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A PLEASANT VACATION EXPERIENCE!

Loves our stay.
My family, nephew's family and two brother's family total of 20 of us had the best time!
The pools and kids water park was great.
The food was forever flowing.
Staff was a little under staff but it was balanced by how attentive everyone was.

It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review, but my experience here has just been awful. We stayed at the level, which is supposed to be an upgrade from the regular resort. First, The hot water wasn’t working in our room, (3607) it took many calls and finally a trip to the lobby to fix the hot water issue. The food was mediocre -at best. We ended up having to leave the resort many times to get decent food. The hotel staff literally walked into our room a few times without knocking. Finally, beware of the concierge! We were promised a ‘gift’ for being first time customers, the gift was a 3 hour presentation for a timeshare. They try so hard to sell on literally everything, it wasn’t worth it. Find a different hotel.

Myself and my wife decided to have our wedding here was a horrible idea. We had 44 guess attendees and everyone had an issue with there rooms and experience including myself. They served us expired foods and milk have photos of such. Roaches are in the food the beds had mold and dirt stains. One of my guests even complained about having ants all in their beds. Worst experience I ever had. We paid to stay at there level suits and have of the room was broken. Doors shower beds. Do not waste ur money time or health. I currently have at least 6 to 7 people sick due to the health issues in this place.
In response to your response. Your certification means nothing without actual keeping up with maintenance. Your health cert does not permit serving expired foods as I have the proof of this. Yes I reported to the manager and they offered to bring more food which was expired. Yes we had multiple complaints on our stay due to so many things being broke in our room at what point do we get compensation for spending money on one thing and receiving something that was not worth it. We brought over 40 people to the resort and there has not been any real approach to resolve the horrible experience due to the lack of your resort.
